I had heard that this was a good product so I gave it a try.... not the case! First of all the packaging is relatively messy, second you need multiple coats to conceal dark circles at all, and third I barely lasts a few hours let alone a whole day! I was pretty disappointed by this product so I will not be repurchasing!

Why the heck did I decide to give this a try? First - the packaging is horrible and messy. It does not have great coverage. Seems to dry out quickly.. I am fair and the lightest shade did not look good. I used it about 3 times and that is it. (tried something else and then never touched it again) Might as well throw it away not it has been sitting for so long...It was around $7 if I remember. Trust me ladies - you can find something better. Don't let the clever name fool you like it did me :)

i heard this concealer was great, i picked it up at shoppers it was relatively cheap. I thought it worked great for coverage and was great at diminishing dark circles, but after a while it would wear off, or sink into lines and flake off. I found it also didn't blend well, i don't like the applicator or the bottle and find after using it for a while that you can't get what's left of the product inside the applicator out so you get to use 3/4 of what you paid for. I would not purchase this again.

This product is OK. It brightens up your eye, doesn't crease, and is easy to blend in.
But.....It doesnt last very long, doesnt give very good coverage, and the packaging is soo annoyiing! Unless you have very very minor under eye concealers, I wouldn't reccomend this.

This is really great under eye concealer. A lot of people haven't liked it and I think that's mostly because of the packaging. It has a brush at then for application and you have to squeeze the bottle to get it on the brush which makes a mess and gets makes the brush clumpy. However, the product itself is really great. It does what it says - gets rid of puffiness and conceals dark circles. You won't see any darkness or puffiness for a long time. The product lasts all day and it's pretty cheap. I really like it and would definitely buy it again. Great for brightening up eye area.

*added later* I recently found a WAY better concealer - L'Oreal Touche Magique Anti-Fatigue and Illuminating concealer. No comparison between these two. The Almay concealer is still great but if you can go for something pricier I HIGHLY recommend the L'Oreal one. *added later*

I'm 40 this year and seemingly overnight I noticed my regular concealers were settling into fine lines. Been really struggling to find a cure (new concealer? start using primer? new setting powder?). I had a gift cert to sephora and on all your reccs here - bought Benefit Boing Boing - its NOT working for me - settling into lines and all. I picked this up at a overstock outlet in midtown manhattan (cosmetic show) - on a whim. It is way outperforming boing boing. Not settling into lines and the color - on yellow side - is a bit brightening, coverage is light - which for me is a plus. i hope they are not discontinuing, but at least I know that Almay may be a good choice for me in future.

This is a very good concealer, but the packaging stinks. The user has to squeeze the tube to get the product to come up through the brush. The concept seems convenient, but I often found that squeezing (even gently) made the product spurt out and wind up on my mirror and counter. The actual product works well, but the packaging leaves much to be desired.

I know that some people are giving this product horrible reviews, but I have used the product and find it fairly convenient. The brush does allow you to be careful on the amount of it that you use, even if you seem to have squeezed out a bit too much. It works great as a concealer of under-eye circles, but I would recommend this for people at or below the age of twenty for optimum results. If you tend to have more wrinkles or less skin elasticity, then I would not recommend this. And some have noticed that it smells like cucumbers. I will point out that cucumber extract is used in many beauty products as an oil-free moisturizing agent. This product was only around 7.64 at my local Target store. I truly hope that this review helps you make an appropriate decision on your under-eye concealer choice!

Absolutely despise this undereye concealer. The color turns different after wearing it for a bit and it gets cakey even though on the bottle it says it won't. In fact it got so cakey that the first day I wore it a guy in my class pointed it out and said "I can actually SEE the makeup under your eyes." Yeah, not good. Plus it takes multiple layers to even conceal anything. Major waste of money even though it was cheap. I definitely won't be buying it again and I highly advise you to not purchase this yourself.

I can't help but despise this concealer! It is entirely too sheer to be considered a concealer. Usually I am not a stickler for packaging woes, but this tube is horrible. The tube dispenses way too much or far too little product and the brush is pathetic. I was mixing it with other concealers to make use of it. However, the plastic package cracked and broke after only a couple uses.

Nope. No. Don't go here. I purchased this a little less than two years ago and it was definitely a miss for me. The color is very very yellow-based, too much so for my pale/pink undertone. I was able to mix it with another concealer to achieve a workable shade, but if I'm forced to combine products I typically don't regard them too highly.
The consistency is alright, thicker than a liquid foundation but more fluid than than a cream foundation. I generally enjoy that consistency in my concealers, cause it allows me to choose my level of coverage. Unfortunately with this one, it is VERY noticeable under the eye. It creases, gets dry and cakey-looking (which is the last thing you want under the eye). The packaging is pretty poor as well, flimsy squeeze tube with one of those goofy brush tips that product comes out of. Better than some wands though, I hate when you lose a ton of product in a container you can't squeeze or cut open (haha). This product you can squeeze to the last drop and it's pretty cheap considering Almay always has ridiculous sales on their products (mainly because they leave much to be desired Lol).

My dark circles are pretty average, nothing too severe. When I do my makeup, however, I try to cover them as completely as possible ever since I noticed that doing so makes your eye makeup look cleaner and your entire face brighter and neater.

I bought this concealer at a drugstore because I was running out of the one I've been using and didn't want to spend the typical ~$15-25 for a brand name concealer... bad idea.

So here are my thoughts:

--Packaging is awful. When you squeeze the tube to get more product onto the brush, it literally squirts out large chunks. You get way too much product at once. It's messy and poorly designed.
--Coverage is extremely light. Basically didn't cover anything under my eyes. Although the product felt thick and creamy when I first tested it out on my hand, when I applied it, it practically disappeared.
--Price is expensive for what it is -- $10. Sorry, I;d much rather pay the extra $10 for a high quality product. I still feel a pang of regret when I think about this purchase.

I don't recommend this product for anyone who wants decent coverage. The only use I have for it is as a quick touch up concealer that I carry around so that I can just add a sheer layer under my eye as my undereye concealer fades throughout the day.

A fantastic value for mild to moderate undereye circles. Purchased in Light / Medium for my NC30 light tan Asian skin. The squeeze tube is cheap and thin and the amount dispensed is a guessing game as others mention, but the brightening peach tone is really effective (but very natural; no Kim Kardashian bright eyes here) and the light creamy texture means very little caking after 4 hours. I actually like the little brush-tip applicator; I smear on the back on my hand and use the brush tip to apply the amount desired, then pat with my finger. It is my current HG, temporarily replacing my Bobbi Brown Light Peach corrector. Will definitely repurchase and I recommend to other guys and gals with mild/moderate circles looking for natural coverage.

The packaging is horrible for application, so i squeeze some out onto my fingertips and dab on. It covers the darkness under my eyes, but i dont have much darkness to begin with. I deffinately wouldn't buy again because it's thick and makes creases under my eyes.

This concealer didn't really do the job of concealing my redness and somewhat dark under eye area. I have dry skin and this probably isn't the best product for very dry skin. It looks cakey and stuff....
Its alright for more oilier days.
The package quality was cheap looking and I hate the squeeze tube. Its really messy.

I bought the Almay Wakeup Concealer in 020 light/medium. The coverage of this product is on the sheer side but I find it perfect as a touch up concealer half way through my day. Also I find that it does brighten up my under eye area but doesn't do much as far as concealing goes. I am not a fan of the applicator -- I tend to get either too much product or too little product so it's a bit frustrating. A big plus though is that it doesn't break out my sensitive skin! Overall, I wouldn't rely on this concealer to completely cover up my acne scarring and other imperfections but I am satisfied with it as a touch up concealer.

Nothing special, in my opinion. The coverage was WAY too sheer to stand up to my dark, hereditary under eye circles, and doesn't serve dual purpose like most other concealers I've used. I prefer to buy one concealer for use on both the under eye area and troublesome spots (redness around the nose, the occasional breakout), but this did nothing for them. I understand that it is specifically marketed for use under the eyes, but still! I expect a bit more from a concealer, especially one on the higher end of the drugstore price point. The consistency is nice, and easy to work with. However, despite being sheer and creamy, it is hardly build-able. Applying more than one layer gives it a heavy, creased look that settles into lines.

Oh, and can we talk about the packaging? WORST ever. It comes in this obnoxious, flimsy little squeeze tube with a rough bristle brush tip, which makes extracting the right amount of product a hit or miss procedure. The tube starts collapsing in on itself after a couple of uses, and you end up squeezing out way more than you need. Used the entire tube up in just over a month.

I have really bad under eye circles even though I'm only a teenager, so I decided to try this out. It was amazing! It really brightens up under your eye and keeps your eyeliner/mascara from budging throughout the day. The only thing that sucks about this product is the packaging, which contains a little tube where you squeeze out the product through a little brush, much like some lipglosses. And you obviously can't use it to blend when a big ol' hunk of concealer comes out the sides of it. Other than that I highly highly recommend!
