This lasted for about 6 hours without creasing, but after that sixth hour boy did it crease and crease bad. The first 6. Hours though it did last well and really bring out the pigments of the eyeshadow colors, to bad it just can't last the whole day.

Easy application and great product. I haven't tried any other eye makeup primers before but I don't feel the need to try any others either. This works great! I have some pretty bad quality eye shadows that are then bright, bold, beautiful and long lasting when I put this first. Love this product.

this product does ok. I prefer the ELF primer over this. THe product does the job like any other primer. My only hate with this product, was the small amount of product you get. Sure ive had mine for about 6 months, but i alternate my products and this is nearly running out! the packaging sucks as it looks like you have alot of product, but really you dont. They should make it a clear tube, or a squeeze! Price is ok, but i wont repurchase. Just bought the NYX HD primer and im liking that alot!

Love this primer. HG!! I don't have particularly oily eyelids, but they have a slight hood, so if I go too thick with my eyeliner, without a primer, it will definitely transfer on my upper eyelid by lunch.
Pros: Works beautifully! This was the first eyeshadow primer I had bought and it worked great! I decided to venture out and try some other ones such as FOA, Inglot and Urban Decay Primer Potion. I would say that this works just as well as the UD, but at a fraction of the price! Sells in Australia for approx AUD$12.95, but there are always sales on it and you can get it for under $10.
Cons: Packaging - although it looks cute, the packaging is crap! When i first started using it, i thought that the product ran out within a month. When I took of the little rubber seal around the top, there was still sooo much product left in the tube. I ended up getting another 2 months of primer out of it. If they changed the packaging to a squeeze tube, it would be the perfect product.
Already on my second tube, and will repurchase once I finish

I really like this primer, I recently purchased it with one of the eyeshadow palettes. It's really smooth & provides an even base to apply my eyeshadow on. I'm slightly worried about finishing this product since the packaging shape is strange & will not allow me to use all of the product, therefore wasting some.

I like this eyeshadow primer, but it's not my HG. It certainly does make eyeshadows more vibrant and eyeliners last a lot longer! Also makes anything on my eyelid pretty close to smude-proof! One bottle has lasted me about 6-7 months. The packaging is very cute - a bright pink tube with a black lid. However the tube is a hassle - it's very hard to get all the product out, and I also like to see how much product I have left...but the packaging doesn't allow this.
I'm a bit of a cheap-ass so I like to save money when I can - I consider the price ($12.95) a little steep, and prefer my Etude house Proof 10 Eye Primer ($6.30, and also allows me to see how much product I have left). But overall, not a bad eyeshadow primer at all! Certainly does a good job, and I would repurchase if it was on sale.

I love this eyeshadow primer! A little amount of this primer goes a long way. I pop this on before I use cream eye shadows and it prevents them from creasing as well as prevent me from getting oily lids. Definitely a staple in my makeup collection!
Overall, it's very affordable and a great product!

I am 100% amazed by this - led to it by Chloe Morello and I will never look back! I have MAC prep & prime for eyes and hardly ever use it because of its white hue. This on the other hand is only AU$12.95 at Priceline and has NO colour at all!
It has a doefoot applicator and only a tiny bit is needed so it should last ages.
Incredible price!
If you look at the ingredients, it does contain some dimethicone and when you put it on it will have a slippery feel to it, not creamy like most primers. But then 3 seconds later, it has set into a 'pushy' feel, which is perfect for holding eyeshadow and eyeliner!
You will know what I mean by the feel when you test it out - its not tacky, sliippery, sticky, none of that. It sets into this colourless matte base which simply refuses to be rubbed off. When you put eyeshadow over the top, it stays there, like velcro, but still allowing you to blend, or push the product a little bit.
An amazing cheap product!

FINALLY!!! I have been looking high and low for something to stop my oily lids from gathering eyeshadow in the creases and ruining my hard work!
I decided to give this a go, despite it being considered a budget brand and I was OVER THE MOON to find that it does its job to perfection.
I have worn this everyday for 8 hours with no fading whatsoever, just a dab on each lid, gently massage it in and BOOM. Eyeshadow will not budge. Honestly I cant even blend it out if I leave it on my lid too long during application.
I also have sensitive eyes and this is gentle as can be! Big plus :D
Packaging is super cute, I love how Australis make all their products look alike (MAC inspiration?) Hot pink bottle with a black lid and doe foot applicator. Price was around $19 at Farmers NZ but I got this in a buy 1 get 1 half price deal :)
I love it so much I bought another! I recommend this to all NZ'ers and Aussies!

This is a brilliant bargain eye primer, nothing I have tried comes close to this. I have dry skin but my eyelids are always greasy and this makes my shadow last all day for 10hrs or more. I can even wear pencil or cream liner which is usually a no go for me as it usually ends up in my crease within 5 mins of application. Brilliant product in that weird pink shiny package. Get some!

Wow, very impressed with this silicone based eye primer. I have really oily skin/lids and I can't really wear dark eyeshadows without them either creasing, fading away or transferring to my lower lash line by midday.
PROS:
- It's a sheer based formula, so it doesn't add any colour, which is my personal preference. I'm not a fan of the primers with colour in them because they tend to be a bit too pale and add the wrong sort of colour to your lids.
- Tried lining my eyes with brown and black shadow and both lasted all day without transferring or creasing.
- Despite being a sheer primer, it still allows eyeshadows to show up as true colours (i.e. what they look like in the pan).
- I've tried using this with cheap shadows and they look great and last very long with this primer.
- Very cheap, I got this for $AUD12 at Priceline
CONS:
- Not sure if this is a con but it is silicone based which some people with really sensitive skin might not like. However, I think the problem most people have with silicone is that it breaks them out...which isn't (or shouldn't be) a problem on one's eyelids.
- On the packaging it says it has 10mL which isn't a lot but for the price and use it's fine. It's just the container kind of feels light and when I tried digging into the container with the bottle applicator I couldn't seem to scoop out much...so not sure how long this will last me. Not that you really any more than a dot on each eyelid.
- I've tried looking for it online but it seems you can only get it in Australia

I was a bit skeptical that this would be any good and it applies a little greasy at first however it does dry matte and it has kept my shadows put for longer than without primer. Its pretty affordable compared to other primers at least and seems to be good value so far!

This stuff is simply fantastic.
I am not familiar with UDPP or TFSI but now don't even feel the need to try them. This stuff holds on to shadow, good or cheap quality, doesn't crease and my eye makeup lasts well throughout a workday. Looks as fresh at the end of the day than at the start.
Something like $11 a pop which is much less than the others mentioned.
I'm quite thrilled! Would be great in tube form.

LOOOOVE this eyeshadow primer! I live in the tropics, and my eyeshadow stayed creaseless all day. I purchased 3 more as they were on special for $8. Score!

I really like this product...this is the first eyeshadow primer I have bought in Australia, that actually keeps my shadow on pretty much all day long, and I have tried a few ( Inglot and Estee Lauder for example).
I love UDPP (purchased on-line), because it does what it is meant to, but I think the Australis primer is in the same vein....I think the two products look and feel the same.
This product does have to be applied properly, and a very thin veil is all you need....letting it dry properly is also a must before applying shadow. It is smooth to apply, dries to a non-visible finish, and doesn't smell odd.
Creasing was zero on my eyelids.
In short, I think this primer is very worth a try, and very affordable compared to some!
I myself have already bought a back up!

I have fairly oily skin so whenever I use eyeshadow (powder or cream), they are guaranteed to crease within an hour on me. This is silicone based which is better for preventing creasing of shadows. I've been experimenting with this for a few days now and find the best way is to close your eye for a few minutes to let this dry thoroughly, then go ahead and apply your eyeshadow. The formula's a bit tacky once dried so eyeshadow sticks slightly better on my skin. In terms of crease prevention, It does an alright job - I would say about 4hrs at the most for me. I don't wear too many bright shadows so I can't really say how they improve their colour intensity on my skin. Not a bad product from Australis, but there are better ones out there for my skin-type.

I am having a hard time deciding whether or not I truly like or dislike this product.
I think the most dissatisfying aspect of this primer is the difficulty blending. It is silicone-based and thus very smooth - but also very slippery and oily, which means it feels like it remains on top of your eyelids like this wet mess that won't adapt neatly & EVENLY across the surface skin. It is all the more difficult to blend as you have to be delicate & light-handed with the eye area (TOP reason why I would not rebuy)
Creasing? Almost non-existent; generally creasing may show up slightly at 4 hrs +. For the likes of Australis, this result is actually quite applause-worthy.
I don't notice as much a change in colour vibrancy as I did with previous primers I've owned, but no big fuss for me coz I often only stick to natural colours anyway.
Oh, do be careful to not touch foundation or concealer when you blend the eye primer though - do it before those steps if you have to...sometimes it blends into the foundation and creates this funny thin layer of gunk that you need rub/roll/pill off with your finger tips. Urgh! (2nd reason why I would not rebuy; my other primers didn't do this...why did this one have to?)

Not bad. The formula is silicone based so it holds shadow creasing pretty well. The primer is a light skin-tone shade and blends away to almost transparent. The texture is thinner than the UDPP and once dried, it is slightly sticky to touch. Make sure it dries properly or else creasing will still occur even with this on. I applied my shadow in the morning 7am, and now at 3pm, there is no creasing, even on my oily lids! I think it did a pretty good job considering the price and was well worth my money. I just hate the packaging. It's in the shape of a lip gloss tube with a doe-foot applicator. Unlike UDPP where you can depot, you can't with this because of the thicker plastic so it will be hard to get every last bit out.
