I don't say this about many products but....I am obsessed with Muse. It's unlike any other color. (Respectfully I have to disagree with the review by "hjjung" because Muse would NOT be best on dark skin, in fact it would probably not show up.) Muse is a curious color, kind of beige but with a slight pinkish undertone that's barely detectable in the pot, but it shows up on fair skin in the most lovely way. It was one of my first purchases from RMS because it wasn't scary-looking. I only use it on cheeks because on lips it's pretty much nothing. I have very fair skin, hazel eyes and light brown hair, and Muse is awesome. I give it 5 lippies because despite it's unassuming look, it's the one I reach for over and over. It makes my skin feel supple the whole day, and that's with only using the tiniest bit. I have two pots of it and I've barely scratched the surface of the first (bought five months ago). If you're fair, try this. I'd be surprised if you don't have the same reaction.

I have the uncover-up in 22, the blushes in promise and muse, and a sample of the eyeshadow in magnetic. I love this line. As for the muse, I bought it as an alternative to the living luminizer, as (from reading reviews) it is a bit warmer in tone and--while I am not dark skinned, and am pretty light-- I am a definite olive with warm undertones. I love muse as a luminizer/highlighter/eyeshadow/blush, and use it on top of the uncover-up under my eyes, under the brows, and on top of the cheekbones, down nose, and upper lip area, or to "tone down" the Promise. It mixes well with the uncover-up, IMO, as a bit darker, more illuminating, foundation when needed. Yes, this product probably needs touched up during the day for a lot of people. and may not work well for oily skin. As for myself (normal, mature skin) as the day goes by, it seems to blend into my skin and enhance even better than when I first put it on. I have a wish list for this company, I love it THAT much. I looked for years for a makeup that did not make me look too made-up, that I could wear everyday, and that helped my skin while enhancing it. For me, this is the HQ of makeup, and I hope never to have to be without it.

I love this blush. It's a beautiful color. Definitely a subtle color, but for sure noticeable in a good way. I have fair skin, but I find it still looks great during summer after I've had a little extra sun on my face. It does not make you look flushed like most other blushes, but rather just a hint of soft natural color so it is quite different than blushes I normally buy. However, I agree that it can be quite sticky, which does attract hair, etc. The look is so beautiful though that I don't really mind in the end. It is not a color I would use on my lips, but others may like it. One of my favorite, different and more natural looking blushes. I highly recommend it.

EDIT:: I just discovered a brand called Zosimos Botanicals, which has products very similar to RMS Beauty. They have pot concealers, cheek & lip colors, and cream eyeshadows (as well as mini sizes of them). The ingredients are basically almost the same as RMS Beauty, consisting of very basic organic oils and waxes. I actually prefer Zosimos over RMS Beauty because of their mini sample sizes, which are mostly only 3 dollars. Even if they are mini sizes, they last a very long time just like RMS, so those of you who are reluctant to spend 36 bucks on a jar of RMS, you can try a sample size of Zosimos.
I've been eye-ing this beautiful beigy nude color for such a long time until I recently decided to splurge a little bit. I thought this would be versatile and worthy of $36, and I love RMS Beauty products, but this one was not for me for the following reasons:
1) the pigment doesn't show up on my skin at all.. I have light-medium skin, but leaning towards light. The shimmer is too subtle to be used as a highlighter, and on the cheeks, the color doesn't show up at all. On my lips I just looked very ill, even with a very small amount.
2) really oily.. I have the un cover-up, living luminizer, and lip2cheek in Promise, and I don't have a problem with these being oily.. but Muse is very moisturizing, maybe too much. The finish is sticky (my hair sticks to my cheeks) and the oil takes a very long time to be absorbed into my skin.. about 20~30 minutes.
3) Lasting time. Since I found it pointless to use on cheeks and lips, I decided to use it as an eyeshadow, and the result was beautiful, but I find myself reapplying this way too often. After 10 minutes of applying it, it's gone. And since this is oil-based, it smudges my mascara and eyeliner when I have this on my eyelids.
So the bottom line is.. purchase Muse only if your skin is very dark and you want a barely-there highlighter. Or if your eyelids are very dry and you need a pretty, nude-toned cream eyeshadow. Won't purchase again though..
