I have always had difficulty wearing lily of the valley. Dior's Diorissimo is the closest I have come yet to wearability but unfortunately Silver Bells is a no-go for me. For some reason it conjures up images of dusting the piano with the original Pledge polish....the same high pitched floral that left behind a hint of sweetness. I'm sure that this will work on many people though so don't be afraid to order a Posette and give it a go.

'Lily of the Valley has been done over and over. We cannot get enough of the dear scent of mid spring. I decided to devote an afternoon to doing Possets' version of muget de bois and I did come up with it. Very creative, non cloying but recognizable, this spring fragrance combines the charm of lily of the valley with uplifting citrus, excptionally fresh green (not the expected and overdone variety), along with a non ozone ozone. I hope that makes sense, it's the only way I can describe it. Very beautiful, innocent, youthful but with an edge of good fun. Not stuffy, dewy.'
