Really excellent eyebrow cosmetic. I have tried Elizabeth Arden, Clinique, Revlon, Lancome, Chanel and MAC and this is the equal of any of the high end companies. The shade is just right for my skin tone and highlighted hair, and at £2.49 cannot be beaten for value.

I never thought I'd have to use an eyebrow pencil, that is, till the lady at the beauty salon messed up my eyebrow shape. I couldn't possibly move around with two different brows! So the minute I got out of the Salon, I ran into the nearest Boots and the nearest make up display stand which happened to be Collection 2000. I just randomly picked up the eyebrow shade in 3 (Blonde) as the brown one was no where to be seen. I checked nearby 2-3 display stands and couldn't find an other eyebrow pencil.
I have dark brown highlighted hair, so blond would not be the obvious choice, but since the color was a lovely gold brown I thought I'd make it work. When I used it on the brows with light strokes, the result was unbelievably natural looking. It did not seem I had used a pencil at all. For my first experience, I was impressed. The pencil crayon is retractable and has a lovely soft texture. That makes it easier to blend when I run my fingers over it or use a brush.
I will not need this pencil once my brow hair grow back for another session of shaping. But I do plan to keep this pencil in my makeup box as I also see it working as a lovely eyeliner for my brown eyes.
So glad I picked this up, even if out of desperation, else I would not have discovered this gem! Highly recommend it to Blondes as well as Brunettes.

For reference; I have light brown hair (mousey) that is highlited blonde. my eyebrows are mousey colour too. My skintone in NC20/NW20
I picked this up as I was having trouble with my current eyebrow product (LM Eyebrow pencil in fair, iirc, ELF eyebrow kit in Ash, Lamcome Eyebrow pencil in Cendre). the probelm was that I could never find a decent shade.
I'm very happy with the shade of the Collection 2000 pencil, it's a light brown colour and it doesn't have the golden/red tones. it matches my eyebrow well, maybe a tad darker but I like to emphasize my brows a little.
The texture is a little bit too waxy for my liking, which is why I've knocked a pencil off. If it'd been firmer it would have been HG.
It's very easy to apply, you need to be lighthanded and do little strokes. don't try to draw the eyebrows with this bc it'd look really odd.
the packaging is convenient, it's an automatic pencil, so no sharpening needed. the lead goes up and down with no problem. The writing on the plastic tube disappears after a while.
The price is ridiculously low, iirc it's less than £3!
I will repurchase, but i am also planning to get Shu Seal Brown pencil.
