I have combination skin and visible pores with some blackheads so I really want a face that could clean deep inside my pores. This face wash is not drying, which is good both on my cheeks and t-zone. It also has little scrubs inside (not many, just 2-3 small ones in every nail-sized patch), which I can use to scrub my t-zone and hopefully get rid of blackheads. My face feels great after using it and it controls the oil for about a few hours afterwards but not for too long. It doesn't make my face super oily, but not that matte either. I really like the smell though!
Good product overall and will probably repurchase if I do not find a better one.

I use this product daily and have done for over a year! If I don't use this I will break out! It's so lovely on the skin, it's mild and leaves this skin feeling clean. I am not as oily when using this and feel it has balance the oil on my face through using it regularly. I really love this! The only thing I recommend is to keep your lips moisturised as this can dry them out of washing regularly. Defiantly have great results using this. I even feel my make up is applied better since using it.

Love this cleanser. It is perfect for my sensitive skin. It is very gentle and leaves skin feeling fresh. Best of all it doesn't break me out at all. I have tried so many cleansers and this one is by far the best one for my skin.

I loved this cleanser at first. It foams beautifully and cleanses without stripping. Unfortunately for me, it doesn't clean enough to help me with cystic acne, so I wind up breaking out more in the long run because I don't get a deep enough clean. It's too bad because it's great otherwise.

I think this is truly a product for combination skin. It's not intense enough for the truly oily like me.

This is a winner and one of the two favorite facial cleansers of mine (the other one being Estee Lauder Nutritious Purifying Cleanser). In fact, I think this might even take over the Nutritious one, especially since Nutritious line is not available everywhere but this one is. I like it so much that these days I actually look forward to washing my face!

This one produces such rich creamy lathers that you want to keep massaging on your face. You can actually feel that it's a good product and that it's doing good to your skin while you massage!

The little pearls/beads are great for everyday gentle exfoliation without hurting your skin. After massaging them for a little while I squeeze the pearls lightly to dissolve and release the goodness.

The smell is very light and pleasant. After washing up the skin feels extremely clean and supple. In summer I can even skip the moisturizer (in a tropical country) in the morning and the skin does not feel tight. My face remains oil free for a long time.

The tube is nice and light and I like that it's see-through, so I know when to get the next one!

It is a bit pricey, but you need only a small amount each time- and it's so good that it's a good investment on your skin anyway! If you have oily/combination skin then you should try it out at least once.

I'm on my third tube already. I absolutely love this cleanser. it gently cleanse my face and wash off the little makeup I wear on a daily basis. It leaves my skin feeling supple and clean. It doesn't leave a film on my face. There a little beads to gently exfoliate on a daily basis (though there aren't a lot of them). It's a bit pricey though you don't need a lot and it lasted me a good while. I love it how it foams up! It didn't leave my face feeling tight or dry or make my face oilier than usual. Definitely recommend to try it out!

It is the best cleanser I’ve used for the last years. And I will definitely repurchase it again. I’ve bought it for 28 euro and the product is worth every cent of it. I was surprised that I needed just a pea size to wash my face and neck. So the cleanser will last for quite some time. This cleanser is very gentle, it gives lightweight creamy leather and what I love about it- it doesn’t leave my skin feeling over drying and tight (like many other cleansers for oily skin do). In spite of being gentle it is still very effective. The skin looks fresh, pure and feels very soft after the very 1st time you use it. It contains tamarind fruit acid and micro-pearls that help to unclog pores. I try to dissolve the granules on the oily T-zone and I believe it truly helps to refine my skin.
I apply “Ultra-Matte Face Fluid” L’Occitane afterwards (mornings & evenings) and I have to say that after a month of using these two products my skin has become MUCH better. Now the texture is smoother and the most important I don’t suffer from blemishes anymore!
The product is highly recommended!
Edit: as my skin stopped to be oily in winter I had to change this cleanser for Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser for normal/combination skin. It works a bit better for cold season. But when summer comes again I will definitely come back to the previous cleanser as it is still my favorite :)

I love this cleanser.. It really make my skin feel smooth and clean. It also very long lasting. I bought it several months ago and haven't finished yet. You just beed to use small amount and it very foaming.
I have tried several products and none as good as this product!

This product made my skin break out terribly! I continued to use it for 2 weeks thinking it just might be my skin adjusting to a new product but I had to stop using it. There are a lot of good reviews so maybe it just wasn't suited to my sensitive combination skin.
On the plus side I loved the way you only had to use a tiny amount and it foamed up so generously, it made my skin feel super clean.

I love this cleanser. It makes my skin feel so clean but not 'tight'. It's creamy and lathers well and you need the smallest amount - literally less than a pea size. Smells clean and leaves my skin refreshed.

I have only used this once, tonight so it's hard to say.... I have combination skin. I actually found this cleanser dried my skin out a bit (Not as bad as my experience with estee lauder though)t. Or maybe I used too much? It is VERY foaming. On the plus side my skin did feel squeaky clean afterward and it removed my long-wearing makeup.

It's good but i might say it's not the best one. It makes my face skin feel so soffttt... it's gentle and mild eventhough it's for oily skin, it won't make your skin goes dry.that's why i love it

- truly gentle and mild eventhought contains tamarinds granule as exfoliator
- delivers soft skin
- brightens and moist ,won't leave dry skin
- safe for all skin type i suppose

Cons

- expensive
- nothing special except for the gentle and mild texture
- i'm still have my acnes on my skin using this foam, won't break out but won't cure blemishes

YIKES!! I've never had an allergic reaction to a product like this. I was looking for a gentle cleanser to take off long-wear makeup and this had great reviews. Within about 30 seconds, my face burned and became painful. It is still beet red and patchy a long time afterwards, evem though I washed it off. Heavy foundation won't even cover it!
Products usually give me breakouts, but never a rash, especially this strong and rapid. Too bad, it had amazing reviews. I won't touch this with a 10 foot pole again!

I bought this to use for summertime cleansing which is when my face is a bit oilier and fitness activities make me oilier still. But I decided to try this last week, just to see if it is as good as the reviews here indicated and to see how I would like the "beads". Suffice to say, I love this cleanser. The smell is divine and refreshing, the beads seem to burst or dissolve as you massage the cleanser into your face. The lather this produces is phenomenal - the first time, I used a dollop about the size of a pea and this was way more than I needed. The lather is lush and rich feeling, though, not like some cleansers that lather up like mad with harsh detergents. My skin didn't feel stripped but rather clean and fresh. It's not really a cleanser for this time of year for me, but as the weather heats up, I know I am going to love using this. I now have all 3 of the Clarins foaming cleansers - shea butter, cottonseed and now tamarind - and all 3 are excellent products for different skin types or, in my case, different times of year.

I love this cleanser. I love the texture and how it lathers. Only a small bit is needed to get a good clean. Whats lovely about it too is that it doesnt over clean and leave you with that stripped, tight feeling that most foaming cleansers leave behind. I cant say a bad thing about this product and and i would reccomend it to everybody to at least give it try.

I have been using this for about a month, and I absolutely love it. I have very acne porone skin, and have been looking for the right cleanser for about 8 years, and I think I may have found the perfect one. I really try to focus on letting the "purifying beads" burst and dissolve into my skin, especially around my T-zone, which I think makes a big difference. My acne has already cleared up and I have very minimal pimples appearing, and what I do have is mostly around my hair line where I tend to forget. So happy I bought this, and at about $30 it is well worth every penny!

I love how this cleanser foams, you really only need a small pea sized amount and your face feels so clean afterwards. I have very acne prone skin that is also very sensitive. This cleanser is very gentle, but still makes my skin feel very clean. I've only used it a week, but i think it's helping my acne too!

This cleanser has a nice creamy texture with beads in it and smell quite nice. The beads does not exfoliate my skin and the leather somehow make my skin feel dehydrated. It is an okay product, but I dont thik I will repurchase.

This is by far my favourite face cleanser.. Only is tiny amount is needed & it gives a rich creamy lather. It smells totally amazing & leaves my skin soooo soft.
Completely in love with all Clarins products & this is my favourite!
