This product is amazing - when first applied. It's smooth, is super duper opaque, it doesn't irritate or dry out your lips, it doesn't have any weird annoying smell, it stays for quite a while and there's a noticable stain even after u're done eating.
But it bleeds, after around 2 - 3 hours, especially if you wear a strong color like Strength, the bleeding lip color is even more obvious. Also, it transfer immediately, and a lot, to whatever your lips may touch.
This lipstick is beautiful, but it its not practical for daily use. I wouldnt recommend this.

This is a great lip product and I hope they don't discontinue it. The formula is between a lip gloss and a lipstick. They offer a wide range of colours so there should be something for everybody. I recommend!

“Pretty Amazing” lip glaze is superb. It is highly pigmented and gives a nice full coverage without the use of a lip liner/lipstick. You only need a small amount of product in order to achieve this. It’s creamy texture glides on smoothly and hydrates lips well. However, there is an issue with staying power. It does not last long and must be reapplied constantly.
Is it “Cruelty Free”?

They do come in nice colors. However, I am just not a big fan of the smell of them. They smell too artificial.

I bought this colour in Moxie which is a hot barbie pink that I use over a sheer pink lipstick. My lips are often on the dry side and I wouldn't recommend using this as a straight lip colour if your lips are in the same condition. Over a lipstick it works perfectly! I have to buff over the application with my finger tip to give a more blended softer look. I do have to apply frequently through out the day but it is such a charming, out-there colour that it is worth it!!

I received a sample of "confidence" (a very natural looking raspberry pink color on me) a month or so ago when I went to Sephora. I first used this on a day when I tried to put on lipstick, but it just looked disgusting, my lips were dry and cracked no matter how much lip balm I had on, and my lips were dry, cracked, and uneven in color. I have a bad habit of picking or chewing off the dead/dry skin on my lips. Since the lipstick looked awful I immediately took it off and decided to try this, as I assumed it was a liquid lipstick. I LOVED it. I don't use the applicator it comes with, it puts down WAY too much product. I use a lip brush and use a thing layer to coat my entire mouth and leave a stain like color. This stuff is very opaque, even with the small amount I used, you couldn't see the uneven color of my lips, you couldn't see the cracks, it felt so soft, and moisturizing. And it lasts a long time. I use this so much, and I still have a lot of sample left. I'm definitely going to get the full size of this color and maybe one or two more.
UPDATE; LOLOLOL I now have like all but 3 of them. And I love them all. I might not buy another regular lipstick again.

I got this today from the BE boutique near Covent Garden and all I can say is WOW!! I have this in the colour witty which doesn't seem to be sold as widely in the UK. I honestly can't think of a good reason why BE would hide this colour from ASOS or QVC, its a plummy merlot that is perfect for autumn. I have already eaten with it and had a cup of tea and I can say that it wears down nicely to a stain. I will be wearing this most days this winter as a stain (maybe with some gloss over it) and in full colour when I go out.
The applicator is very good for creating an outline but it is flat, wide and flexible like a fuzzy paddle - not a problem if you have wide lips like me but troublesome if you have a smaller pout. This can be easily remedied with a lip brush but for the money spent I can understand the frustration.
Very little other make up is needed with this strong a colour and personally I couldn't be happier I will be going back for the colours allure (peachy cream) and savvy (dark nude) which also dont seemed to be sold from the usual outlets.

I don't like this lip color product. I have 4 of these Pretty Amazing Lip Colors because I received the BE TSV from QVC in 2010 where I received a quarterly set of mineral e/s, blush, veil, eye liner, mascara, and along with these lousy lip products.
The colors are nice, and I am not going to complain there (even though I don't like 1960's pink lips because my lips are too deep for that contrived look.)
But the goopy, glopy, smelly formula of the actual product just plain stinks! I don't like how this lip product applies becuause it goes on choppy and uneven and unneccesarily thick. I don't like how you have to wipe the wand and clean it up because the wand comes out so messy! And I mean messy! The product gets a bad smell after 4 months and then you need to toss a.s.a.p. They are not pretty amazing, in fact, they are pretty lousy.
I like BE for alot of their products, and I love their Buxom Lips line, but I will not buy the Pretty Amazing line in the future.

I got a sample of this in Confidence, a dark kinda-blue red. It's a creamy lipstick-lipgloss combo. Not sticky. At least this color sn't streaky. I don't know about the other colors. The staying power is decent. I had to retouch it after eating. It may look less shiny with the hours. I don't have any problems with the sample applicator. I can contour my lips just fine (I assume the real thing is going to be the same or better). It doesn't have a weird smell or parabens. I'm happy with it. I'll buy the full size and more colors, though I've seen on the internet that they don't have a lot of colors to choose from.

I received the color "Rouge" as part of a set before Christmas and as much as I have tried to love this lip product, I just can't.
I love my natural glosses, Buxum glosses and BE lipstick but this product is subpar for me.
The good: The color of "Rouge" is amazing and it lasts for hours.
The bad: The applicator is terribly flimsy, one of the worst I've ever seen.
The ugly: The formula is a bit sticky and it runs/spreads from wherever It is applied. It does not stay put no matter how I use it.
I have no intention of purchasing one of these again, it's a huge disappointment to me.

After using these lipsticks for the past 4 months I've decided to review them because of how much I enjoy the product. I have them in 3 colors so far (charisma--a peachy pink, ambition--a bright fuchsia pink, and strength -- an opaque cherry red). My use with them has varied between layering with a lip gloss and using them alone and both ways have given me fantastic results. I love the applicator using the tip for lining and the wider part to fill in (I also use my finger to apply at times as well). Each color has worn well and after drinking or eating turn into a nice even lip stain. I have zero complaints about this product and will continue to purchase new colors and repurchase the colors I already have. A Truly AMAZING lip product.

I'm sorry to say that I really dislike this BE line of glosses. The formula is way to thick, which causes the gloss to go on gloppy and streaky. The colors are not flattering at all, and the feeling on the lips is not one I enjoy. The one thing I did notice is that because of the horrible thickness of this product, the gloss does stay on for a good amount of time. Sorry BE, I love ya but NOT with this product.

This is a gorgeous lipcolor. I did not like the light shades very much. Too glaring, for my taste. So I tried the Bravado on. PERFECT. A very elegant color. A darkish, brown rose that is absolutely perfect for day time, when an intense red would be too stark, too "look-at-me." It's got the perfect amount of shine, and makes my lips look soft and plump. Who could ask for more?

I absolutely love these! They're HG status for me. I have three colors (Moxie, Ambition, and Free Will) and I plan to get more. I honestly can't even say one bad thing about these. The pigmentation is incredible. The color you see coming out of the tube is what you get on your lips. The formula is also great. It's like a cross between a lipstick and a gloss, and they're very long-wearing. I hope BE comes out with these in even more colors!

I bought this in Free will, which looked in the store like a pretty, Brigitte Bardot-esque peachy nude. On me (NC27) it came out disappointingly blah - paler than I expected and it washed me out. Texture-wise, it was smooth and comfortable but spread a little too thin. The applicator I hated - it was too limp to allow quick application and at first I thought it was broken. It really is the oddest aspect of this product. But the lipstick itself was creamy and easy to wear.

Long wearing, precise applicator, you don't need a liner. I have two now and bought one as a gift. A must try product!

Woah. This is the Holy Grail of lip products. In the spirit of MAC's Candy Yum Yum lippie, I bought Ambition. It's a perfect fuchsia, neither leaning more pink or more purple. The wear on this is incredible, the color payoff insane! This made it through breakfast AND a lunch sandwhich. I didnt even need a lip liner. The only little quib I have is the applicator, it could be just a bit stiffer for more control. Fair warning, this isnt the kind of lip product you can just swipe on without a mirror. All in all my lips were comfortable, the color stayed intense, and I got many a compliment. I dont mind at all having to pay the $16 and tax as this is some quality lip stuff. I will most definetly be purchasing more colors.
