Well I love the color. I think it's a gorgeous shade and it looks great with my pale skin, but it takes more coats, dries slower, and chips sooner than cheaper brands so why pay so much more for the polish?

I absolutely love this grey! I found it on clearance for 4 dollars at my local beauty supply store. It's perfect for my pale skin (NC15). Applies evenly in 2-3 coats with a nice glossy finish :) highly recommend!

I love to wear this polish. It is a great neutral without being boring. This gray works better for me than any others as I have found, as it is lacking the blue undertones. I have warm-toned skin and this seems to brighten my complexion. It is silky smooth to apply and two coats give great opacity.

I got this color as part of the mini PotC set. This polish is such a unique and lovely bone shade with a hint of grey. I am amazed that I can pull this color off since tan polishes are usually a no go for me. It is a interesting neutral - very work and school friendly while still standing out. Because it has more of a yellow under tone than most greys I think it would be the ideal grey for warm skin tones. The formula is the same as with the other two light colors from this collection (Stranger Tides, Steady as She Rose) in that it is streaky on the first coat or two, but three coats levels it out completely. So that knocks off a lippie, but this color is still rocking my world right now. Actually, the whole PotC collection is pretty amazing imo, but this is one of my favorite picks from it.

Beautiful color, and true to its name!. This polish is very shiney on the nail. It does look as though i have already put on my top coat :P. This is polish is, HOWEVER, fairly streaky and for that it loses two stars :(.

Pick it up during a bargain. The pale light grey colour took me completely.
After 2 coats of polish, it turned out to be a pale grey which is real chic on my asian skin.
Great pick for me!!

I'm quite new to OPI polishes so this was one of the first OPI polishes I purchased. I love the colour! It is such a unique and 'modern' shade. I have yellow toned skin due to asian ethnicity and this colour compliments me quite well (if I may say so myself :P).
I apply two coats to achieve opaque-ness. First coat is a bit streaky but that is normal with most cream colours. I like using this with a very shiny top coat. Currently using Sally Hansen Mega Shine top coat and it looks really pretty with the super glossy finish. I have tried it if a matte top coat just for fun and it reminds me of cement on my nails LOL.
Overall formula is a bit difficult to work with as it is a bit thick. But after a few times, you get the hang of it. The colour is absolutely worth it! :)

Was lucky enough to find this on clearance for $4.99, and had a 20% off coupon making it a real steal. I got a creamy, non-streaky finish after 2 coats and the color is gorgeous! Compliments my pale (NC15) skin nicely. Greige is a great descriptor.

Here is a hint to all who seemed to think 3 coats were necessary.
I happened to purchase Kyoto Pearl and didn't really like it after applying 1 coat so I got out my trusty Skull and Glossbones and voila!
I discovered that just 1 coat didn't end up streaky at all. So I saved myself a coat.
I just love this shade. It is a dove grey with overtones of sage green, which ends up looking almost like a pale taupe.
When I first took the plunge from pinks, etc. I thought I looked like Morticia, but after going places with it on and having so many strangers compliment it, I am now sold.
And it goes with just about everything.

A lovely cement/putty color. It lasted for about 5 days with no chips and minimal tip wear. My only complaint is that it applied a little streaky and required 3 coats.

Beauitful creamy grey with a very subtle hint of beige, it's neutral! Being as pale as I am (NW15) I would not usually pick up this colour as I would expect it to look too blah. It actually looks sophisticated, flattering and clean against my skin tone surprisingly enough..
This came in a mini set for the Pirates collection, one of four polishes. So my only complaint is that the brush isn't the usual OPI wide one, as that would not fit the bottle but I plan to purchase this in the full size!
Staying power has been awesome (using a base and top coat) it has been a few days and no sign of wear yet. The first coat indeed was streaky but was opaque at two though I like to always do a third any ways. I would recommend this, especially to ladies of warm tones as it's a nice subtle contrast and a "safe" twist on a nude look!

Great, flat cement grey color. It might have the teeny-tiniest hint of beige because there is just something about it that is not "just grey". I don't know, but it's pretty. No shimmer, applies best with three coats to cover streakiness.

This didn't show up a light grey on me but a very blue toned grey. The application was quite streaky and dragged some. Even after two coats, I still saw the streaks.
But the lasting power really really surprised me. It lasted a week with NO chipping and seemingly no wear. It's not easily smudged, either. I work with my hands quite a bit, too.
It remained shiny as well. Removing the polish was fantastic, it slid off my nails with no trouble at all.
A bit tricky to work with but very much worth it. Also wished the color was more true to the bottle.
Other than that, would repurchase. I wish all polishes has the lasting ability as this one!

This is a beautiful creamy light grey. I love this polish. It looks so nice and smooth on the nail. I was bummed I had to do 3 coats because it was a bit streaky still with two.

I can see why there is so much fuss over this colour. It really is the most unusual nail colour i own. It reminds me of putty actually. Lovely for fall/autumn, great consistency & great coverage after just 2 coats. Although its unusual, its also a very easy colour neutral colour which matches almost everything. Good everydayer.

Absolutely love this colour! I got it as part of a POTC mini set and really wasn't expecting much, but it's quickly became one of my favourite colours. Tonight I experimented and added a top coat of Significant Other Colour - this really makes a very special look. You have to try it if you have both! I am very pale with cool skin tones and this looks very elegant and polished on me,

Skull & Glossbones puts me outside my comfort zone. I usually wear two shades of polish: sheer or vamp. Nothing in between. I tried Skull&Glossbones because it came with the mini-set of The Pirates of the Caribbean. My first coat went on streaky and unevenly, but was creamy and opaque by coat two. To say I am shocked that a light grey would complement my warm skin tone is an understatement. Skull & Glossbones is an understated elegant colour with edgy overtones.

Um. What. I never thought I'd love gray polishes, but this one is literally PERFECT. It's a putty gray color with a lightly glossy finish that looks surprisingly modern/chic and not at all old-fashioned. I'm NC25 and very warm so I was worried that this color would look ashy on me, but it has just enough beige in it (very, very subtle) so that it looks natural on my hands. I'm so madly in love with this color that I'm going to go out and get a spare, since this is a Limited Edition color from OPI's Pirates of the Caribbean 2011 line.
A word of caution: I find this color to be particularily thick (even for OPI) and therefore a bit hard to apply. I would recommend applying with quick strokes and waiting longer than you normally would for a coat to dry.
I'd take off a lippie for this problem except that I like the color so much that I don't have to heart to. :p

I love it. It's a light grey putty shade that looks grey enough to be unique but it's an office-appropriate understated polish as well. I found it only needs 2 coats to be opaque which is a plus in my book since I'm used to apply my polishes in 3 coats. It wears great on me with some very minor tip wear on day 2 1/2, just like any other OPI polish. It's definitely unique enough to say, get it if you like grey polishes!
