I saw no results using this moisturizer. I like the scent, and I like the texture, though it's not moisturizing enough for my skin (I topped it with another moisturizer). I used it for a month, and I saw no reduction in any fine lines or wrinkles. It seemed to exacerbate acne.
I would not repurchase.

I really can't believe just how good this product works.
I'm 27 and although I don't have deep wrinkles,I have a had lines under my eyes and was suffering with HUGE pores in my skin. Nothing I used worked and then I tried this. The pores on my skin have all but vanished after using the cream for just 3 weeks.
I'm constantly being asked what make up I'm wearing or what face cream I use,due to my skin looking so good. And best of all its not even expensive! I truly recommend this to anyone who wants to get rid of lines/pores/sun damage and get beautiful glowing skin. Only draw back is that one bottle only lasts me around 3 weeks,so a 100ml bottle would be great :))

This is my HG moisturizer! I use both the day and night creams and my skin is so smooth and looks radiant. It moisturized the dry patches of skin on my face, but wasn't too greasy. It absorbs nicely into my skin and works well under makeup. I still have lines on my face, but they're much more plumped out because this lotion moisturizes so well. I'm positive that it's working because a customer at work asked me what I use on my face because she said I have the most beautiful skin...it just glows. LOL! Best compliment I've ever gotten about my skin!

I'm totally satisfied with this product. Its name describes the way it works perfectly. It's a great daily moisturizer which acts on the skin as fast as it promises. You obtain visible results and improvements in just one week.
The texture is soft, non oily and it is absorbed quickly. The smell is not the more pleasant one, but it disappears quite fast after aplication. Your skin feels super smooth (even after the first use) and not shiny at all. I've noticed that my skin looks even lighter (and I'm very pale).
At present, I don't really have wrinkles to repair. My main goal is prevention and the correction of two extremely fine lines on my forehead. I have to put my face very close to the mirror to see them but they're there and they tend to be more noticeable if I frown and my skin is not well hydrated.
After one week using this cream (twice a day), I got an evident improvement on these fine lines. I'm glad to say that they are disappearing.
So this product is an excellent moisturizer, it has a true and rapid anti-wrinkle effect and last but least, it's provided with SPF 30. The cream melts on your skin easily and you don't need a lot of product to cover all your face. The bottle (29 ml.) lasts about one month (two daily applications).
As regard to the packaging, it's a hygienic bottle with a very useful dispenser which helps you to get the right amount of product.
As regard to the price, I wouldn't say it's expensive. The price is convenient and the results are visible.
I haven't experienced any kind of skin problem by using it. Even so, Neutrogena warns you about the posibility of some temporary rednesses, tingling sensation or skin exfoliation due to the Retinol contained in the formula. Nothing happened to me except a minimal (and ocasional) exfoliation on my nose.
I highly recommend this product and I'm going to repurchase it again, of course.

I just reviewed the night cream and basically have to say same thing about this.... It's awesome!!!! Love this the night cream and serum. I have yet to try the eye cream. Nice non oily application, like the packaging, smell is pleasant and results are wonderful. Hope they don't discontinue. A+++++

I love this product. It's moisturizing, but at the same time I do get some peeling/flaking. Which I want! Because that means that there is enough retinol in this product to make a difference.
While I haven't really noticed a change in my fine lines ( just around my eyes), my skin texture is much smoother, softer, even toned, the list goes on and on. I've been using this product for a month so perhaps the fine lines will be diminished with more use. Definitely worth buying.
I have had some experience using the real stuff - Retin A, in my early 20's for breakouts. It did not help with my cystic acne-only accutane did. Retin A made the skin not covered in acne look amazing, but almost exaggerated the look of my acne due to the harshness/peeling effect. My skin would look very smooth/radiant right after I washed my face and moisturized, but hours later it would be peeling, flaking, anytime I spoke or smiled. I would compare it to what your skin looks like after a bad sunburn when it starts to peel off in chunks. It looked worse with make up, and could sometimes be embarrassing. I discontinued use of the product as I felt the results weren't worth going through the side effects of the product, as my acne didn't ever improve with long term use of retin A.
So, the bottom line is that Rapid Wrinkle Repair is a great product. It's not as potent as Retin A, but that is a positive because that means you don't get the nasty side effects. My skin does still peel and flake, but it's mild, and does not leave any redness, and as I mentioned I like to see the exfoliating properties because I know it works.
Also noticed it seems to help with post inflammation hyper pigmentation after breakouts!

When it comes to moisturizers, I can be a little difficult to please. No, I don't have the type of skin that breaks out easily (I could probably slather my face with Crisco and be just fine), but my oily leaning combo skin type makes it difficult to find a moisturizer that can tackle my drier areas without making my face look overly dewy and thus unsuitable for daytime. It's the one product I've been completely incapable of developing anything even close to a committed relationship with. I don't just buy a completely new product whenever I run out of what I'm currently using, I'm usually itching for something new before I've even half used up whatever I'm working on.
But then came Rapid Wrinkle Response! Being a baby-faced 30 year old, wrinkles themselves aren't really a problem and thus I can't really speak to the anti-aging benefits of this product. Paula Begoun seems to think that there isn't enough Retinol in here to make this moisturizer all that potent, and I'll just take her word on that. But what does make this moisturizer so appealing to me is its SPF 30, lightweight texture, quick absorbency and semi-matte finish. My skin drinks this up like a sponge, absorbing completely within a minute or two. It leaves my skin soft but not at all dewy looking. I wouldn't say it's mattifying per se, but the end finish is somewhere between matte and satin making it perfect for wearing underneath my foundation. It also is rather gentle to the skin around my eyes. Some moisturizers with SPF burn my eyelids, but this does not.
The packaging is nice too. It's a solid, opaque bottle with an airtight pump to keep all of the important ingredients from destabilizing. It feels like it's made of glass, in that it's much heavier than I'd expect plastic to be, but it doesn't feel fragile.
All and all, great daytime moisturizer with broad spectrum sunscreen for ladies with normal to moderately oily skin. And if the retinol ends up helping me stay baby-faced longer, all the better!

I love this stuff! I don't have much in the way of real wrinkles, but the fine lines are starting to show up. This helped reduce them (or the look of them) in just a few days. It also has made my skin feel smoother and softer. I still use olive oil a couple nights a week, and go back to this with no problems or let-up in the smoothing and softening properties. I may have found my new HG! Will definitely repurchase.

Not for sensitive skin. I loved this product at first, it goes on nicely, smells nice, feels light, but moisturizing, etc. I went into this knowing that I have sensitive skin and only used it once every other day. I wasn't using the night cream, just the day cream. I didn't notice any irritation at first, but after about 2 weeks my skin started feeling really sensitive. My clarisonic hurt my face, my usual eye cream started burning upon application. Since I know these products don't normally irritate my skin and the only new item was the Neutrogena I stopped using it. It's too bad, it seems like a great product.

I love this stuff! I do not have acne but I'm sensitive to heavy product and will breakout if I use something my skin doesn't care for. This did not break me out at all. I'm 26 and I've been using this for about a month both day and night and so far my skin looks clear, even toned, plump and fine lines have softened on my forehead. This stuff sinks in immediately and wears extremely well under makeup, although I only a Chanel concealer to even my tone. This product does not cause my pores to look large like some oily and heavy products do. My forehead is a bit oily towards the end of the day but I think it's due to the warmer weather and my skin adjusting. Skin is very soft. The scent is very pretty - my husband always tells me I smell good after I put it on. The SPF isn't noticable, in a good way. My only quelm is that you can't see how much product you have left but retinol is light sensitive so it can't be put in a clear bottle. When I run out of this myself I'm buying both the night and day version so I don't run out of one before the other (I'm a little OCD like that). I highly recommend it.
Update: I bought the night version to use in conjunction with the day version but I found my face to be way too greasy the next day and I've been breaking out a little right above and between my eyebrows - not a good look. Also my skin was a little reddish. I stopped using anything at all at night after I wash and using only the SPF 30 version during the day and skin is back to normal. I'll keep this routine.
Also, and to those questioning why in the world anyone under 40 would be using this: an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. That and the true benefits of retinol are based on long term use, not knee-jerk correctional use.

This product works wonderfully on my oily skin. It has SPF 30, which is very impotant in preventing wrinkles. Retinol products have been recommended by my dermatologist, and hyaluronic acid is very effective at drawing moisture into the skin. I was initially concerned that this might make my oily skin extra greasy, but I'm happy to say that it soaks into my skin immediately, and I'm confident that the ingredients are helping me maintain youthful-looking, healthy skin. :)

Already in one week the day formulation with spf 30 has changed my skin for the better. I can visibly see that my skin is smoother and the ever present dry patches have gone. It does temporarily plump up wrinkles around the eyes and neck as any good moisturizer will and the retinol in it does not scorch my skin. The sunscreen does not sting the eye area and it does leave my dry skin feeling very moisturized for hours. Sits well under foundation and does not break me out. The price is reasonable and can easily be picked up on sale at the supermarket. The only thing that gets up my nose quite literally, is the smell. It smells of off pineapples, very much like the Alba Botanica sunscreens. It does eventually fade but it means I don't look forward to putting it on as I should. I will try the night version next then update.

I'm using the Night version -- and this stuff has completely changed my skin. I can't remember when it's been this smooth and even toned. Not seeing much of a difference in wrinkles yet, but I've only been using it a couple of weeks.
I think this is my HG night moisturizer. I'd like to try other products in the line.

I am very impressed with this moisturizer. It's been a week so far and I have noticed a difference in the texture, look and feel of my skin.
My skin has become more smooth, little bumps I had around my chin and on my forehead/hair line have disappeared. Close up in a mirror I can see the fine lines around my mouth and eyes are softening and getting a bit smaller.
I also have a "glow" that's starting to illuminate. I normally wear Benefit's Hi Beam highlighter, however in the last few days, I've noticed it being a bit redundant to apply. Who'd have thought!!
There was a slight tingling upon first application, but I'm told a retinoid has an exfoliating property. The tingling only lasted a few seconds.
I don't have overly sensitive skin though I am a pale, freckled redhead, but have broken out with some products from different brands in the past. However, I have yet to break out with this stuff (knock on wood).
Will DEFINATELY buy again! Thanks Neutrogena...I think I may have found my anti aging HG product!

I really love this product! A product that really works. I was beginning to get sun spots on my face and they have really faded. My face is smooth and I can really see a difference in fine lines. My friend and I both use this and are prone to breakouts but this hasn't affected us. Thanks Neutrogena!

Hello, clogged pores! This is retinol in a silicone base- if your skin does not break out from the 'cones! I really liked how quickly this product softened my fine lines but it rapidly clogged my pores and broke me out on my forehead.

Bought into the hype with this one but had immediate irritation on contact with this toxic formulation. It burned and itched, but had a nice texture if I could keep my hands from clawing it off. The scent was very in your face with a fake fruitiness that I despise, and though it did dissipate after about 30 minutes, did not contribute to the overall comfort of this moisturizer. Can't comment on its anti-aging effectiveness as this will have to be returned if I want to continue having skin on my face. Upon removing after 3+ hours, already had little bumps from this. Yuck.
