I wish this weren't so darn expensive, because I really, really love this mousse. I apply extra to my dry hair. I rub a little around the crown/root area and then rub a little more all through my hair before I put in my jumbo hot curlers. The result is big shiny curls that last all day, and no other product has ever been able to do that for me.

Very good product for my fine/thin hair. It even made it look better the next day! Definitley one of the best mousses that I have tried.

I have fine, straight hair that tends to lie really flat without help. This mousse did help but I didn't think that it was the wonder product it has been for some. It left a weird, almost waxy residue in my hair, but I discovered that using less and drying my hair immediately after applying helped minimize that. Also, using this, I absolutely could not let my hair airdry and there was no second-day hair -- my hair felt dirtier than usual so I really had to shampoo the next day. But having said all that, it did give me great, touchable bounce and volume, and I did quite gladly use up a full bottle of this.

I must be doing something wrong. Got this because of the great reviews. I have very straight, limp hair. I would describe this mousse as average but nothing special at all. Certainly not the HG product people rave about. Disappointed - especially considering the price tag.

WOW!!!! I got a travel sized sample of this in a New Beauty Test Tube I ordered from QVC. What an amazing product!!! It's worth the price of the test tube alone. I was always blessed with fairly thick hair, but as I've gotten older I notice is doesn't behave the way it used to when I was younger. Never a have a problem with styling it and it doing what I wanted, but now it's a struggle to make it "behave". I thought I didn't need anything to help thicken my hair. Oh was I wrong!! This product not only provides thickening, it also helps my hair do what I want it to do. It smells terrific and a little product goes a long way. Yes, a full size runs $26, but it's one of those cases where you get exactly what you pay for. When I run out of this sample, I will certainly be willing to spend for a full size of this product.

Use this product as you would any other mousse. It does say that it should be used on damp, de-tangled hair. I have fairly short hair and a golf ball size it good for me, I can actually use a bit less. Just run it through your hair and style as usual. You will have great results.

This stuff is incredible!

My hair is baby-fine and thin as well, and this is the only mousse I have ever used that gives me a combination of a full look AND feel.

Most mousses that give me volume do it by just kind of lifting the hair at the roots, but this makes my hair actually look and feel a lot thicker!

My husband was amazed at how much more hair it looked like I had. He commented on it repeatedly. And one of the best things about it is that it looked like that ALL day, despite my going out shopping on a windy day.

I read about the science behind it, and thought it was just going to be another bunch of empty promises, so I was a little hesitant to buy it - mostly because of the price - but it really works.

I am SO happy to have found this product and will be recommending it to friends and family.

My word, finally... A mousse that is truly touchable, moveable, and keeps my hair soft and frizz free... Yet still adds VOLUME! I feel like all of these mousses aimed at keeping hair moveable/soft just don't really plump the hair. This does. It smooths, volumizes, and still keeps your hair touchable. It does however, have a vinyl-pvp ingredient that could build up on hair? Regularly clarifying (which I do once a week anyhow) should keep it from building up if at all. I will update though if this is problematic. I only use it sometimes anyway, since I mostly wash my hair in the evenings and don't need to volumize my hair before laying on it for the night. But when I have time in the AM, I dampen my hair with a spray bottle of water and blow dry some volume into. Use this mousse to get that volume!

I don't really have problematic hair. It's a little dry, no split ends, not too frizzy, down to my waist, thick. I like products that nourish my hair, and make it smooth, soft, and shiny. I needed a really good mousse, and even though my hair is already thick, I thought that this would really plump up my hair.
From the first time I used this I noticed a great difference. My thick hair was more manageable. It was even shinier and much easier to style. No frizz at all. It lasts forever. And it smells so good. I absolutely adore this product.
The only thing is the price. It's comparable to many drugstore mousses, and so I won't buy it again. If you afford it though, then I definitely recommend it.

I'm a huge fan of the Living Proof line. I'd tried the Full Thickening Cream and it was nice but when I tried the mousse it was like whoa! While the cream gave my hair nice body and bounce the mousse gave my hair extreme fullness that lasts alllll day. I like to use the mousse for sexy date hair lol, or when I really want to up the ante.

This is expensive($26) a definate splurge for me.
I love how this makes my hair look the day I use it. Perfect smooth blow-out with volume. Love!
I hate the smell. I hate the smell of all the products in this line. But I can live with that if I like the results.
So....my hair looks awesome the day I use it. I wash, towel dry, apply some of this, comb through and blowdry. But the next day my hair is really limp and oily looking. I like to wash every other day so it's a bummer that I have to wash daily when I use this.
I plan on re-purchasing though. I'll alternate using this with sexy hair concepts root pump plus which I also like.

If you have ultra-fine hair with no volume, this product is for you. I add some in after the morning shower, and my hair has tons of volume all day. Unreal!

I have honestly never had a product work this well before. I have long, fine, textured, naturally curly hair (thinning slightly in the front) which I blow-dry straight with a round boar-bristle brush every other day. My hair doesn't have a lot of weight, so a volumizing product is necessary to help my hair stay straight. I had tried the cream version of Living Proof's Full, but the formulation was too heavy for my hair. Since I've been using the mousse version (about two months), I have lost count of how many people have commented on how great my hair looks, have I gotten it cut, have I gotten it professionally styled, etc. The finished style is unbelievable. I am even overdue for a haircut, and you would never know it.

A word to the wise -- you MUST shake this product before dispensing it into your hand. Not doing so will result in your hair feeling somewhat tacky/tangled. Shake it up, dispense some in your palm (around ping-pong ball-ish size for longer hair) rub together and run through your hair...even the roots, seriously. Terrific product, highly, highly recommended.
