Love this! It controls oil, mutes pores, sets makeup, doesn't look white. High quality, wonderful product.

I found this product to be ok but nothing amazing. I purchased it to try and disguise my very large pores, I found however that it works just much like any other silica powder, however this one seems more finely milled and a tad less drying/irritating then other silica powders. Being mainly silica based it does give a small softening/blurring effect. It did leave me with a bit of a white cast so it does have to be buffed in. It is good for setting makeup but very oily skinned people will find it doesn't hold up for long at all. I think this would work best for someone with normal skin that just wants an airbrushed appearance Sadly for my skin type though it just didn't work.

I was attracted to the color of this powder, being a pale yellow, because I thought it would give a neutral tone without looking too peachy or too ashy. And the claims of achieving an airbrushed finish didn't hurt either. Well, I like this powder but I don't love it. It is very fine, gives a matte finish, but I do find it a bit chalky and dry looking. It's a pricey powder and I don't think it's worth it to buy again.

I like a setting powder even though my skin is on the drier side. But I don't think this is the best one out there. Even though I use a small amount I feel it leaves my skin a little chalky looking and doesn't blur out pores and fine lines as well as my Laura Mercier translucent. Perhaps this is better for more oily skin. And the price of this powder is extremely over priced in my opinion. I wish I had returned to QVC:(

Unlike most hd powders on the market, this one actually has an ivory-yellow tint to it. However, it does go on translucent onto one's face. And, even with a light dusting of such, it really does aid in giving a porcelain finish to the skin.

It Cosmetics' Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush is the only brush that I use to apply this powder with. It allows for me to get an absolutely airbrushed finished to my makeup (which I love!)!

I like the product well enough, it is a good finishing powder that feels nice when you apply (especially with the heavenly luxe powder brush!). It is kind of expensive at $38. One day I decided to test this against Bare Minerals Mineral Veil, and I applied each one to one side of my face. Mineral Veil won hands down as my make-up had stayed in place much better on that side. I also think that ELF has a $6 powder (HD definition powder) that is basically the same thing. I’d save myself the $32 and get the ELF, or go for Mineral Veil.

It's an ok powder. I have oily skin and large pores in the t-zone and dry cheeks. I find that it makes my skin look chalky and heavy.
I think it's over-priced and there is much better out there.
I've used it with a puff and many different brushes. It's just not for me.

Great powder works really well. However it's a bit overpriced. It's basically just an ordinary silica powder so you can get a identical product from companies such as coastal scents that make a translucent silica powder and the results will be basically identical. None the less it is a great product and lives up to its claims. One last thing to keep in mind is that this cannot be used in flash photography as it will cast a white shadow on the ace in photos. Celebrities such as Eva longoria and drew Barrymore have been caught out on the red carpet. For more info watch Wayne goss on YouTube . He has a video about it

This has been the best powder for my oily skin. Fills in pores like nothing else. I can see that it may not be suitable for dry skin, but it's perfect for me. Makes the surface of my skin flawless and smooth, blurs imperfections. I have bought this again and am on my third jar. Wonderful product. HG material in my book. Wish it were not made in China. EDIT: This powder is too dry in the winter. I have been using Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid and it has made my skin a whole lot less oily. I find this powder now looks chalky on me. I have switched to Kevyn Aucoin Gossamer Loose Powder to add back some radiance to my skin. Maybe I'll try it again in the summer when my skin is oilier.

I am 47 and find that this makes my normal to dry skin look ashy, dry and cakey. I have been using a very small amount to set my foundation and do not like the result. This leaves you looking like the Sahara desert so it is probably good for people with oily skin. I would not repurchase.

I have increased my rating on this to a five because when I apply with a big powder puff that I purchased at the drugstore it went on beautifully. This product comes with a puff that does a horrific job of depositing the powder on the face. When I used my own puff and used a very small amount of the product, it really did a nice job of filling pores without looking caked on or ashy. The secret seems to be to not use the applicator it comes with and to use a small amount of product.

I got a sample of this powder when I ordered the Get Wet bronzer (which I LOVE btw) I've been on a recent cosmetics kick lately and am always searching for the best of the best especially since this one festival im going to is coming up, I need products that are really gonna withstand the 16 hours, outdoors in may festivities. I have the MUFE hd powder but it doesn't compare to this powder, its basically what the MUFE should've been. Let me be proof of that!

What I love about this product is that it looks amazing on your skin, it really does blur out any lines, wrinkles, or pores you may have. Now I have big pores on my cheeks & an expression line on my forehead but when I put this on they are soo much less noticeable & almost disappear. My skin looks almost flawless & professional with this, i've been told my makeup lately has been looking the best its ever looked since I've been wearing this instead of my MUFE (never fully satisfied & kinda disappointed with that powder) I will most definitely be getting the full size, I just love the finish it gives & how well it holds my makeup. A true hd powder in my opinion.

Now, I don't wanna bore you too much so i'm just gonna go over aspects I love about this product:

FINISH:
Not dry or powdery looking. Makes makeup look more flawless & smooth, almost gives "that glow" that's missing in most powders without any shimmer. Also doesn't leave a white cast. Has an awesome blur-effect!

TEXTURE:
Very finely milled & silky like the MUFE pretty much, maybe even slightly better.

LASTING POWER:
I feel like it controls oil better than MUFE, I get less oily for a much more extended amount of time. Defininitley holds makeup better too.

Love it, thumbs up! I don't have any complaints. :D

I had recieved a small sample of this when I bought the bye bye under eye concealer. Previously, I was using Silk Naturals untinted Blur powder and felt that it was a lot better than this product. I re ordered my Silk naturals, ran out and then started using this again.

I think there is a big difference because I really like this one so much better! It really blurs my fine lines underneath my eyes where as Silk Naturals made it more dry and visible. I think its because It cosmetics adds the vitamins and collagen etc. and it just makes your face soo smooth. I am looking forward to buying the full size with the brush on QVC.

While I like this product for on my oily nose, it makes the rest of my face very dry and uncomfortable, as well as slightly ashy looking (I'm an n20 coloring in mac foundations). I use the tiny puff that is included and push some of the powder into my nose and slightly out onto my cheeks (where I get oily and have large pores). I like it for this purpose, but it's not something that I take the time to use every day since i cannot just swirl it onto a brush and apply it to my whole face. I don't regret buying it, but I will not be repurchasing.

Ooh, I just love this finishing powder so far. It's light as air and truly translucent, while still managing to blur my pores. It's also talc, oil, fragrance and paraben free, which makes it pretty much perfect in my book. This might be my favorite loose powder yet.
