This product is ok. Has a nice smell, and gets rid of dirt well. It is full of nasty chemicals though and didn't do anything for my skin.

I've used Formula 10.0.6 toners in both normal and sensitive versions. I guess I like the sensitive version best, since it doesn't contain alcohol and feels more gentle on the skin. However, I stopped using it because this contains seaweed, an ingredient that seems to make my sensitive skin break out :/

The most gentle toner ever. Does not sting like they normally do. I run a cotton round soaked with this over my oily spots after cleansing, and it works well to remove makeup/grime that the cleanser has missed. I don't know if it is is great at preventing blemishes, but it seems to be at least semi-effective at helping them heal faster or not get quite as big. Doesn't make skin feel tight or dry or turn red. The smell of the toner is mild and pleasant, not strong.

The price is good and I love this brand's packaging. If you're looking for a good toner that won't irritate sensitive skin, this is it.

I usually spend a good amount of time researching products before I purchase them, but this was different. I was in Ulta and the bottle caught my eye; the design is so clean and adorable so I decided to give it a shot. I'm pretty lazy about washing my face because I rarely break out or have issues, so I just usually use makeup remover wipes. Lately, my face has been breaking out more often so I needed to reconsider what I was doing. I love this cleanser! I got the sensitive skin version because I didn't want that tight, awful feeling and it is perfect. After using this, my face feels clean and refreshed but not tight at all. I used it after using my regular makeup remover wipes and I'm surprised at how much comes off! No wonder I was breaking out. Highly recommended and great price!

This worked great for the first week of use. My acne was strongly moderated and my skin less oily, but then this started to sting a lot and my skin got very red. Also the skin around my nose got dry and flakey and my t-zone got very oily again. I don't have sensitive skin but it seem like my skin reacted badly to this. Will not repurchase.

I've always seen Formula 10.0.6 products at Ulta & their cute packaging always caught my eye, but I was afraid of wasting money in case I didn't like a product. Well I FINALLY gave in because they're BOGO 50% off quite often plus Ulta always has coupons. I bought this & the strawberry mud mask.
I really like this product! I use it as a toner. I think it lives up to it's claims because I swear my acne marks are going away/fading and my oiliness is under control (I live in Texas, though, so I always have a shine in the warmer months). I know when fall & winter rolls back around, my face will be oil free (considering I've found a way to control it this past winter). I also feel like it'll last forever; usually I go through toners quickly, but I've been using this every night for two+ weeks and I've probably used like 1/8 of it. I think the packaging helps as well, it lets out the right amount of product.
I highly recommend this product, especially with the sales & coupons at Ulta. For reference, I have normal-combination skin (oily t-zone & normal cheeks), acne prone skin.

This has to be the best toner/make-up remover/cleanser in the world
I have sensitive skin and this causes me no tight feeling or burning!
It really does remove everything dirt/make-up anything
I put this on a cotton ball and then swipe all over my face and when im done and i look at the cotton ball its full of dirt and make-up
I usually use this as a toner and make-up remover than a cleanser
The price is soooooo good, its soooo cheap! And the packaging is the best, you can see how much you've used and the small hole is perfect for getting the right amount of product out

I ADORE this toner/cleanser. Its gentle while still getting the job done. If I've not worn makeup that day I just use this as a toner, if I've worn makeup then I use it to remove my makeup, use my wash, then use it again like normal. I've yet to see any left over makeup on my second pass.

This line doesn't treat acne, but I've pretty much given up on finding something to treat my acne and am settling for something that will keep it clean and not cause weird freak outs. So don't get this expecting to have it clear up your skin.

There is a smell, but I don't find it to be that bad. I actually rather like it. All the Formula 10.0.6 products I've tried so far have had a nice smell. This one sort of reminds me of a department store.

i use this as a toner and i quite like the smell. i find that you only need a small amount to do your entire face and neck. it does a great job of toning and cleansing my skin and it's just such a great product that's very affordable!

This is more of a toner than it is a cleanser. It smells great and leaves my skin extremely clean. I use it with a cotton ball and you can see all the dirt being removed from your face. I even wash my face with my clarisonic and there's still dirt removed from my face with this product. It's so cheap I think I bought it for five bucks and it last forever! I love it

I am very pleased with this product. It says cleanser + toner on the description but I only use it as a toner with a cotton puff. My skin is acne prone and oily in some places, so dry it's flaking and peeling off in others due to winter and an 8% BHA serum I use twice a week for acne control.

It takes off any remaining dirt and makeup after I cleanse, very gently and thoroughly. It balances my skin nicely, not drying it out at all. It's very gentle and effective, the packaging looks fresh and cute, and you get a lot of product for $5.99. Best toner I've used so far in terms of the total package.

When I came across this product from a friend, I thought it might be a good addition because I missed having a toner and thought my pores could stand to shrink. My skin type is extreme combo: my cheeks are so dry they flake and my Tzone is so oily I shine like a mirror. My dermatologist and I put together a skincare routine I love. Every step is from a different brand, there's a mix of high end, drug store, and prescription, and I really think it keeps my skin great. I brought So Totally Clean Sensitive Skin to my derm who had never heard of it. We did the research and he doubted its effectiveness but deemed it fine. After I went through a bottle I revisited him, and we agreed my skin was brighter, tighter, and softer. I also feel cleaner, and the evidence on my cotton pad says it's really effective, showing lots of dirt with every use. I do have sensitive skin, and I was fine with daily use and some days I even use it multiple times if I feel a need. This says it's a cleanser, but I only use it by itself when I'm travelling for long periods of time and don't really have a sink (aka road trips and train travel).It performs admirably by itself, although I do think it's best when in conjunction with my moisturizer. My biggest skincare concern is over-drying, and with this product my T-Zone isn't overstressed and doesn't make me too oily, although light spots of moisturizer are welcome. Additionally on my dry, dry cheeks it provides the perfect amount of moisture and my flakies are much more manageable since the introduction of this Formula 10.0.6 product. Plus it smells good, and that's always nice.

I absolutely love this toner. It's gentle enough to use everyday without the worry of over-drying, cleanses enough to leave your skin feeling fresh, and smells nice because there's no harsh alcohol smell. I know there's a stronger toner made by this brand that does contain alcohol, but this one feels great, I wouldn't switch. I wouldn't use it as a makeup remover (you'd use way too much) but it's the perfect final step after washing your face... or even to freshen up if you're not wearing makeup. Definitely recommend!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and I've got to say I'm liking it a lot! I was intrigued by the simple packaging and the cheap price! It's not full of ingredients that I can't pronounce. I feel that the name 'cleanser' doesn't fit the product. I would not trust this product to take of my makeup and cleanse my face. I use this ONLY as a toner. I use a makeup wipe, Mario Badescu cleanser, then this toner. This toner reminds me of the cucumber toner from Mario Badescu but much cheaper! It has the same soapy-ish feeling, which can be a bit off-putting but I got used to it. It doesn't burn whatsoever. Honestly, I can't tell if it's really doing much yet but I like to use it. I'll probably repurchase it just because I like using it. Makes me feel a lot cleaner, ha.

When first starting to use this toner/cleanser I really liked it, it seemed to remove the last bit of makeup on my face and gave me a general fresh feeling. As summer has started I have noticed that it leaves my skin feeling sticky, like I need to wash it again. This is such a shame, as this is a cheap and nice smelling product. I will not be repurchasing.

I was at ulta looking for a different toner for my face becasuse the one i had burned like none other! i saw this one and for 5.99 i said what the heck. the smell is really nice and refreshing and guess what, NO BURN! yay!! it got off all the leftover residue of makeup and dirt, and left my face feeling fresh and clean

A gentle no-frills toner. I find this alcohol free toner to be refreshing w/o being overly drying. I like to use it after cleansing in the evening to ensure that I've thoroughly removed my makeup. It also can serve as a quick cleanser in the morning if you don't want to fuss with working up a lather. Very inexpensive around $5 at Ulta. This does not contain any beneficial ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, or antioxidents, but it's good for what it is. I would highly recommend for those that want a simple toner.

This is a product I have repurchased because it does what it says it does. It smells really nice, like jasmine or something like that ( a sweet floral). It really cleans down into the pores well. It hasn't cause me any breakouts or adverse reactions like itching, burning or rashes. It's mild and gentle, yet strong enough to actually get the job done. It's a very nice product.

Loooove this! I needed a gentle non drying toner to take off my mario badescu silver powder treatment, and I did not want to spend $15 on the mario badescu toners. I stumbled upon this, and for being fairly inexpensive it surprisingly contains pretty good ingredients, and is not alcohol based. It leaves my skin feeling clean but not tight, dry or dehydrated. It does not burn or sting, it feels just like water, and it has a pleasant, not overpowering or strong scent. I do not use it as a regular toner after cleansing but only to remove the mario badescu silver powder which i use about 3 times a week.

Overall great buy for under $10. I got mine at Ulta.
