I've gone through a few cans of this product already. Which isn't exactly a good thing because it doesn't seem like I get very many use out of this. apart from how little product there is in one can, I actually really like this dry shampoo. It's the best I've tried. It absorbs any access oil and gives you volume that lasts for a few good hours. It doesn't leave a white powdery residue either. If this product was cheaper or if there was actually more product in each bottle, I would probably buy it more often. At the moment I swap between this and the tresemme one, saving this for special occasions or when my hair is in need of a lot of volume.

I have thin, limp, mousey brown, Slav hair; nothing to write home about. Therefore in most of my hair products purchases I look for something that will add a bit of 'umph' to it without being too visible or making it going greasy fast (it greases fast on its own way too well, thankyouverymuch).
So far a product in a form of a light spray works the best for me, giving me the most bounce and lift. If it helps my hair look less greasy that is an added bonus.
This product is so hyped as a volume adding wonder by British beauty editors that I decided to try it, even though I find its price way too high for what you are really getting - and you are getting quite a small package of a not too good dry shampoo. It leaves my hair fly-away, matte and looking like a Marie Antoinette's powdered wig but it is still the best product that I have managed to find at Boots.
I just think it might work for someone with a platinum blond hair better.

This is a terrific dry shampoo - it absorbs all of the oil at my roots and leaves my hair looking, feeling and smelling clean. Although the can is small - about half the size of most other dry shampoo cans - I actually feel that this is a plus, since I can carry it around more easily. It's really fantastic for travelling.

I use the shampoo, conditioner and spray and that really well for getting volume so I was expecting a lot more from this product. I don't find you get volume, and it doesn't absorb oil that well either. I do use this to tease my hair and it's good for that.

This product was eh for me. It works for it's price. Don't expect over the top results though. I still use on normal days. It smells okay and doesn't leave a powdery look behind. Helps volume a little on a normal day. I'd buy again though.

So far, this is the best dry shampoo spray I've tried. My hair gets very greasy if I don't wash it every day but washing it every day makes it dry... so I use this in between shampoos to keep my hair looking and smelling fresh.
PROS:
Doesn't show up white on my dark hair
Smell is nice but not overpowering
De-greases very well
Adds volume to my heavy hair
Soaks up oil without making my hair too chunky like other dry shampoos
Doesn't break me out!*
CONS:
The can is SO SMALL, so it's expensive at $7
If the can wasn't so tiny, this would be PERFECT. For now, I'll just wait until John Freida products go on sale at the drugstore.

I bought this at target ON SALE for 7.99... it wasn't worth a penny. I have dry damaged blonde hair that gets really greasy at my roots because of new non-color treated hair growth. THIS STUFF SUCKED! My hair stayed greasy after spraying it A TON on my hair... also, the can is sooo small it will not last you but a week! I can get tresseme or suave dry shampoo for a fraction of the cost and it will work better. WILL NOT buy again!

I have to say im utterly surprised that I love this dry shampoo it was an impulse buy at target the other day.
I originally was going to buy the suave dry shampoo but they were out..it works decent. But i saw this gem and thought why not? And im surprised how much this impressed me. Like others i tried batiste thinking it would be my HG..it wasnt. It was okay at best and i went through it too fast.
This stuff was great in couple short sprays my hair went from oily to feeling clean not just looking clean. My hair is cursed with oily roots and very dry ends so i cant wash daily (which i hate) this makes sure i can go every other day at least i might be able to push more but i dont feel comfortable
this stuff isnt expensive cheaper than batiste, smaller amount slightly but the quality makes up for it. Dont have to use a ton on your roots. Its not much for volume only ladies it does add at least to mine but its aimed at dry shampoo mostly...hard to realize with its confusing advertising.
But this dry shampoo rocks deff. Buying much more

Amazing! This spray is cold and the scent is very lemony ...it gave my hair great volume and I didn't buy It as a dry shampoo as it's really a great volume spray.
Have tried all the super expensive ones but this is SUPERB.

This is the third dry shampoo spray I've tried recently. I wanted to like it because it's cheap, and unlike the other brands (Big Sexy hair especially!) did not clog even though I used it infrequently. I have fine hair, but lots of it, and am trying to grow it so want to wash less frequently and this really didn't buy me a day between shampoos or boost any volume into my flat hair. I found the only effect was the fragrance it left behind, which I find sickeningly sweet. I'll keep looking!

I actually love this. I sprayed it on and oh was there volume! This acts like a normal dry shampoo & then some. My hair which tends to get really bad on day two stayed oil-free with this. There isn't any residue left over from it once you brush it out. If you're sensitive to smells then this product might not be for you.
Update: I hate to admit but this is better than Batiste. Batiste leaves residue in my hair while this leaves NOTHING but volume & clean hair.
2/29/12 update: I have lowered my rating to a 3. The volume from this is wonderful....but if you have black hair there's residue left over. Looks like dandruff and I don't like that look.

Sorry Batiste I think I've found a new HG dry shampoo.
This was a true impulse purchase of mine a couple weeks back at the grocery store. The blue color caught my eye and it was only like $4 USD so I threw it in my cart, all the while thinking it was a root lifter mouse. Well, turns out it was actually just a small-ish canister of dry shampoo, albeit in a pretty bottle.
But after using it a couple of times, I absolutely loved it. This stuff takes so few sprays for me to cut the oil in my roots completely. It's very effective. I think it will last a long, long time, even though the can is, obviously, on the smaller side. It seems just like Batiste to me but lighter, and more effective. And, it's worth mentioning, the smell is extremely faint. Batiste sprays on super strong. Even just a few light sprays let off a blast of fragrance which, for 5 minutes at least, diffuses everywhere and overwhelms even my strongest perfumes, so I find myself forced to use it at home only. But I feel like I could use the John Frieda dry shampoo in the locker room at work, even, without offending anybody, and I don't even have to brush it out; I can get away with a light misting and a quick once over with my fingertips through my scalp. Sometimes, if my hair's bad enough, I'll have to use a bit more and thoroughly brush it out, but for general usage, when I'm just starting to get those flat oily roots at the crown of my head, this works wonders in record time. And like Batiste, it leaves my hair FEELING fresh and clean, rather that just looking clean, which to me is unsatisfactory. I want my hair to feel clean, not just look it.
Anyways, I'll be stocking up on this soon. So many negative comments and all the promo coupons everywhere have got me thinking - this might be DC'd soon, and if that happens I'll cry.

I would call this a dry shampoo rather than hair spray.
I think the smell is nice, but else, it's a small can, relatively expensive, and I don't like the product - it doesn't add much volume and my hair gets greasy really fast after.
For those who want a good dry shampoo that's also a little bit cheaper, try Batiste - best I've tried so far (good reviews on MUA too). I, by the way have normal thickness hair, and this didn't work at all for me; could be better for people with fine hair.

This is my 1st dry shampoo so I really don't know if this is better or worse than other brands. The scent is very clean smelling which is great. It does not linger or seem so strong that one would get a headache like other hairsprays etc. The can is very petite and skinny which is good (travel worthy) & bad (may not last long). I have fine hair so this actually works well because my hair can get greasy when I don't wash my hair daily. My hair gets frizzy so I am trying to not wash my hair as often so thought this product would help. I think it does create volume and feels powdery so that your hair isn't too oily. Usually spray doesn't show up on hair at all but one time I used it and it turned white like powder. Still not sure if I am supposed to shake the can. It doesn't say to so that must have been the reason why the powdery substance appeared. I used coupons for this making it pretty affordable compared to other dry shampoo products.

This smells great-very fresh.
Unfortunately I don't like it. First, I find the white Color difficult to brush out. Second I find mynhair looks okay immediately after spraying but greasier after a few hours. I also don't find much volume lift.

This isn't a bad product but I just wasn't impressed enough to buy it again. If my hair is falling flat in the middle of the day and feels weighed down by product etc...this stuff doesn't really do much to help. Now, I tend to use it as a spray on my velcro rollers to help lock in the hold. But, hairspray can do that. My bangs tend to get greasy and this doesn't help that either...but I can see someone liking this..just not for me.

Ok..so if you love KMS Hair Makeover Spray quality dry shampoo...this will be your best friend. It retails for $4.99 at Bed bath and beyond (i got it for $3.99 with a coupon)......while KMS is amazing, it's a little expensive ($15-$18 for 5 oz)..not bad when compared to Sephora brands. However, I go through dry shampoo quickly as I avoid washing my hair more than once or twice a week......and this is a great option! it has the same ingredients as KMS minus the extracts/froo froo stuff. I love that this product doesn't give hair a white/gray residue........and actually sometimes overuse will make your hair look TOO clean ....ha! I love the cooling tingle it gives to the scalp..
this is my new favorite...I have used Oscar Blandis and other dry shampoos that are even cheaper..but my main issue is the ingredients in these dry shampoos are toxic ...and I have concern that long term use will have a negative effect on me...This product doesn't have any toxic ingredients..so another bonus!! I hope they never discontinue!

Still looking for a HG dry shampoo and this isn't it.
Pros:
1. Gave the crown a bit of volume. However, I do have thick hair so any hairspray would provide the same volume though.
2. Inexpensive. It retails for just over $7 but I only paid $5 w/ CVS coupons.
3. No white residue. This product is so light and refreshing.
4. No offensive scent.
Cons:
1. My hair still appeared unwashed. Oils were still present.
2. Failed @ masking scalp odor.
Overall, I wouldn't repurchase as it lacks the key factors in a dry shampoo.

I like this better than my Ojon dry shampoo. With very light fresh scent, it absorbs oil well and helps freshen up my hair. I like that it's small enough to put it in my purse when I'm on the go. But it doesn't totally help with the oils on my hair, start looking greasy at the end of the day.

Update: SO disappointed in this product. Smells great, but does NOT improve my hair - makes it look greasier, actually. It doesn't remotely do what it promises - no volume, my hair looks dirtier, etc. I don't recommend at all and won't repurchase.
