This was awesome in my hair; gave it body, shine, definition/hold, all without leaving it sticky or crunchy.
But--the smell is soooo strong. The scent itself is fine, sort of fruity/fresh, but it is **strong**! And it doesn't fade when hair is dry. It's so strong that it'd compete with any fragrance I wanted to wear.
Sadly, will not repurchase. I'm going to look instead for an unscented mousse.

So moisturizing/softening! But with hold!

There are very few products I feel I MUST repurchase. I have curly dry hair and don't really think much about which mousse I choose. Whatever is on sale usually wins. One day this was on sale so I figured I would try it. First time using it I thought it was a weird texture. It didn't dissipate in my hand the way most mousses do. I only use it on wet hair, not damp. No matter how much you use, it never gets crunchy. I use a tennis ball sized amount and squirt 5 pumps of tresseme cashmere touch serum on it. I let my hair air dry and it turns out amazing every time. If I move my hair around too much before its dry the ends will get a little frizzy so sometimes I re wet the ends and spray a tad bit of hairspray. The only problem I ever find with this mousse is that sometimes it runs out of air before all the mousse is out and it gets runny. Totally not a problem for the less than 3 dollar price point!

PROS: By far, the best thing my curls have ever come across. And it's very inexpensive. Smells good. VERY defined curls but not stiff or crunchy. And doesn't weigh my very fine hair down. AND doesn't dry my very dry ends out. Happielujah!! My curls are naturally very weak, and I'm constantly searching for something to perform like this. I've tried a TON of products from high to low end. I'm so happy with this one.
CONS: Have to rinse the cap each time to prevent clogging. (But it's not that big of a deal to do.)
ALTERNATES: I put "Spray it Curly" on underneath this to give just a bit more definition to my weak waves.
APPLICATION TIPS; I'm sure everyone needs to find their own sweet spot with this type of product. But I apply this when my hair is still quite wet and apply more heavily at my roots and much lighter on the ends while scrunching.

Really love it. Maybe the best curl product I've ever used on my 3a. If you put too much it can look a little stringy, but you'll know if you have almost immediately so just sprinkle a little water over those parts, and if you don't want to do that just run your fingers down those strands
Just like pretty much any curl product if you want absolute perfect curls you should use it with another product as well. I do a cream first, then the mousse. On it's own it still does a great job though.
The best results for me (on towel-dried hair):
1. With fingers brush through hair MARC ANTHONY CURLS STRETCH from like half-way down to the bottom.
2. With fingers again brush through the Suave Mousse thoroughly.
3. Twirl four sections on each side going away from face. (On right side twirl left-to-right, then do the opposite on left.)
4. When it's mostly dry I seperate the strands, making sure they'll stay apart from each other throughout the day.

My review for this item is similar to my review for the Got 2 Be Smooth Operator Mousse.
I have fine curly hair and whenever I use this product, the results are pretty much non existent and then my hair gets frizzy regardless of humidity or activity. It has no hold. I won't buy it again.

Overall, I can't seem to find why I used this product so long.
-easy to use
-made my hair crunchy (no matter how much I used)
-didn't help too much with frizz
-didn't really make my hair shiny

Great product, GREAT PRICE!!!

This is a great, inexpensive mousse that I used to add definition and hold to my wavy/curly hair. It works in terms of hold and definition, but there are a couple reasons I won't buy again.
1.) After applying it to damp hair and letting it air-dry, my hair would still be left feeling sticky and, by the end of the day, almost slick to the touch.
2.) The smell is chemical and overpowering, and doesn't wear off during the day. I would put it on in the morning and hope the smell would fade eventually, but by the afternoon it was still as smelly as before.
3.) Unless I made a cocktail by adding a leave-in conditioner or jojoba oil to the mousse, my hair would feel dry and somewhat stringy.
Overall, this IS an effective product, but I don't feel like dealing with the aforementioned side effects anymore.

This is apparently great on thick hair, but not so good on my fine, naturally curly hair. I just could not get it to work, and tried every way I knew how.
