I recently bought this off iHerb.com and it arrived a couple of days ago. I've been using it all over my face for about two nights and it's probably too early to say, but I haven't seen any improvements in my skin. First of all, the packaging is poor quality. Real argan oil should be stored in dark glass as light causes the oil to deteriorate. The oil itself smells like feces whereas real argan oil should have a sweet, nutty smell. Either this isn't argan oil or it has gone rancid. I was very sceptical about using this after smelling it due to the fact I've spend thousands on clearing my acne up recently. The oil does not "sink" into the skin as argan oil should - it leaves an oily residue. I tried using a tiny amount on my hair as I would usually use argan oil but when I woke up the next morning my hair had a very greasy appearance to it. The previous argan oil I used on my hair left my ends very soft and shiny. I will probably ask iHerb.com for a refund as this product is a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be using it again.

As usual, tricky labeling laws means consumer misery.
Is this 100% usda argan oil or 100% *argan* oil or what? I mean, I once bought aloe gel which had '100% gel' label on it. I assumed that means all aloe gel, but aparently that was not the case! Same thing here.....this argan oil seems to have some filler oil. It also smells awful and honestly, I did not see any difference in skin quality after using this. It caused small areas of breakouts instead.
Probably 2012 was the year of argan.....hehe

This product is amazing. And it's not expensive. I had been using this...then I ran out. I was lazy, and picked up a moisturizer (because I have to drive further and deal with stuff for Acure), St Ives Collagen, at Walgreens. I'll review that over-hyped nonsense elsewhere, but, I'm back with the Acure argan oil. It really does something amazing to the texture of my skin, it's very noticeable. I haven't used it in the summer...but, I'm still going to go for it...makeup doesn't stay on my face at all anyway in the summer. I'd say if you like an oil, you are over 35...this is the stuff.

This stuff is amazing. However, you MUST know that you have to splash your face with rosewater or and Acure organics toner and then blend this argan oil serum in while you face is damp. It makes a huge difference!
I have oily / acne prone skin. I have had bad acne in the past, so I have some scarring. My skin is alway red and sensitive. I was also hesitant to put oil on my face, but I have used this treatment at night WITH THE ACURE ROSE + RED TEA TONER and I have seen a BIG difference. My skin is glowing and repaired!
The other thing that I love about this product (and all Acure products) is that it is 100% toxin free! No damaging Parabens, Phthalates, sulfates, artificial fragrance or dyes!

I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this again. It's great around my eyes for minimizing fine lines. But I have to be careful to keep it off the rest of my face because it makes me break out. I think camellia oil works better for me as a facial oil.

I use it as a moisturizer two times a day and i'm very pleased with this oil. The bottle with dropper is really practical and although my skin is oily itself, this does not make me shiny throughout the day. My skin looks much healthier and feels softer after I use this.

I think the quality of Acure's oil is low. Mostly due to the clear glass jar and dropper. The dropper lets air into the jar everytime you use it. And clear glass lets light get in.
Let me first say that I have dry rosacea skin.
I have used this for 2 months now expecting something magical mainly due to the OVER hype of argan oil. And honestly my skin is no better. The first 2 weeks I did have some breakouts, maybe due to the fatty acids in it. But over the course of two months I found this to not moisturize my skin whatsoever. I appiled in morning and at night. It would not absorb into my dry skin and left my face tight at the same time. It does not calm rosacea, neither did it to anything for my overall complexion. I have no need to repurchase, it felt like rubbing olive oil on my face but more expensive. Seriously I can't wait til the argan oil craze has died down. It just oil!

This is the third brand of Argan oil I've tried. The first two made red bumps on my face (some sort of reaction). Why, I don't know. I am not sure why I tried this brand, maybe because I saw a sample bottle at Whole Foods and it was certified Organic. I guess I really wanted this oil to work for me. Third time was a charm - This is a great moisturizer. I use the Acure Roobis and Rose toner to mist my clean face and lightly massage the Argan oil in. This make my skin so soft and radient! I still have limited luck with using it on my hair - it could be over application and my hair is fine. If you have not had luck with oils - I suggest to try a few brands like I did. I have repurchased this - on my second bottle.

I waited for 15 days of using it before writing the review. So lets get started:-
My skin condition- I have uneven dull combi-oily skin with severe redness on chin and mild redness under my nose with few old acne sacrs on my cheeks and chin.
Usage- I use it as a day moisturiser(1 drop for entire face) and a night cream/treatment(1 drop for both eyes, 1.5 drops for face and 1 drop for neck) (I contemplated buying EL ANR for night but finally bought AO).
Results- After using it for two weeks, I am totally astounded. My skin is getting clearer everyday. Redness under my nose and on my chin has decreased my 50%. My face now glows :) Yay! My under eye dark circles are disppearing gradually and lines are getting softer.I am very much looking forward to using it for couple of months to see more results :D
I have yet to use it on my hair(which I didnt buy it for as I use EVOO with which I am pretty much satisfoes for my dry hair). If I do end up using on my hair, I will update it.
Did I mention, I love the dropper part. No wastage at all.

I found this argan oil brand at Whole Foods and wanted to try it out since it's bigger and cheaper than my previous Josie Maron argan oil. Great decision! Quality oil that penetrates the skin well with no smell and leaves your face soft and moisturized in the morning ready for makeup.

WOW! After just one night my skin was glowing. I wasn't expecting it at all because honestly, it's still oil so I expect it to be at least oily. It absorbed faster than my light moisturizer and it give me this dewy finish but not oily look. I have normal to slightly dry skin from time to time. If i dont use a moisturizer, my skin feel tight, but if i do use a light moisturizer at night, I will wake up with my face still oily from the moisturizer that sat on my skin from the night before. So imagine my surprise when i find something that so perfect for me.
One day I have this huge cyst pimple. It was a huge bump but havent broke yet and I thought I have to deal with this pimple at least for a week then months after for the scar to heal. I put this oil on as my night moisturizer and the next morning, the bump is reduce in half. I couldn't believe my eyes, i thought for sure the pimple will develop by the next morning. I'm not a pimple person and rarely have pimple but ever since i switch to a natural skin routine, my skin has been adjusting and acting up. 3 months ago i have 2 pimples and the scar haven't gone away yet. To eliminate the pimple before it develop save the painful scar healing process.
I use it for 1 1/2 month now every night. 3 drops a night after i spray on a moisturizing toner. It help spread the oil easier. Sometime I spray the toner on my hand once then put 2,3 drops on my hand to emulsify it a little and dab it all over my face. People always compliment me for having clear and dewy skin. Sometime they mistaken me for wearing foundation. I don't think this will diminish your acne scars if you already have some, but i think it has anti-inflammatory properties that keep your acne from getting worse. I do really contribute the dewy look to this though :)

The bottle is very pretty, especially for the price point. I'm so glad it's packaged in a glass bottle with a dropper. I know it's cliche to say this on MUA, but you only need a very small amount of this product (appx. 2 drops for your entire face). I've previously used Josie Maran's argan oil, but Acure's version somehow feels much more potent and higher quality. I absolutely adore this brand (I recommend their body butter, shampoo, and conditioner); I can't wait to try more of their products!!

I love to apply this as a night time moisturizer. I have oily skin and wouldn't ever use this during the day, it would just slide off. Doesn't cause break-outs and feels very nourishing.

Nice Argan oil at a nice price. It is often on sale at Whole Foods.
The dropper bottle is okay but they use a really nice pump bottle for
other moisturizing oil blends and I'm not sure why they don't use the pump for this.
The Argan itself sinks in well for an oil. I love waking up the next morning with
well hydrated skin.

I am really enjoying this product. I love how it is a multi use product but I use it on my face as a night treatment. I was scared to use oil my face but this just sinks in and I wake up looking refreshed and my skin feels soft.

I've been using this now for almost a week and really like this multi-use product! I use it as a nighttime moisturizer and wake up with plump and dewy skin, suing on my neck and chest 2 x's a day to try and correct some sun damage use it on my hair sparingly to tame flyaways and frizziness. I got mine on Vitacost for $12.99 for 1 oz. which is a steal. You use so little at a time I think it will last a good while (unless I find more uses for it!!!).

I have another brand of 100% pure argan oil, but it should be the same, right?
I looooove it! Have been using it on my hair before drying and the difference is amazing! It is soft, shiny, and not greasy. I wash my hair every 2-3 days, and argan oil doesn't weigh it down at all.
How I use it: I have thick, mid-shoulder length wavy hair that I blowdry. I wrap my hair in a t-shirt for 20-30 minutes first to remove excess moisture. Warm about a dime-sized amount of AA in palms and apply midshaft to ends. Apply regular styling products afterwards. I use a Ouidad gel. Blow dry. If I have any frizzies after it's dry, I rub another drop or two (be sparing) into my palms and smooth over unruly hairs, avoiding scalp and hairline. Sometimes I apply about a quarter-sized amount to my hair the night before I am going to wash it to give it extra conditioning. If you do this, it will look a little greasy so don't do it if there's any question you won't wash your hair before going out again.
The key is finding the right amount that works for your hair. Too much is, well, too much. Not enough and you'll think it doesn't work.
The only thing I don't like about the bottle of the brand I have (don't remember its name) is it doesn't have a dropper, but I plan to dispense some of it into a smaller dropper bottle as soon as I have an empty one.
Argan oil is expensive on the front end. I use so little that the $28 bottle I have will last me much longer than $28 worth of deep conditioner (I have tried them all!), and I am getting much better results.
Love it!
UPDATE: The brand I have is Life-Flo. I purchased it at Earth Fare.

I had been reading a lot on the benefits of Argan oil, so I knew I had to try it! This company has a very good quality oil, and it's 100% USDA Organic. It comes in a beautiful glass container with a flat bottom dropper (dispenses each drop perfectly).
Here is what I found worked best for my skin:
In the morning, I apply Acure's radical resurfacing lotion (let dry), then apply only a drop or two of the argan oil to my face (it dries quickly since it's a more "dry" oil), then apply my makeup overtop. I found that the argan oil didn't make my face greasy (I usually have a super oily T-zone), and is great for the winter when my skin needs some extra moisture).
Works beautifully at night too-- After I have applied the resurfacing lotion, I put 3-4 full drops of the argan oil on my finger tips, rub them together (warming up the oil helps it spread better), and smooth the oil over my face and under my eyes. My face looks radiant in the morning! After a few weeks of use, I can actually see a difference in the fine lines around my eyes and mouth! My acne scars are also fading.
Finally, this works GREAT on hair too!! At night I apply this to my scalp (where I have a thinning area) and am starting to see some re-growth of hair! At night I also rub a half-drop on my eye lashes and have noticed they are growing longer. :)
I highly recommend if you are looking for a good quality Argan Oil. This brand is a bit more expensive than others, but it's worth it in my opinion! :) The price is $28.99 for a 1 oz bottle, but there are sites that offer discount codes (for example, the code "GLAM" and "FREESHIPPING" currently work for 15% with free shipping...from the website: http://theglamorganicgoddess.blogspot.com/2011/02/review-acure-organics-100-usda.html).
Here's the link for this product: http://www.acureorganics.com/Moroccan-Oil-Argan-Oil-p/023.htm
***Update: 12/14/11: As of now, it looks like the price for this oil on Acure's website as gone down to $14.99*** YAYY!
