This mask is insanely awesome, I left my hair silky and shiny and mended all of my spilt ends. The trick to use is leave on for a full half hour covered with a shower cap. Also be warn you MUST wash your hair twice to get all of the oils out. But afterwards your hair is wonderfully soft shiny and spilt ends no more :)

LOVE this product.
I have dry, frizzy hair. On my own, I can do a good job of blow drying it and can keep it healthy.
HOWEVER, this product is truly transformative. It literally does the work for me, and my hair is soft, silky, smooth b/c of it. I don't even require any smoothing cream after using it.
It's expensive, but for a 1x week product, totally worth it!

I got talked into this at Space NK when I went to buy Philip Kingsley elasticizer because they no longer carry the PK line. I bought the tub for $60, tried it the next day and found it very mediocre. As others have mentioned, you need quite alot of this product to get it into your hair. I found it left my hair heavy and feeling waxy. I returned it and bought a candle with my credit. Guess I'll have to shop for PK at Amazon.

I have purchased 4 products from this lineóthe mask, conditioner, Meta Lush Volumizer and Meta Sheer Dry Oil Finishing Spray (reviews of the other products to follow). I am plagued with an oily scalp but ridiculously dry ends, so I rely on a good mask. Let me start by saying that I have tried many masks and I havenít found any that I consider phenomenal. This one, as the other reviewer commented, requires use a lot of product-- I would say the size of 4 quarters. Anything less and it does nothing. In addition, be forewarned to rinse this out very carefully or youíll be back in the shower for round 2 like I was yesterday. Overall, I would say that it does a fairly good job and I like the fragrance of the products in this line. The only thing I find a little bit disturbing about this mask is that there are tiny pieces of grit in it, almost like large grains of sand. That, the price, and the overall effectiveness made me take off 2 lippies.

This product is ridiculously expensive for a hair mask but I think thats my only problem with it. I have only used it once so will update my review when Ive used it more. It cost me over £50 which is the price of a hair cut and blow dry but my hair is extremely brittle bleached blonde and damaged so it needed miracle!
I used it a few days ago - they say you only need a little amount but I had to put on quite alot for my hair to feel covered in it. It didnt feel as silky as some treatments in my hair so I was worried I'd wasted a pile of money. However when i dried my hair it immediately looked stronger and better, after only one use so Im really really pleased with the result.
I left it on for 10 mins but the package said I think 10-20 so next time I might leave it on a really long time and see if it gets even better. The smell is ok - not unpleasant but not yummy either - it looks like a very heavy cream and kind of looks like its got little vanilla pods through it.
I hope it lasts a long time - it says use once a week but as my hair is in such bad nick I might use x2 a week.
Im going to keep using and update on the results!
**UPDATE - I'm not as impressed as I was at the strat - yes its good, it would need to be for over £50. Its NOT special though - a Kerastase mask is just as good. My hair isnt' really imporving any more than it was after the first application. Disapointing.**
