I love the packing as its similar to the mac one but I used to hate this but I've recently started to use this again and I quite like it. I think it gives my lashes lots of volume but not so much length. I run a lash brush through after the mascara to help separate the clumps even more. I wouldn't rush to buy this again but if it was on offer and I needed a new one I would buy again but I'd rather try a different one

I wanted to buy a mascara that would give my lashes some volume so my friend recommended this mascara. I didn't like it AT ALL!
There's tooo much product on the wand. The wands are pretty bad...My eyelashes get worse when I wear this mascara, so if I had no other mascara, I would go out without this one on.
What it basically does is clump...it makes my eyelashes appear like spider legs. As for the lengthing wand, it's "okay" not as bad as the volumizing one...but I like having volume in my lashes, I don't care about length
And as for the color, it's pretty good. It's really black...so it's okay with me, and removing the product from your eyelashes is bad...like you just keep rubbing that wipe all over your lashes and if you really wanna get rid of all the product, you won't sleep the night....It will take you till forever to remove ALL the product on your eyelashes...
As for the feeling after you apply the product, at the beginning, your eyelashes will feel a bit sticky but once it dries, it gets better...It's really soft on your eyelashes.
Overall, I am pretty much disappointed in this mascara. I would never repurchase this again!

This mascara packaging had some definite potential but the formula did not. The volume brush was completely covered in brushed. I had to scrap the brush again the tube to remove the excess product. And it made my lashes clump together. The lengthening brush did nothing to separate my lashes. And this mascara flaked and irritated my eyes and lastly it was a pain to remove. A huge Nooooo to this product.

The concept of this mascara is interesting, but overall I just found it to be ok. I tend to look for volumizing mascaras more than lengthening ones, but I found that if I use the volume part of this it clumps so easily. It probably just dispenses too much product when you choose volume, so I just use the lengthening one and apply a few coats of it. The lashes look nice, but they do tend to smudge as the day goes on if I don't use a lash primer with it.

Okay, so, at first, I absolutely hated this mascara, I thought that there was waaayyyy too mcuh product on the volume brush, and the negth brish was kinda weird, then i realized it was the same brush and got even more upset. I was really happy that I got it on sale, for like four bucks. BUT THEN!!! recently this summer, i realized how youre supposed to wear it, if you already have long lashes. what i do, is, with the length brush i do two coats, then i take the volume brush, and I wipe off as much excess as I possibly can, and very lightly do a third coat on both eyes, just to flare it more. I think that this mascara builds pretty well. I love the false lash look, annnd i think it does pretty well. I gave this four stars though, because it can clump fairly easily if youre not doing it right. but it doesnt flake, as far as I know, and it ususally doesnt smudge once it dries. So overall I'm pretty happy with this mascara, i even like it better than dior diorshow blackout waterproof mascara...but that's a whollleee other review ! aha, hope I helped ! and remember, less, is more with this product.

Not a very good mascara. It turns my lashes into three large sticks, even with just one coat. The night brush is way too big. It is impossible to do my left eye or any other precision applicating. The consistency is too sticky. I won't be buying this again.

Not the best mascara out there, it's basically one wand, when you open the night cap it's just a regular mascara, when you open the day one it's the same wand but with a smaller opening so that it eliminates alot of the product, so it has less formula on the brush (if that makes sense)
Simply put: The night one holds way waay too much product it clumps like crazy I can only imagine using this when it's dried down a bit, because there's heavy product all over the wand, I can imagine it even dripping from how much product there is.
Day mascara has barely any product, so it doesn't do much, what length are they talking about I have no idea.
I only bought this because pixi2woo raved about this and said it was her favourite mascara, didn't work for me at all. Boo.

worst mascara i've ever used
the design of the brush makes the mascara clumpy sometimes
and the brush itself isn't all that great
just not the usual rimmel quality...

This is my absolute favorite drugstore mascara. Really this is all i have needed in mascaras since i purchased. Clients love this as much as i do. I usually apply length then volume. When clients ask if this is my most popular choice for any look i cant help but drone on about how much i love it this is AMAZING! The volume works great since i already have long eyelashes but in a case where i am doing a smokey eye or bombshell kind of look that has to stand out i will reapply both for a noticeable BOOM!

When it comes to Drugstore mascaras, Rimmel is in my top three favorite. Usually.
Like a lot of reviewers, I loved the idea of a volume & lengthening mascara in one. I normally go for length but am on the look out for a great volume mascara so I picked this up.
The lengthening part is not great, Rimmel makes much better mascaras that will give one long, close to false eyelashes look. It did not impress me in the length, was messy and smudged.
As far as the volume, I liked the separation & definition it gave my lashes but the smearing & time it took to dry is just not worth it to me. By the time I was done with 2 coats it looked as if I was wearing black eyeshadow; so much of it got on my eyelids.
I will admit I am not the most coordinated person so maybe others will have better luck. I am still searching for a mascara that separates, defines and gives my lashes a lovely fringe.

Picked this up at Shoppers for $5.99 and liked the idea of two wands in one... unfortunately, it's just one wand with different amounts of product on it.
The lengthening amount of mascara is ok but the volume amount of mascara is excessive and is clumply when applied.
The formula of the mascara is ok, nothing special but stays all day and doesn't flake off my eyelashes like similar drugstore mascara does. I won't be repurchasing.

i use the 2 coats of the lengthing brush then 1 coat of the volumizing brush and it makes my lashes look amazing! I love how you can choose if you want just long subtle lashes, or volumnious thick lashes depending on what look you want. Also the packaging is really cute love the pink and black

I bought this mascara from Teso for only £9.00 and I think its a bit pricey but then again there was two mascara wands in one.
I was excited to try this product and my friend say it was really good.
My favourite one is the Day wand because its natural and makes my lashes look really long:D
Isnt clumpy at all!
The Night wand is very clumpy but it makes the eyelashes look really thick and glamours
I would sometimes like to put both on at the same time for long and thick eyelashes!
Would buy again!

I thought the concept was pretty cool. 2 caps: 1 for volume and 1 for length. Unfortunately the formula is extremely dry. The Length cap does nothing for my lashes. The Volume one is ok. Still... doesn't really build much volume. I will stick to my HG d/s L'oreal voluminous carbon black. I like the packaging of this mascara tho. Hot pink and black :)

I bought this on sale for $4.00 CAD from Wal-mart in Black. I love MAC'S Haute&Naughty (my HG) and this seemed like a great dupe to check out.
My thoughts: it takes slow, careful application to get this to work for you -- otherwise it will clump and leave dots on the eyelid due to its wet consistency (esp if you have longer eyelashes). I use a lash curler first, 1 coat of last primer (MAC), 2 coats of length (applied from root to lash very slowly), then 2 coats of the volume on upper eyelash only (same slow method). For the price I paid, it's a very decent mascara and I've been wearing it to work/night out quite often these days. No flaking nor eye irriration, it holds my curl for the whole day and the black stands out. Check it out!
I give it a 4 just because my lashes don't look as nice as the MAC one.

I love this mascara! Finally integrating two wands - the length lengthens, and the volume volumises. What more could you want? I would recommend not using the volumiser for your bottom lashes - the lengthener is perfect for this.

This is a good mascara for the price.
The lengthening wand is my favourite as it really lengthens and defines my lashes but I don't like the volumizing one so much, it comes out with too much product on the brush and can make my eyelashes look too thick and clumpy. So generally I use the lengthening one for everyday and just don't use the volumizing wand at all, which sort of defeats the purpose of the product.

Price - On a budget similar to mine this product is a teeny bit expensive, I live in Wales and it's £8.00+
Packaging - The apperance is ok, nothing special. I dislike the plasticy hot pink against the black but that's just a personal prefference. I know the point of the mascara is that it has a double wand but I don't really like it, it seems a bit of a muddle if you are trying to get dressed in the morning in a hurry, and the excess mascara gets gunky around the tube which is a little gross
Product - The mascara is extremely wet, and after a couple of uses it begins to get gunky and clumpy very quickly. It feels like your wearing really heavy, sticky wax on your lashes which as you can imagine doesn't feel amaazing :P The natural day lash option is a bit pointless really, it doesn't give any effect whatsoever, I know it's supposed to be "natural" but, there's no point!
And the volume option DOES clump, although it claims not to. It's not the worst mascara in the world, however I won't be purchasing again, maybe if the price was a little lower I would consider..

Ehhhh not amazing. Super wet, doesnt lengthen that much or define. Terrible for bottom lashes or getting into small corners. Was very black and not the WORST but not great at all. Dont waste your money even trying this .
