the grow luscious has always been my favorite mascara, the brush is the best bit! because its a large brush, it's gives my lashes an even thick coat, giving it the volume I want in shorter time!I saw negative comments regarding the size of the brush in comments below. well, different people have different opinions. I always recommend my friends this mascara!

Decent mascara that was inexpensive.
what i like about this mascara:
lasts most of the day (12 hours)
does not irritate my eyes
what i dislike about this mascara:
the brush is HUGE. it is hard to apply and to get into the corners of your eye
did not last a long time. Had it for less than a month

I found this mascara on sale for 1.99 at Walgreen's so I'm not too upset about what I spent on this so this review isn't going to be all that bad. Would I spend 9 to 10 dollars on this? Probably not...but for the price I paid...it's ok.
The first thing i notice about this mascara is how massive the brush is. It's one of the largest brushes I've ever used. I find that I must use an eyelash guard to make sure I don't get any on my eyelids. This mascara does not lengthen or volumize. It just seems to darken and define already existing lashes. My lashes are already thick and long from using castor/amla/coconut oil on them daily. As for curling, I would suggest using a heated curler before hand because this mascara DOES NOT curl/bend lashes in any way lol.
As for smudging and flaking, I did not experience any of that. I used two coats of my upper and lower lashes and I didn't experience the smudging or flaking that other reviewers did.
Since I already have pretty decent lashes, I think this is a pretty decent everyday mascara because it almost works like a really good lash tint instead of a mascara. It's called 'Grow Lush' though, so if after some use, I see definite lash growth, I will come back and change my rating. I would love to have a lash tint/mascara that I can wear everyday that would help with growth.

I detest this mascara. I have a lot of lashes but they are thin. This makes me look like I have 2-4 giant lashes and that is it. Embarrassing.

Holds a curl. Lots of volume. Thickens a lot. Clumping and flaking are average but this survived a walk in the snow. Did not run for me. did I get a different tube than everyone else? Cuz the one I have is a total rebuy for me.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Dry, Fair-Medium Hair: Brown, Curly, Medium Eyes: Brown
Worst mascara I've ever used. Doesn't lengthen or volumize, no matter how many coats I used. Didn't effect my lah growth either.

I was shopping at my local drugstore when I came across this mascara on sale for $2.99. Revlon one of my favorite makeup brands and I thought this purchase was a steal. Everything about this mascara is just wrong. The brush is way too big, making it extremely hard to apply to the lashes. The opening is also too big, so there is a lot of excess mascara on the brush giving a really wet and clumpy look. It doesn't make your lashes grow either. And at $10 for regular price, not worth the money.

This mascara dried out my lashes and was very difficult to remove. I would use a eye makeup remover and then wash my face and it will still be coming off. I ptefer cover girl mascaras

This mascara made my lashes look great. But after about 4 hours of wearing it, it had smudged under my eyes and I looked like a raccoon! I was mortified! And not only that, it was extremely difficult to remove. This was probably the worst mascara I've ever used.

I actually really like this mascara. I've tried a lot of the more expensive brands, but this one works best for me. The formula is not too dry or too wet, and I actually really like the big brush. It seems to really help give my lashes volume more than any other mascara.

alright Revlon, I get it, you are really, really bad at doing mascaras! I bought this tube of mascara at a makeup clearance sale for about $9nzd so thank god I didn't have to pay the full price otherwise I'd be flipping!! I have never in my life come across a waterproof mascara that doesn't hold a curl! The brush is so, so big that it doesn't work properly, the formula is bad that it doesn't build any volume and it smudges everywhere! Seriously, what the?

This is NOT waterproof. It doesn't hold a curl. The formula is too wet and smudges everywhere as it takes a while to dry. Doesn't make my eyelashes grow (I didn't purchase this product for this, though). It is not dark enough. Although I did buy this on sale, they usually sell this for about $27 dollars here in NZ and it is absolutely not worth it. I am disappointed. Will never repurchase.

First of all, it's not waterproof like it says it is. One tear, and it's all running down my face. It also smudges like crazy, and not even after wearing it all day, but only after an hour at the least. The brush is so big, and it doesn't even get most of your lashes. It clumps in a way that you can't even fix. You also can't get your lower lashes with this...it just doesn't go on. It did not make lashes grow, even after wearing it for several weeks. Probably the worst mascara I've ever used.

Should have read reviews first. Did absolutely nothing except for clump my thick lashes together.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Normal, Fair Hair: Black Eyes: Black
First of all it doesn't make ur lashes grow! Sec gives no volume but def lengthens. Doesnt clump and stays put n no flaky business. Just a great mascara if u put layers of different brands like me. Won't repurchase

An absolute must have! great product and my go to mascura. It makes your eyelashes thicker and alittle but longer! try this product you will not be disappointed!

Grow Luscious Mascara is a fairly good product. The brush is pretty big, so it's somewhat hard to apply, but nothing too hard to deal with. There is no clumps or flakes. It lengthens well, but gives you no volume to the point where it almost looks weird, because your lashes look so thin. It is waterproof, and works very well in that way; whenever I go to my cottage, I'm always wearing it. The bottle is kind of fat and ugly, but the mascara works for when I'm going somewhere where it's gunna come off anyways. I would recommend this product for anyone who needs a simple, waterproof mascara.

This mascara is one of the few drugstore brands that I have bought that does not seem to make my eyelashes fall out. I know crazy, huh? Anyhow, the product goes on well. The waterproof formulation does seem to clump a little more than the non-waterproof but it is nothing I can't deal with.

I too was dissapointed with this mascara. I bought it before a trip to florida so that i wouldnt have to worry about runny mascara. This went on very clumpy and it was in no way waterproof. It ran just from sweating, not even swimming. Tossed it after my daughter and I tried it a bunch of times. Very rare for me to be wasteful but it just wasnt worth keeping. Sorry!

This is literally the worst waterproof mascara I have ever bought. Unlike many of the other reviewers, my main reason for purchasing this mascara was for it's claims that it is "waterproof", as I am a swimmer and I don't want to step out of the pool with mascara dripping down my face. Well my friends, one brief dip in the pool at the beginning of the day and this mascara was already on the run. A few more times in the pool, I was informed by my swim mates that my mascara was "really running badly". I went to the bathroom & was horrified to see this mascara all over my face & just a minimal amount clinging on for dear life to my lashes. Ugh! And the ironic thing...I had a horrific time trying to get it off my face! I did the best I could and back into the pool I went. Well, the last few clumps that hung on as long as they could, decided to make a run for it too. I had to continually go to the bathroom to do "damage control", but I never touched the lashes for fear of smearing even more on my face. At the end of the day, I didn't have one teensy bit of mascara on my lashes, but a boatload of it on my face (and I HATE the way I look without mascara, so I was very displeased about my appearance at the end of the day!) I was ready to write a strongly worded letter to Revlon! lol However, I decided to write a review here to let my fellow mascara lovers who love the water like me....stay away from this mascara!!!!!
