Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Warm Hair: Blond, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Blue
Notes: amalfi lemon, aldehydes; birch, pine tree, pepper, cypress, galbanum, geranium; vanilla, tonka bean, iris, vetiver, styrax, suede, musk and amber.
This fragrance’s initial accord is comprised of sparkly citrus notes and sweet floral aldehydes dancing on a base of woody notes. The accord is sheer and elegant; it makes me feel clean and groomed but in a manly not overtly metrosexual way. As the fragrance progresses I ask myself if this is Bendelirous for men, since the iris and suede notes remind me a lot of it. Vanilla and tonca bean add as sweet powdery feel to the overall fragrance. From here on the fragrance takes a turn for the worse, it starts to smell cloying and artificial. The dry down is rather vetiver-heavy, partially softened by musk and a dash of amber. There are two ways of reading this fragrance: the first says it smells of leather and baby powder, whereas the second says its smells like a freshly opened condom package, of latex and lubricant. Both readings are plausible to me. Lasts for roughly 6 hours on my skin.
