Such a gorgeous red. It is more of a bright orange red, which suits my fair skin tone very well. It is a moisturizing formula which I love. Unfortunately, they have discontinued this product, so sad : (

Finally! great red color, not dark, not carrot, not pink, just really, true red! Moisturizing too, but stays on great! It was a risk, as you can't try it in ULTA, but I applied right in the car and was so happy that it was exactly the color I was looking for...

I really love this red. It is a "True Red" so it is a great red for fair skin and totally makes your teeth look whiter. Perfect red for all year round.

I'm returning this. The color is lovely, it's moisturizing, but the wear is horrible. I wore it for two hours tops around the house. I gave my boyfriend a peck and had a sip from a glas of water and my lipstick was everywhere but my face. Ridiculous! I'm used to wearing the super lustrous line and I get all day wear (including meals!) with small touch ups. This one I would be unable to eat and still constantly babysitting my lips.

I'm a fair/med blonde and I love a good red lipstick. It has been my experience that most the red lipsticks I have tried have pretty decent staying power. This lipstick is no different but what sets it apart is that it is not drying and it doesn't fade off with little crap traces of red around your mouth...did I mention it is a little moisterizing but yet stays?

The color is pretty flattering and you can downplay it by layering on some pink or bronze lipgloss but I usually don't because when I wear it, I am wearing it loud and proud!! There is something totally sexy and powerful about red lipstick. Thank you Revlon for consistently producing great lipstick in fabulous shades!!

I didn't have the guts to wear this kind of color on my lips until I saw Anne Hathaway pull of the look as Catwoman. After an endless browsing and roaming on every beauty website available, I actually stumbled on Revlon Colorburst in True Red by accident yesterday at Watsons while looking for eye makeup remover.

It's bright red with blue undertone which makes you look so glamour, sexy yet so classic. The color looks flattering on my NC 35 skin and I'm instantly falling in love with it. Wear this with Revlon Colorstay Lipliner in Red to avoid any bleeding and wrarrgghh, catwoman it is ;)

It's my first time to wear a red lipstick to work. I usually wear red lipsticks in pictorials or whenever I act on stage.

I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK! True, it is a movie star red lipstick! It's nice on the lips, doesn't feel cheap. It's a bright red lipstick with a blue undertone. It really looks lovely on my NC 30-35 Asian skin. My officemates tell me I look young and glamorous vs wearing a darker red lipstick.

Will definitely repurchase. I am super in love with this lippie.
Now, I have the courage to wear red lips to the workplace :)

I don't buy drugstore cosmetics much anymore, but I was in Walgreens the other day and saw this on clearance. I'm a sucker for reds and the color on the tube looked lovely, so I decided to pick it up. Glad I did - it's a vibrant, fire engine red. The slightly blue base looks great with my fair skin and helps to brighten my complexion. If you're looking for a good, true, vibrant red, pick this one up!

Sure, the color might be nice, but the claim is that it doesn't bleed and, it bled like crazy! When I looked in the mirror at work I was mortified to see my lips! I looked like I had red wrinkles around my mouth! If you buy this, make sure you use a liner that will inhibit this, or look forward to embarrassment!

Truly a beautiful, neutral-cool, vixen red!
Creamy formula, non-drying, no 'weird' undertones.
Perfectly flattering for fair - medium skin tones.
The perfect TRUE RED.
I hope Revlon is not discontinuing...I've noticed some colors from the Colorburst line on clearance. The Colorburst lipsticks are fabulous!

This is, by far, my favorite red. The name speaks for itself and doesn't bring any suprises as far as weird undertones. I love the formula of these lipsticks, but this one MUST be worn with a lipliner if your lipstick tends to feather the slightest bit. It also takes awhile for it to set because of its creamy consistency, but with a little practice you can definitely achieve the perfect red lip with this cheap lipstick. :]

This really is a great red. I can NOT wear tomato or brick reds at all, That leaves me with mostly blue based reds that always turn pink on me. Not this one! This is a lightweight lipcolor that really is a primary true red. I think it will work on everyone. Let it set a little it has a bit of a gel-like texture that stays put pretty well if you let it set.

This lipstick is a fantastic, bright fire-engine red, certainly not for the faint of heart. The color is as red as it gets, which I found ideal since I was tired of finding pink-ish or brown-ish "reds". Get ready to feel like a true vixen! The finish is mostly matte, but with some shine.

The wear is great and will last you through a night out. I applied two coats with a brush, blotted using tissues to create a stain, then applied the color straight from the tube. A lip liner will prevent it from bleeding outside the lines. And with most Revlon lipsticks, it feels great on the lips, not too drying.

Love it!

I am typically the girl who loves red lipstick on other women, but never feel bold enough to wear it myself. For some reason THIS red is the one that I will wear. It's a true red (blue based on my skin tone nc25ish at the moment). The formula is wonderful...i wear a balm underneath, red lipliner, and it wears really well for a few hours. It has a slight sheen to it like most of the Colorburst line and has very cute quilted packaging, much nicer looking than any other drugstore lippies i've seen. Really a wonderful lipstick and I will definitely repurchase when I run out!

A deliciously vibrant movie star red, this is not for days when you want to play the shrinking violet. Bright and cool, it has a lovely subtle shine. Although you can vary the intensity by layering it, this colour is not shy and will get you noticed.

I found the texture lovely - smooth and moisturising, but it does fade easily and therefore needs a primer or to be set with powder. You will be constantly reapplying otherwise, and while sometimes a high maintenance lippy can be fun I think that with a brilliant red you want the confidence to absolutely know it will stay put and not fade unevenly. For this, reason it only gets four lipsticks.

For an inexpensive lipstick the case is unusually attractive - a very nice touch. Take this from your bag with a flourish and apply a swoosh of vivid red to your lips and you will feel a million dollars.

This is a really good red lipstick. The staying power is pretty good but not extraordinary. The red is a beautiful shade and it isn't really matte. I will say that the red is more for neutral skin tones or better for those with cooler skin tones. I have a warm skin tone, thus why if I put any on, it will be a light application or on top of red lip balm. Its cheap and the packaging is a cute quilted lipstick case. This is a good staple and its worth the try!
