Clinique's 07 Super Strawberry is a twist up colored balm that looks like a pencil. Its a muted mauve berry color that goes on pretty sheer. I think the delivery system is pretty cute, as you dont have to sharpen anything. The color payoff itself is very sheer but when you swipe a little more, you can add more color. It doesn't last very long, and it does moisturize a little. I don't find this color suit me only because my lips are already very pigmented. I think this color would show up like a nice berry stain on gals with very light colored lips.

I looooove this lipstick! It feels and looks like a lip balm, but it has a great amount of color to it. My sister got me this lipstick for my birthday. I love it when you can just try out a product that you normally wouldn't buy for yourself! I will definitely repurchase :)

I just love this product. It feels like a lipbalm, but it has great color pay-off. It's actually moisturizing and it doesn't accentuate flakes. The balm wears off as quick as regular lip balms do I guess, but the color does stain the lips so even when it wears off you still have color on your lips. I find the applicator very easy to use. I can pop this on without a mirror, though I also find that the back of the toplid can function as a mirror.
The color is a nice berry color, that is more rasberry than strawberry on me. It's a very day-time appropriate color.
Overall I love this product because it's very effortless, pretty and multifunctional (no need for seperate lipbalm). I highly recommend it and I'll be buying different shades.

I live in Arizona where its very hot and dry, and I always have dry cracked lips. I've tried a ton of different chapsticks, lip moisturizers, and tinted balks, and so far this is the only one that's really impressed me. The colors are very attractive, the crayon design is cute and different, and its very moisturizing. I had been seeing it in ads in magazines and decided to try it out... SO glad I did! I put on blistex medicated lip ointment first thing in the morning, then apply the chubby stick when my lips dry, and its really done wonders. My lips have been moist and beautiful for once, and I will never give this up! It's also a nice medium between lip balm and lipstick. I've never been able to pull off lipstick bc of my dry lips, but now I don't need to try it cuz this looks just as beautiful. I would even say glamorous... I feel good in this, and that's the point!

I would recommend a million times over to anyone! Especially if you stress over dry lips... If you're like me, you'll probably feel like it's worth the price too.

Got this as part of a gwp, love the nifty packaging and its great for on the go. Bridges the gap between balm and lipstick although dont feel its very moisturizing. Colour is great provides a pop of fresh vibrant colour but not over powering. Will look forward to trying other shades in the range.

I bought this on kind of an impulse at the Clinique counter, but I'm glad I did. It's pretty much a tinted lip balm, but I really love it. My lips feel so smooth when I apply it, and it leaves a beautiful berry tint on my lips.

Very sheer dark pink. My lips feel moisturized and the color is flattering. The jumbo crayon packaging is cute but a little too juvenile for me at 31 years old. Will purchase in different colors.

I have the Super Strawberry and the Woppin' Watermelon and they are both gorgeous colors.I had also tried the Chunky Cherry but, returned it because it was too bright The Super Strawberry is a pretty pink berry color that is not too dark and not too light,it's sort of in between.I find these balms to be very hydrating.I had been looking for a lip gloss, balm, stick, anything with color to it,to keep my lips from being chapped and this is it.This is the only lip product that I have found that keeps my lips hydrated for hours. They also are flavorless and scent-free.I usually wouldn't spend so much on a lip balm but,I absolutely love these!

LOVE this product. I'm a fan of Clinique's Almost Lipstick, and I think I like this even better. It is similar in texture and opacity when applied.

I was looking for a product that would give a sheer, natural-looking tint to my lips, a little shine without glossy or feeling sticky and wouldn't dry out my lips.

This delivers on all points. If you want heavy color, no, you will not like this. And it does fade a bit faster than I would like -- although that's true of every lip product besides a stain.

Packaging is awesome -- easy to swipe on, no mess, no melting or shifting in the tube in the heat and very durable so I can stick it in my purse and not worry about it.

It seems like a lot of money for a lip color, but this stick lasts forever. I've been using mine constantly for two weeks and have barely worn down the nub.

Highly recommend.

i was looking forward to trying this out, but its price (20 euro) for a lip balm was a no-no.. Until i found it 25% off. I bought super strawberry ( a strawberry redish fresh "healthy" color) and woppin watermelon (a pinkish sheer and light color).. And im extremely disappointed....
To start off, as its already mentioned, its not moisturising at all, in fact it dried out my lips and made the "cracks" on my lips more noticeable (as another reviewer said, it made her lips look like rasin). Both colors are nice, but does it really matter when it dries out your lips?
Naturally i wont repurchase them, but since i got them, i tried out many things in order to make them work. So, the only thing you can do is apply another lip balm first and then apply this. Of course, the color wont be that "intense" and bright, super strawberry especially gives a pinkish redish sheen if its applied on top of a lip balm (its more bright if applied alone). Or another thing you can do is apply the chubby stick first (any color) and then on top of it apply a clear gloss or a pinksh light lipgloss. It may change the color but since super strawberry (and woppin watermelon) go with pinkish / light redish lipglosses it will blend well and create a new shade and most importantly it wont be that drying on your lips.

I received this in a gift with purchase bag. The formula is a tinted balm that claims to be moisturizing with a hint of shine. At first, it does feel that way on the lips, but it doesn't last. This shade is definitely a rich strawerry, which looks pretty with my skintone. I do like the packaging quite a bit & how it swivels, so now sharpening is needed.

Absolutely love this! I carry this around instead of chap stick now, because it is not such a BAM kinda color, almost a tint that it looks natural. I would love to try the other shades now! <3

I'm in love with chubby stick type-products, since they are like a lipstick, chapstick, and gloss in one! I received Super Strawberry in a set along with Woppin' Watermelon, Mega Melon, and Whole Lotta Honey. The color is a bright rosy pink, which I absolutely love! It gives a great pop of color without being crazy intense. It's one of my favorites out of all the chubby sticks (By the way, the only chubby stick product I like better than Clinique's is Tarte's Lipsurge Natural Lip Tints). Also, I love how the chubby sticks twist up and don't have to be sharpened. These are also basically unscented (though it does have subtle crayon-like smell).

This is a review on the colour #07 Super Strawberry. This is the most popular colour where I live and constantly sells out and I see why! I own this in four colours and this is my favourite. I love this shade - it looks scary dark in the tube but translates to a soft berry pink on the lips. As for claims that this makes a good lip balm, I beg to differ. This does not hydrate the lips in any way even though it does not dry out the lips further. Something like the new Revlon Lip Butters in my opinion but I prefer the finishing and texture of Clinique Chubby Sticks. It leaves a soft satin finish on the lips and makes your lips look naturally moist and full without the heavy waxy feeling of a lipstick or the sticky shine of a lip gloss. It also lasts approximately 1-2 hours on me without eating or drinking and eventually fades off leaving a beautiful stain on the lips. Applying a lip balm before reapplication is necessary for those who suffer from dry and flaky lips. However, I dislike the new packaging even though it's supposed to be more convenient (without having to sharpen). If you stay in a humid tropical country like I do, chances are that the chubby stick would melt and the bullet would rub against the wall of the tube. Might even break if you twist out too much :( Would I repurchase though? In a heartbeat.

Im glad I brought the trial version. I didn't like this product as much as I hoped to.
Clinique Claims: Super nourishing balm for dry lips.
So I assume that it suppose to moisturize my lips, but I didn't see it. What I did notice was that it made my lips more dry after I have used it then when I didn't use the product. It does goes on smoothly and gave a nice pigment to the lips. It does have this shimmery finish which you may or may not like.
BUT BOTTOM LINE: didn't nourish, the colours doesn't last very long and it tries out my lips.

Texture wise, this didn't dry me out like the other reviews said it did, but do bear in mind that I live in a tropical humid place so I don't need as much protection as compared to some wintery place. It goes on creamy and just a little oily-ly and dries up (up, not out) after ard 2-3 hrs depending on whether you're going through a meal with this as well, or just walking ard without putting anything to your lips. Reapplication gets rid of any dry-ness that might come ard easily.

Colour-wise, this is a tad too pink for my less-than-full lips and asian/tan skin. I'm an NC30/35 (during the tanner months!) But when the colour tones down slightly after the initial application, it's a cute bubblegummy pink that screams chirpiness! it's not opaque so you don't need to worry abt being a blast from the neon 80s past too.

This is anything but moisturizing. In fact it dries out my lips unless I apply a lipbalm underneath. For the rest it's a sheer lipstick in a cute container that looks like a chubby pencil. Won't be re-purchasing. There are better sheer moisturizing lipsticks out there that don't require any additional product to add hydration to your lips.

I got myself one of these chubby sticks after reading all the raving reviews online. Now, it looks lovely, very natural and never over-the-top but it's not as moisturizing as people say it is. Not in my book, anyway. I do need to apply an additionial moisturizer (usually Kiehl's) during very cold days outside. For the summer months the chubby sticks might be enough, however. I do like the product but not enough to repurchase. I didn't find the holy grail like so many others did. I have a lot of cheaper lip treatments that serve the purpose just as fine. Also, it's coming off rather quickly if you drink a lot of water & coffee throughout the day like I do so it constantly needs to be re-applied. Overall conclusion: Don't believe the hype.
