I had tried Smashbox's color adjusting lip gloss and loved it but couldn't imagine spending $23 on a tiny tube of lip gloss! I asked the Ulta sales associate if there was a cheap version and she pointed me to this. Plus it was on sale so I got it for $2, which I figured was perfect in case it stunk. Surprisingly it was exactly the same as the Smashbox version! On me it turns a berry red and I love how it's smooth without being sticky. I always keep it in my purse now.

"Magic lip gloss starts off clear then turns into the most perfect shade of reddish-pink on your lips. It's a tube of heavenly shiny bliss and you couldn't be any more natural and sexier!" That is what it says on the tube itself. Okay so does it do what it says? Yes, it starts off clear. It turned medium raspberry/rose pink within a couple of minutes and the shade was really pretty on me.It feels moist and slippery on but not sticky, tacky, or waxy. There really isn't much fragrance, it seems to be lightly cherry scented. It does have a somewhat cherry chapstick taste though and I am not too fond of that as I do not like chapstick, This does change to a very pretty rose shade but really didn't look reddish on me at all. Indeed it is shiny and very pretty and natural looking on. Sexy, yes, Pouty glossy wet lips are always sexy. Heavenly bliss is taking it a bit far. As with any gloss it requires reapplication every couple of hours.
This has a screw off cap and is packaged in an angle tipped squeeze tube so it was easy to apply and no messy wand to deal with. The only problem with that it is it is too easy to get too much product out and then you can't put it back.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and for $3.97 I'll gladly repurchase. It's nice not to have to figure out which color is going to match my mood or my outfit, I just apply this and go and it does all the work.

I bought this lipgloss at Ulta mostly because I was very curious. A lipgloss that starts out clear and then changes to my perfect reddish/pink?...interesting. It was only a couple dollars, so I bought it. It's very shiny and slippery. It starts out clear and then turns to a pinkish red on my lips. It gives a pretty sheen, but it's not my favorite gloss I own for sure.

I bought the original mood gloss several years ago as a more affordable substitute to Smashbox's O-Gloss. First, it's a great dupe. Second, it's a great product! It visibly changes color on your lips, and it turns a beautiful color. The gloss is neither too thick nor too thin, which is hard to find. Today I bought the two other colors and couldn't be happier! A little goes a long way, which I think is lovely. I'll definitely be repurchasing again!

This is my favorite product ever! It gives me lips a beautiful pinky color that works perfectly with my skin tone (Fair-medium). The color starts out as a sweet blush pink and the more you reapply the more intense the pink color becomes. The gloss goes on smooth that doesn't leave your lips feeling like they are covered in a sticky mess. This is my go to product!

I love this gloss! it goes on smoothl, tastes and smells great and stays for hours. During a 3-hour errand run I didn't need to apply at all and during a 2-hour salsa class (and we sweat in that class!) I needed to reapply only once and that was after 1.75 hours. I love that it ony adds just a hint of color for a very natural look. Best of all, even when it's fading, it doesn't leave you with that sticky, dry feeling . My lips feel still moist and soft (my lips are naturally super dry and prone to chapping.) My HG for glosses/balms!

I tried this after running out of Too Faced Smurfette Mood Swing Emotionally Activated Lip Gloss and looking for a less expensive alternative. Although I have medium toned skin, my lips have no color so even when the gloss wears off, I'm more than happy with the healthy stained hue it leaves on my lips. It's not quite as thick as Smurfette but is certainly a wonderful alternative that won't break the bank.

I got this at Ulta when they were having a buy one, get one half off sale. Although I rarely reach for this (I have a few "mood" lip glosses among other glosses and lipsticks), it's still pretty good.

The gloss itself smells of faint strawberries. Not my favorite scent, but it's tolerable. On me, this turns to a very pretty pink. Far better than the natural color of my lips, but nothing weird or garish. The only downside is the gloss doesn't last and isn't at all moisturizing. Most glosses aren't terribly moisturizing or long lasting so this isn't at all surprising. I also like the fact that this can just be smoothed on. No fingers or lip brush needed.

I'd likely buy this again because it does turn a very pretty color on my lips and the price is right.

I have been searching for jelly lip glosses that have no shimmer, frost or glitter. That's a tall order these days. I picked the Sensual shade of this Mood gloss when I read a review comparing the color to Clinique Black Honey.

Soft and super shiny, the color was just perfect for me (a great dupe of Black Honey) and the stain and soft lips left behind after the gloss wears off is just wonderful.

Will be hoarding these because I have a track record of products I love being discontinued.

Too Faced LipGloss Mood Swing breaks the bank since it cost $20 a piece, so when I saw this at ULTA, I gave it a try. I purchased it when there was a buy-1-get-half-off promo so I got two. It's not as thick as the Mood Swing lipgloss but it's not watery either, although once it dries on your lips it gives it a stained look. I don't believe in "wearing your red lips" everyday since it's not our lips' natural hue- so to "enhance" your natural lips with a pink that matches your skintone, grab this product. I pair mines with a neutral eyecolor and eyeliner for an everyday look =)

I am pleasantly surprised by this gloss! It turns in to the most perfect pink colour on my lips. I don't think I've ever found such a nice pink that suits my lips - which are quite dark.

The gloss is quite thin, so doesn't last for long - but that doesn't bother me. It's not sticky at all - nice and sheer.

A cute little novelty that turned out to be one of my favourite glosses

I tried this product out when I picked it out at random at ULTA. I'm generaly not a big fan of lip glosses, I prefer lipsticks and lip balms. Anyway, I tried this out and didn't really like it. It's not as sticky as some other lip glosses I've tried, but I felt that the mood-changing aspect of it didn't work and it was just a gimmick. I'm passing this on to a friend.

I've never tried a mood lip-gloss before, so I was pretty interested about it. In the tube, it is an almost clear gloss, but once you apply it to your lips, the colour slowly builds up to a medium pink shade on me. It gives me that "just bitten" look and kind of stains my lips in a way once the gloss wears off. I didn't like the consistency. It was too runny for me since it has a consistency similar to oil and "slides" around very easily so that's why I wouldn't buy again. Very moisturizing though and I didn't feel like it dried out my lips.

i actually really like this lipgloss. it has pretty good staying power and i like the color it turned my lips. though sometimes it does get a little bright, putting a lighter gloss over it fixes that. it's cheap enough to give it a try!

So I saw this at Ulta and decided to give it a whirl. I really like the pink tint it gave my lips and even though I have to reapply a few times throughout the day, it is a nice product for the price. Bought a few while I was there so I will update if anything changes. Right now...it's my summer 2011 shade.

I do love the pinkish color tone after I apply it on. However, I still do not like lip gloss even after using it.
The only downfall with this product is that it can be TOO pink sometimes and unnatural looking, but I may purchase it again if I somehow feel like it, but not a definate repurchase. Also, I DISLIKE the packaging and design of the lipgloss, and it comes in WAYY too small of a size...

But on the up side, great color and great price!

I don't like the color this gives my lips but applied over any lipgloss, lipstick or lipliner this adds a little kick to any color that you put on and amps it up a bit.

Love this! I had been looking for a cheap mood color changing lip gloss and heard about this. I decided to try it for my self since it was only 5 dollars and not 18 or more! I got it and I love it it turned pink but not to bright and it has turned a little brighter on other use but not to bright that it looked bad. It smell like grape I would say. It is kind of thin but not as runny as others have said atleast mine wasn't. After the gloss wears of it still leaves the color and I love that its like a stain! So I just add a clear gloss I got from ulta and it looks great! If your wondering about buying this just do it! Its worth the try, I will definatly buy again!

Picked this item up at Ulta. Reminds me of Smashbox O gloss but without the sting. The color didnt exactly come out like what what was advertised on the picture but I didnt expect it to. It probably has to do with individual body chemistry. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and for $4.99, why not?
