Really loved this product. Just finished off a bottle. I will repurchase, but only when I can find a deal. A bit more than I like to pay for eye make up remover. However... this product left my eye area feeling moisturized and clean. I really liked that it didn't irritate my eyes AT ALL. I put some on a cotton ball and it quickly wisps away the days makeup. Easily removed EVERYTHING.... gel liner, paint pots, you name it.

this makeup remover is really good for sensitive skins since the ingredients are natural but i found it didn't remove enough of my makeup. i put it on a cotton pad and it just seemed to kind of smudge and move the makeup around my face without actually removing it, thus making me use about 2-3 more cotton pads to get everything off -even then i woke up to raccoon eyes. also, it's very expensive!! definitely bringing this one back to sephora.

I LOVE this makeup remover! It is oil-free and leaves the skin feeling clean and soft. I use this on a lot of my clients, and it has never stung or irritated anyone's skin. It removes EVERYTHING, and is really gentle. What's not to love?

The Origins Well Off Makeup Remover is a really nice product. In the morning, when I have smudged makeup on, I definitely want to wipe it off with a Q-Tip and this remover. It works flawlessly! But, I will not purchase this again because of the big price on this small product.

My favorite eye makeup remover, hands down. Everyone's sensitivity varies but I could dump this stuff directly into my eyes and it would NOT burn or irritate (not recommended, however :p) A generous amount applied to a cotton pad and gently held onto the eyes does the trick even with a fair amount of black eyeliner and mascara on... I usually follow it up with some water on a washcloth to remove the residual makeup, which comes off with no pulling or tugging to tender eye skin..

It removes makeup well, it's a water solution type thing so it won't leave a residue on the eyes. It feels clean and refresh. It doesn't remove waterproof eye makeup. It comes with a squirt pump separately but it's a little difficult to control.

This product is terrible and doesn't actually remove eye make up. It's a water based consistency. You have to put a ton of it on the cotton wool pad to make even a dent and even then you still have to rub and it only gets at the surface, so ill be taking my make up off at night and then get up in the morning with severe panda eyes.
I really hate this stuff, its the worst eye make up remover ive ever tried which i wouldnt expect for an expensive brand. This has really put me off trying anymore origins products. Terrible and I hate it.

pros: did not irritate my sensitive skin, removes non-waterproof makeup nicely, i like to use it to remove the oily residue of my waterproof makeup remover.
cons: will burn your eyes if you get it on your eyeball, does not remove waterproof mascara and stila cream liners, screw cap is annoying to open and close.

It doesnt really dissolve waterproof makeup (like mascara, liner) very well. It's not that gentle either if you get it in your eyes. I used this when i was very young like 19-20years old because i havent used any serious makeup and it removed eyeshadow pretty well.

Didnt remove my eye make up well enough. The eyeshadows came off easily, but not my eyeliner neither mascara. It stinged my eyes as well, and sometimes made my eyelid red, although I rubbed my eyes gently. Its expensive for a so-so effective product. I wouldnt recommend this for the sensitive eyes either. Would never repurchase.

Before I discovered the wonders of extra virgin olive oil as an eye makeup remover, I used to like this product, as it didn't burn my eyes or sting, but I wish it were more moisturizing, as my eye area feels dry afterwards. However, it took all of my eye makeup off, including ColorStay eyeliner and shadow, with a minimum of rubbing. It doesn't really have a scent as I recall, and the plastic packaging is cute (I'm glad it's not glass!). For what you get, this remover is fairly expensive at around $14. Not a repurchase for me...and I don't even know if Origins still makes it!

I have been using this since 1996-when I worked for them and I love it. I always go back to it. It does not burn my eyes, I never feel as if it is greasy and since I do not wear waterproof mascara it does a great job at removing my eye-make up (and I wear a lot :) ) My friends and family still come back to this.

I love this product. It doesn't smell like anything chemical, which I like. It didn't sting my skin or eyes at all. In fact, it leaves my eyes feeling clean and refreshed. I generally don't use very heavy eye makeup so it's perfect for me.

I love this stuff. When you are really tired you can use it all over your face and it does not burn my skin or my eyes. I can always find the container in the medicine cabinet. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

I have VERY sensitive eyes and have had a hard time finding a remover that didn't break me out in a red rash or leave an oily film. I absolutely LOVE this eye makeup remover!

I don't wear a lot of eye makeup; only a bit of shadow, no mascara or liner. This works well to remove the eye shadow without stinging or burning. This does not irritate the skin around my eyes either since there are no perfume or harsh chemicals added. I personally like the bottle/packaging. I like La Prairie's product more, but it also costs over 3 times as much.
Update: I've started to wear waterproof mascara and this does almost nothing to get it off also it leaves my eyes feeling tight. I've had to use other cleansing products after this. I've actually thrown out the bottle! Leaving it with 1 lippie for those who don't wear makeup. Won't repurchase. I find that if I use DHC cleansing oil, it removes the mascara and is a great makeup remover in general.

Very disappointed in this remover. I have to scrub pretty hard to have it do the job. And I still seem to wake up with racoon eyes.

This is a gentle and non-oily makeup remover that did the job well without stinging my eyes (even with contacts in!). You do need to rinse it off afterwards as it leaves a slight soapy foam. I don't use waterproof mascara or eye makeup, so this formula takes everything off without too much trouble. Personally, I really like the style of the bottle - it looks like something out of an old-fashioned medicine cabinet, but redone in a modern way!

This remover doesnt remove eye makeup very well, especially not waterproof eye makeup. Feels kinda soapy so be careful not to get this into eyes as it can sting. Has to be rinsed off to get rid of that oily greasy feeling it leaves behind.

This stuff is great! It's the only thing that doesn't irritate my skin...I use pretty thick dark eyeliner and it takes it all off. The first time i bought this, i used it all up in 2 weeks and i was so mad that I strayed from this product and tested other eye makeup removers. The other ones contained oil and gave me milia under my eyes. I came back to Well Off and the SA taught me how to use it to make it last. Put some on a flat cotton pad and rub the sides of the pad together and this will make it foam. then just dab on your eye and set it there for a few secs and the makeup will just dab off! No rubbing needed! I tightline my eyes and this stuff has no troubles removing it. I will take a q-tip and remove the left overs! good stuff!
