These are my HG wipes! Clearly, by reading the other reviews, these don't work well for everyone, but these are the only wipes I can use without suffering bad breakouts and I have tried many. I always have a pack of these at home and instantly repurchase when I'm running low. I use these mainly for festivals and very late nights when I am too tired to properly cleanse; I don't use them daily by any means. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, these do sting slightly, as do most of the cleansing products from this range, but I personally don't find it too bothersome. What I most like about these wipes is they are wet enough to actually make my skin feel clean and they don't dry out in the pack. I also love the packaging of the Good Things range in general and find it attractive and simple. The scent is nice too and the whole range is very affordable for SLS free. These do remove make up, I do sometimes need 2 wipes for heavy make up and I usually use a separate eye make up remover pad to get my eye make up off first, before removing the residue with these wipes. HG status for me, as I can finally go to festivals (I volunteer and am sometimes there for over a week) without suffering with severe breakouts midway through. They lose one lippie because they do slightly sting.

Urghhhhhhh so I really wanted these facewipes to be nice, and i brought them for myself as a treat hoping they would be lovely but 'fraid not D= They just DO NOT remove make up AT ALL, and i'm not even talking waterproof makeup. Even with JUST mascara and foundation these simply blurred the mascara into a mess on my check and failed to remove ANY of my foundation and bronzer. On the packet itself they claim that these wipes will "remove make-up with one careful swipe" which after using these, is total rubbish try more like hours of scrubbing, red eyes and irritated skin to remove even the smallest amount of makeup. I brought these on sale for £2.32 and I still feel ripped off. I'm literally just going to have to go out and buy a whole new packed of different ones after ONE use. DO NOT EVER BUY THESE if you want to remove makeup!

Another less than glowing review for these, I'm afraid - though I have just looked at reviews on the Boots site, and several people seem to love these.
I was after some cleansing wipes to keep at the beau's house in order to clean up morning panda eyes, but these don't do the job. Not only do they smell really funky - an artificial, juicy scent with a big dose of fruit rot - they don't remove eye make-up very well, spreading it into the eye area but not cleaning. This means eye skin needs a good scrub - something most of us are keen to avoid.
For me the only thing stopping these being completely useless is that if I run all of the awful moisture from them first, using warm water, they can work as a cleansing cloth pick-me-up for the face. I am considering using the boy's olive oil over my face and then using these to remove that.
Huh.

They had money off so decided to give them a try. For the record, I've had no problems with Soap & Glory wipes (my favorites), Garnier wipes and Simple wipes. I have fairly sensitive skin, but generally cope with most products.
The first time I tried these, they burned. It was very unpleasant, I felt like crying. I had to double check the website description to see if perhaps I'd misread and them not being for sensitive skin. But no, description specifically says that they are "gentle enough for sensitive skin"!!
I tried them a few times more just in case and, nope, still really burn-y. I managed to return them (not so simple in the UK) because I was pretty annoyed about the marketing of it. Glad I got my money back because these were terrible.
The smell was rather off putting - way too strong and artificial. Not pleasant.
I've not yet looked at the ingredient list (I'll edit), but as with their other products, I suspect there are a few "not good things" like mineral oil in this. Ironic.
Rubbish!
