I bought this because I wanted a non-drying hand soap for home use. I wash my hands constantly at work, with whatever cheap hand soap my work provides and my hands are constantly dry and cracking. This product makes my hands feel clean, but they are not dry if I don't apply lotion immediately after washing. The appearance of my hands is much improved. It doesn't contain any fragrance, so it's good for sensitive skin too.

I am rosacea and eczema prone so I use this cleanser for both hands and face. It's very soothing and creamy but rinses clean without stripping. From Allerderms website:

•Gently removes contaminants and debris while locking in moisture
•No harsh detergents or irritating chemicals
•Fragrance free
•Never tested on animals
•Use with or without water
•Won't sting: Does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate

Highly recommended for sensitive skin!
