Smells like vanilla cake batter. It feels soothingly thick when applied, but it does not stay that way. Does not stay shiny for long, so it fails as a gloss. It can fade to a less-than-chapstick layer in less than an hour.

This lipgloss set features 5 mini bestselling shades of Lorac's lipgloss from the Couture Shine collection. It has Haute (a pale milky-pink), Couture/Haute Couture (a mauve, pinky-brown), Sheer Luxe/Grand Luxe (a maroon red that goes on fairly sheer), Glam (a shimmery pinkish-plum), and Lavish/Somptueux (a shimmery pinkish -red). This is a good deal for the price (about $25) and a great way to try some of Lorac's most popular lipgloss shades without spending a lot of money. All the glosses are fairly well-pigmented, except for Sheer Luxe which goes on more sheer (hence the name). The glosses have a vanilla scent to them.
