So I looked for good quality clip in hair extensions for a while and finally decided to go with HeadKandy. I was so disappointed when i received the extensions because it SHEDS LIKE CRAZY! the first time i brushed them to put them on my whole bathroom floor was covered in hair, and so was my brush! i mean if im paying 200$ for hair extensions i expect better quality hair! so i emailed them about it and they suggest that "i should use clear nail varnish on each corner of the extensions so it can seal the corners which are most prone to shedding and it will dramatically reduce the amount of hair which sheds!" I MEAN SERIOUSLY?? why should i do that when i paid good money for it??!! that's unacceptable!

Amazing quality, amazing customer service. I did a TON of research before I purchased. Decided on Headkandy, and I have not regretted my decision at all!! I originally purchased a color that ended up being too light (my fault). When I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful & I ended up getting the correct color- Organic Espresso, absolute PERFECT match. It was like the extensions were made just for me!! The color is rich and super shiny, the texture is soft and luxurious, the length is perfect, and the fullness is AMAZING! You get such a crazy amount of hair I only wear about half of it. I do have thinner hair, though. So those with thicker hair can probably wear more. The fullness remains constant from the clip to the bottom of the weft and does not look stringy when wearing. Mine have not shed AT ALL. The clips are very good and fasten securely to my hair. I can brush them out extensively when they are in and have styled with products and tools (curling iron, straightener). Still just as silky and shiny as the day I purchased. I don't have any problems w/the wefts slipping throughout the day, which is good b/c I am a lawyer and an executive and don't have time to worry about my hair extensions falling out. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair when I wear them. Customer service is a big deal for me and I was a little nervous buying internationally. If you are, don't be! I can honestly say this company goes above and beyond to ensure happy customers. They responded to all of my emails w/in 24 hours or less. Always respectful and helpful w/questions. It made all the difference in the world. I'm so impressed w/this product and company, you will be too. The extensions were definitely worth the price. I would undoubtedly recommend Headkandy to anyone looking for quality, affordable hair extensions. I will repurchase.

Awful extensions! The hair was soft to the touch....and then I washed them. They have been brittle and matty ever since. I did everything in their little pamplet they sent with the hair, but the quality is not very good. The post before on here must be the company theirself or something. Mine are like straw after one wash. The shedding is awful, and I even have a photo of the clumps of hair that have come off. Oh, and a clip also cam loose after 1 weeks, which is insane.Only ones I can find worth a crap are My Fantasy Hair, and they are gorgeous. Best brand I have ever tried. No shedding, and soft as ever. Tried Dollie, Pro extensions and several othrs, and was just let down. I even posted on their reviews too. Fantasy hair also had great customer service. I tried telling Head Kandy that my extensions were brittle after one wash, and they refused to let me return them because I had opened them??? Stuck with hay for hair I guess.

This was my very first set of extensions. I researched for almost a year before deciding which brand to order, and I could not be more pleased with the product. First off, the shipping was amazingly fast. I ordered on Thursday and had my extensions delivered the following Tuesday. The quality of the hair is amazing, it is so soft and thick. No problems at all with matting or tangles. I ordered the Manhattan Highlights in 20"-22" length. The color matches my highlighted hair exactly! The length was a bit longer than I expected, but I am also only 5 feet tall, so I figured they would be on the longer side. I will be taking them to my next salon appointment to have them trimmed and layered to blend. I have very thin and fine hair, and I have been practicing with the placement of these. I have found that they have so much hair that I don't even need to use all the wefts. I am honestly shocked at how realistic these look. I cannot reccommend them enough. Don't hestiate, they are worth every penny! You definitely get what you pay for with HeadKandy!

I ordered 20-22inch Iced Coffee full head extensions.
The quality is fantastic. The hair is soft, shiny and trimmed. There is a lot of hair too!
I am very happy I chose to order from Headkandy, I took ages to choose which brand to order from and I am not disappointed, I will not order from anyone else ever again.

I ordered my extensions on Thursday and they arrived on Monday, which took a shorter amount of time than I had expected.
I have red hair and it is very hard to find hair that matches my color, but this hair matched beautifully. Not to mention the amount of hair there is. The extensions are so natural and so gorgeous; I am IN LOVE with them.
Extensions I have bought in the past have always looked kind of ratty, because the ends looked like there were split ends. But these extensions look so healthy I can't believe it.
I am so excited to wear them, and I would recommend this company to anyone! You won't be sorry about your purchase!!

I ordered my hair extensions on Tuesday and they where delivered on the Wednesday morning which is extremley fast delivery. After a few emails to and from the head kandy team i decided to order 20-22 inch Manhattan Highlights. They initially looked to dark for my hair colour but after using the sample peice in my hair i realised they belnd really well.

I normally get my extensions from local hair suppliers but you get so much more hair from Head Kandy for an even cheaper price.

If you are thinking of buying these extensions dont hesitate as you will not be dissapointed :)

I am so happy buying with Headkandy! I ordered extensions at a great price of what you get for them and they came within 2 days! Although i choose the wrong colour for my hair i emailed the hair care team about an exchange and they were so helpful! I was asked to send over some pictures of my hair so they could tell me the best match for my hair and they got it spot on! Best customer service, so kind and helpful! X

buy one kit hair extension for my girlfriend to headkandy but i never arrived, I contacted them and was sent to a wrong address, the website never asks address by sending in making the purchase, send an email with the delivery address and they did not use .. did not return the money, they not shipping a new product, I was cheated !!

They are okay. They started knotting imadately but are very soft and match my off black hair perfectly. However, not one hair reaches 22" more like 21" at most. Which is fine I guess but I really wanted Ariana Grande's hair length and these close enough. They reach to right above my belly button, I am 4'11 and on the chubbier side

I decided to wait about a month before writing a review on these extensions to be fair. I got the Manhattan Blonde in 24-26 inch (& the thickest set) so needless to say these cost quite a bit. I like how they have a good color selection on their site which is why I ordered from them. I have blonde hair with brown low lights and the bottom of my hair is a little darker. I sent in a picture to get color matched and they are very helpful and responsive. Turns out I probably should have got a shade darker than they suggested. The hair arrived in about a week (I live in the US). It was packaged nicely and I like how they had one weft you could use to test. I knew as soon as I saw it that the color was way too light but I didn't feel like returning them (even though I emailed them and they said I could). I ended up dying my own hair to match. Also the 24-26 inch were WAY too long so I had to have them cut as well. They still don't blend well but I think this is the best I'm going to get with my hair having so many tones. As for the overall quality of the hair it is nice and seems to be holding up well. Its very soft but doesn't hold a curl that well. Once I've curled them a few times and made them kind of dirty it holds better. I haven't washed them yet and I don't plan on washing them anytime soon as I only wear them for special occasions. They don't look real enough for everyday wear for me. They got a bit frizzy and do tangle easily so you have to be very careful. I wish they were a bit thicker. I also don't like that when you look at the top near the stitching there are tons of broken off baby hairs?? Not just a few but literally looks like someone cut off the hair there to be very short. Overall these are very good quality hair extensions. I don't think I would purchase again as they are a hassle and my hair is too hard to match. I would recommend these to a friend but definitely not in the 24-26 inch!

I just got my headkandy hair extentions and I absoluty love them! If you are looking for hair extentions headkandy is the way to go! I have such thin hair like my when I would gather up my hair and hold it in my hand it was literly the thickness of a 2 clip weft. I was scared that the hair extentions wouldn't look good or that my hair would compltly cover the clips but it did perfectly and I love them. I've worn them everyday for the past week, they don't get tangled, they barley shed , they are just perfect. I send headkandy emails of picture of my hair and they matched the perfect color for me the hair extentions blend so well in my hair that my friends and family can't even tell I have them on. The customer service is absoluty great the only inconinve is that they are from the uk, and the time difference but I would email them 12 am and and they would answer me by 4 am, once I even emailed then at 10 in the morning in the us and they got back to me in 15 minutes. The didn't even take nearly as much time to ship as I thought they came to me in 5 business days and I live in the us. they are 100% real hair. They are so sofft and shiny they are literly just perfect in never buying any other brand!

Honestly, compared to Luxyhair extensions these are amazing! They're silky, soft, true-to-length and don't matt up after washing. The first set I got was in May when there was free shipping and it took 5 business days (1 week). Now, shipping is $10 and not only that but it takes more than double the amount of time. I've already been waiting 10 business days and I'm getting so aggravated because I've contacted customer service multiple times and they keep knocking off business days as if they didn't pass. I was able to dye my hair from my natural color, to bleach blonde and back and now I have to exchange the extensions for my natural color, St. Tropez. They have a great shade selection but they raised their prices AND charge shipping now.

Well I'm a first time user of hair extensions and I just got mine two days ago and worn them twice for short periods so I can't say whether they are the best or not but I can say what was good and what was bad about them.

Colour:
First off I really guessed the colour. I got Manhatten highlights that I thought from seeing reviews on the internet , were much darker than they were and thankfully they weren't they are a blonde a yellow blonde which I wouldn't usually like but because I'm at the earlier stages of dying my hair white blonde they matched perfectly. They have lovely ash lowlights to them which look kinda very very light brown. it's a lovely shade and I wouldn't mind dying my lowlights that colour. Oh to note the pictures are pretty spot on.

Length:
Well thank goodness that I didn't get the longest length because these really are very long as they are. I got the 20-22 inch?? The second longest ones and they really are a bit too long for me Actually they would be lovely for going out if I could fit them all them my hair to make it look natural but as will describe later they don't all fit.

Comfort:
Hmmm noooo sore....too sore they are really hard to wear and I'm not sure if its because I'm putting them in wrong or what. Is it because they not close enough to the partings? Or am I doing something else wrong but I really would be worried about wearing these for long hours. I'm, afraid my hair is going to fall out..not to mention the website contradicts itself. On the q&a's it says you can wear them as often as you like as long as you take them out before bed, however, elsewhere on the site it says that they should only be worn occasionally and not for long term wear..hmm you decide. If I knew they were gonna be so sore and you can't wear them regularly then I probably would not have got them at all. Also I will have put the bottom ones in and then moved onto the top ones when they start hurting then its really hard to fix the bottom ones again without trapping some of your hair from above in them.

Camouflage:
Not very good on my hair..I SAY MY HAIR..because I don't know about anyone else. I'm one of these people that would be mortified if they slipped out and were visible. I find that only 3 can fit on the lower portion of my head (occipital) and the 4th won't go on without being visible and they are clearly visible ..this white things sticking out. I wouldn't have said my hair was thin. I would say medium but I do have a small head so maybe that has to do with it. Anyway they aren't that great and without putting them all in and with the extreme length of them they look very fake. I'm not happy. I think I might get a hairdresser to put them in without hairspray to see what will really fit and if I'm just not doing them properly. I don't know how people fit them in with such ease on youtube videos and they aren't visible at all. What if they wind blows and a strand gets displaced and bobs your uncle, everyone can see your fake hair.

Quality:
It's great hair. Mine were a little split endy at the end of them but I didn't mind that so much as they are real hair and it adds to the allure of them being so real looking(except mine which look fake) but I have noticed after only two days I have found 5 hairs shed from them. I haven't styled mine or anything, no products no heat yet They are so soft but I can see them getting tangled very easily once you start putting heat products on them or anything else. The hair is super thick if you can fit them all on your head and if you had long hair they would be great for adding thickness to your hair.

Styling:
This is mainly for the virgin extension..er. they don't style that well and by that I mean upstyles and ponytails but I have checked out some youtube videos and altho complicated there is few things you can do with them.

Price:
Ya converted to euro super expensive 125 euro, but ok for a once off luxury item that is real treat. I wouldn't be heat styling them too much and if I do I would use protection!

Well that's about all , I haven't washed or done anything else with them yet and I don't plan to as of yet. I really do like them if they didn't hurt so much and if they weren't so visible. I can't help but think that maybe they could hide the seams so much better maybe making the seams out of hair . The seams on the Manhatten highlights are lighter than the hair which makes them stand out more. If they could fix this then I would be extremely happy with them.
Clips:
Oh the clips..well heard people are complaining they don't close properly ya well sometimes they don't but its no big deal you just manoeuver them a little and they close. This isn't a problem at all don't see way people are complaining but whatever

I ordered these because I saw so many good reviews on them, but let me tell you - they are awful! First of all, all the pieces were cut to the same length, EXCEPT the quad weft which had a big chunck missing from the bottom. It looked like someone took scissors and just hacked a section out. When I sent customer service a picture and asked for a new one, they said that the weft looked "acceptable" and that I should go to my stylist and spend more $$ to get them cut (even though they claim you don't need to cut theirs). On top of that, curl or any style really, lasts about 10 minutes in the hair. And within 3 weeks, the hair was matting and unmanageable to the point that I could no longer wear it. I gave them one more chance, hoping I just got a bad batch of hair, and since I loved the color so much, ordered again - same situation. EXACTLY the same situation. I tried one last time and ordered individual wefts - what a disaster that was! The pieces were thin and cut unevenly and the hair was shedding horribly from the minute I took them out of the package. Save yourself time and money and DON'T buy from Headkandy!

HeadKandy hair extensions are pretty good quality, the clips stay put and do not tug on the scalp & the hair is nice and silky. However their customer service & return/exchange policy SUCKS. Shipping to the US used to be free but now they charge a hefty amount and plus they will do anything to prevent you from doing a return. Even when the hair is unworn, pH tested (on their behalf), and proven to be in new condition, they will only do an exchange.. yet they're prohibited from shipping aerosols overseas. I won't be returning because of the hassle they're giving me.. There are great companies out there that would better help you choose the right extensions (in terms of color, length), etc without giving you a hard time

First off, the quality is quite good, but not as good as some hair extensions from a company called YOU TOO - new and unheard of (www.you-too.co.uk). But HK is better than Foxylocks, which had cut ends which made my girlfriends hair stylist suspect it wasn't 100% Remy Human Hair. The tones are nice, but not as multi-tonal as You Too.
The other problem encountered was that HK has 10 wefts which takes forever to put in just like Foxy Locks. You Too is similar to Hair Rehab London in as much as it has 5 pieces which only take 2 minutes to fit.
The last issue with 10 wefts is that unless you have a larger head its hard to fit them on comfotably.
Another thing we noticed is that the wefts from You Too and Hair Rehab London are individually thicker than that of HK.
My girlfriend is very happy she found You Too Hair and took a gamble as she was originally a loyal customer of HK. She thinks that You Too Hair is the absolute best she has found and would now buy these over HK, and was mainly swayed by the fact that Tou Too offered a moneyback guarantee as long as you didn't break the gold seal.
But as this is a review on HK, she would still recommend HK and was happy with them, but now wouldn't buy again as she has found better products for a similar price.
