This is a discontinued product and with good reason. It went on sparsely and thin with splotchy pigmenting. It was hard to get much product out of the tube even when brand new. The gloss side actually would take the product off slighty. Unlike, lipfinity by max factor of the outlast covergirl line of permatone lipsticks, those are both good and true to what they say they will do. This double sided tube made by Jane was a big dissapointment and pricey for a Jane product. Would never repurchase even if it was still sold.

Bought this in "non-stop pucker" just because it was dirt cheap so I wasn't expecting much. I applied it according to the directions (waited 2 minutes after I applied the color, then applied the top coat) - D$mn! My lips looked full and plump - the same look I paid a bundle at the dept store trying to get. The cinnamon color goes great with my GGG skintone and the color lasted through a meal. What else could I want for less than two dollars?

I've overlooked this product for years now, since I'm not a huge Jane aficionado. I also recently went through a harrowing phase where I wore nothing but nudes & browns & this brand didn't have much along the lines of earth tones. Now that I'm getting back into the darker, more pigmented swing of things, I find myself attracted to the same shades that I wore during my gothic youth. Burgundy, Plums, Reds, etc. I was drawn to a shade called Perpetually Plum-Ping which was of course, the darkest color there. It looks like a cool-toned berry plum, but when I put it on I found that it goes on a beautiful just-ate-a-blackberry burgundy/garnet color. I assume this is supposed to be an imitation of those super-stay-on lip colors like Outlast & Lipfinity, but it doesn't perform quite that well. It does last a long time, but it can transfer slightly & wipes off with a tissue like any other l/s. Maybe I didn't wait the full two minutes before I put on the gloss(even though the package asked me "Did you wait the full two minutes?" D'oh!). It does a good job though & overall, I am very satisfied with it.

Got this in non stop pucker after trying a few other colors that didn't work for me,, this one is perfect , it's a cinnamon brown YLBB shade and actually is pretty much the same color as the "nude" lipliner I'd be using but much easier to apply and the staying power is better, I don't use the gloss that comes with it though it seems a bit waxy for me but using the lipstick with a liquid lipgloss over it is an everyday staple for me especially with fall coming.. I'm a PPP blue eyed redhead with essentially non pigmented lips.

Dry, cakey, became chalky and cracked. Unflattering in every aspect. Plumping topcoat? WTF you talkin' 'bout, Willis? Pure crap. Disappointed!

I agree with some of you that the lipstick is a little dry in the tube. However, I don't mind using it. THis lipstick is good but not yet the best. It doesn't last very long. But it doens't dry out my lips which i like the most. It does make my lip a bit bigger.

Maybe the tube I got was just old, but it was cakey, gritty, and both looked and felt disgusting on my lips. The topcoat didn't help at all. I was hoping it'd be a more affordable replacement for Outlast and Colorstay, but I was sadly disappointed! I normally never, ever throw anything away, but this stuff went straight into the trash can. Bleh!

This product was such a ripoff, even for the few bucks I paid for it. the lipgloss did not show up on me whatsoever, but mainly because it didn't seem to even be coming out of the tube. It was as though the tube was empty. Very strange.

One of the worst lip products I've ever tried. The product does not stay on for any length of time, and it wears off very unevenly. Also, the colors don't have any basis in reality...what you see in the tube is NOT what you'll see on your lips! The gloss stick is too hard to go on evenly, and the whole tube dried out in just a few months. All in all, a total waste of time.

Picked up Prepetual Plumping and it was really just too dark for me, I felt a bit clownish so I'm really not sure about the staying power because I removed it pretty quickly so it wouldn't set. Will try a lighter shade. Redheads should stay way from this shade though..lol

I got this in #1 Smoochable Lips which is a dark red-pinkishy color and I love it. It wasn't drying on me,it's dry but doesn't make my lips feel shriveled up like others. The topcoat gives it a nice sheen. It stays on pretty long and it is smoochable ;)

I finally broke down and purchased this lipstick in beam on and on. The color (if you can see it on your lips) is a light gold color. It barely shows up on my lips, but when you put the moisturizer on, it brings out the color a little bit more. I was quite disappointed in this product. I thought that the color would of been a little bit more vibrant. Well, I can always put this on here to swap.

This stuff is awesome. I bought this yesterday at Target for my Mom because she wanted a lipstick that is cheap and would stay on. I didn't think this would work but we tried it and OMG it stays on ALL day! This is really a good product!

I have this in Non-Stop Pucker, and it sucks for me. Maybe it's because the color is almost the same shade as my lips, but the color wouldn't show up on me! If I tried to layer it, it just ended up making my lips dry. The overcoat wasn't so good either because I ended up smooshing it, and I thought the packaging sucked.

I got this in the really dark purple color. I've tried several times to put it on straight, and maybe it's me, but I really despise long last lipsticks in dark colors. They always turn out sloppy.

Maybe it's just the dark color, but this didn't stay on for even a half hour. I let it sit for 5 minutes before putting on the gloss, and it just whipes right off.

I got this in Pout On and On, which is a pretty peachy nude. I love it! Usually the colors on these longwear lipsticks are too pink and never warm or neutral enough. This one is not. The color is very natural looking.

The packaging is awesome, I like that you don't have to tote around two separate products.

*EDIT* I took off one lipstick because this doesn't last as long as I thought it would. However, it lasts a lot longer than a normal lipstick. I'd say on me it stays on about 2-3 hours compared to normal lipstic which lasts about an hour. Also a little bit does come off on things like napkins when the glossy coat is on.

Purchased in Non-Stop Pucker, a neutral medium milk-chocolatey brown. When I applied the color, I thought the consistency of the color was a bit odd b/c it seemed powdery and unsubstantial. On my lips, this shade showed up as a sheer brown tint, and felt whisper-light. Love that the lip-conditioner is attached to the color tube, and it is indeed moisturizing. I'd be sure to exfoliate lips (I prefer a washcloth to a toothbrush) before using, and definitely wait a full minute or two for the color to set before using the lip conditioner or a gloss.

This is extremely good. I had very dry lips - I tried almost everything and anything out there, but nothing helped. I have to say, after using this product, my lips are fully cured. They are nice, soft and smooth again. This product is not drying AT ALL, for me at least, and it will not turn into one big flaky mess like the CG Outlast did for me. I LOVE IT, use it every day. Need more shades though.
