I have used this color for decades and love it for everyday use. It's not too pink and not too brown. I have to be careful with lipstick color, because I have full lips and strawberry blonde hair/ruddy skin. If I'm not careful with lipstick I can look like a clown.

This is a great MLBB shade-natural-looking with just enough color.

I've somehow gotten this lipstick a few times in various gifts, and I love it! It's a great colour on me, even though I normally go for pinker lipsticks, mostly for evening though. I don't normally wear this during the day because of how dark it is and how pale I am. The staying power I find to be just better than average, but that's not a big deal for me. More important is how it fades, which for this lipstick is great. It doesn't stain and it doesn't do the weird line around the mouth thing. It just disappears evenly, which I like. This is definitely something I'd purchase once I run out of my samples!

This lipstick is really brown on me. I was kind of surprised at how many people say that this looks pink - I don't see it at all. I have pretty fair skin and this looks a little... muddy on my lips. I've always heard this looks great on everyone, but I guess I defy that logic. I wear it once in a while if I'm wearing exactly the right outfit, but mostly because I feel bad for purchasing it on a whim and I figure I'd better use it once in a while.

Also, the packaging can get a little gnarly. When it was new, I thought the shiny tube was heavy and nice. Now, just sitting on my makeup table for a while, it has gotten (for the lack of a better word) rusty - it hasn't come into contact with any water that I know of, so it's kind of baffling.

So, a word of warning - I bet this is lovely on some skin tones. However, be very cautious if you're fair-skinned (especially if your skin is very cool-toned).

I initially thought this was a boring brown, but I realized I didn't give this color enough time to warm up on my lips. I tried it on again and realized what a beautiful, natural peachy pink this! I received so many compliments during my outing today. As far as application goes, I can get away with swiping this color by itself, but a feather light touch of my go-to liner (Rimmel's Coffee Bean) deepens it to absolute perfection.

Got this as part of a Clinque gift- so perfect! It was in the peachier gift pack so I was worried but it suits my pale skin, light eyes and fair hair perfectly. It was just a deeper, enhanced neutral which was nice. My mother (darker, more olive tones) didn't like it because it because she thought it was too orangey. Personally, I thought it was very neutral and very classy! Definitely recommend :)

A mid toned mauve based nude that is creamy, opaque and reliable. A great MLBB for someone edging cool-toned. I am NW 20/25. No scent or taste. Great silver case.

This is a great lip color. It is a very nice pinky brown. I feel this color would look great on 90% of the population; very flattering! The price is great too compared to other lipsticks from other higher end make-up lines. The only thing is wish the staying power was longer, but will continue to re-purchase this gorgeous lip color!

Originally I had only given this 2 lippies. That was because I was rather heavy handed and kept applying coat after coat which gave my líps too brown of a tone, and too opaque for my liking. However, when applied with a stippling technique and just a coat... It seems like a whole different color! It just evened out my lips and looked more flush than brown, MLBB! Amazing how application technique can turn a lipstick color from drab to fab! I pair this with Rimmel's lipliner in the shade Natural for a full and pouty yet natural everyday shade. I get why this shade has such a following and can suit so many complexions. So if you were like me and felt it was too muddy looking, just dab it on lightly and the color enhances your lipshade gorgeously. It is a sophisticated neutral that warms up my face for that carefree beachy look when paired with bronzer but understated enough if I wanted to pair it with a strong eye makeup for an evening on the town. Don't let the color in the tube trick yoi into thinking it will be too dark and brown like it did me. The somrwhat transparent fórmula melds with your own lipcolor, making it a neutral uniquely your own. Yay for 5 lippies...and that it was a GWP:)

I love this lipstick. It is literally the only lipstick I have ever repurchased because I never completely use mine up, except for this one. The shade is amazing. I have tan South Asian skin with yellow undertones and this shade is the perfect nude lip for my two-toned lips. It not only fits my skintone (I've been having trouble finding nudes that work with my skin and lips) but it also nuetralizes the colors in my bottom and top lip so that they somehow look the same color. I can wear this with anything for any occasion and it will look awesome. It has pretty good staying power and it looks a bit darker in the packaging but comes across just a bit lighter on the lips, although it's buildable in layers.

Tenderheart is a subtle, rose-toned light brown color, great for pale to light skintones. It glides on smoothly, moisturizers and stays for a few hours.

It is a bit lighter than it looks in the tube, but it's pleasant. All Different Lipsticks are smooth and moisturizing and only slightly opaque.

Got this as a GWP. Awesome MLBB pinky-brown nude. Rather sheer formula, need to use a couple of layers to build color (on the plus side, this is safe to apply even without a mirror). Super wearable and flattering.

Won't repurchase due to Clinique's animal tests for the Chinese Market.

Ok, I found the old green version that a got a few months ago from my friend but never really used it in my bathroom- I love it! It's perfect for school, it looks really nice on my skin tone. Nice, natural, browny-mauve. Smooth, creamy. I will buy again when I have cash, I think it's about 15? a tube. Definitely recommending

I'm on my second tube of this. I got it first in a little kit as a Christmas gift. Looks very plain and too brown in the tube but I tried it on and I was in love. It's one of those "my lip color but better" colors. Provides some moisture and shine, love the formula. Great as an everyday lipstick.

I'm around an NW25 and this looks like a pretty natural "just bit my lips or ate something really effing spicy" red on me, which is cute. Has a slight brown undertone to it, which makes it look more natural and would make it more universal and great on darker complexions. Finish is satin with a slight gloss to it. I'm more into nude lipsticks now, so I won't wear this every day. Another downside it, since it has a more brownish tinge to it, it won't help your teeth look whiter. Although I think it would still look okay on a cool-toned complexion.

My camera is not great but here is a photo of my naked lips:

And with Tenderheart:

http://img.makeupalley.com/0/5/0/3/2148128.JPG

See how it almost looks like no difference. Very natural.

Texture is so smooth and not thick at all. Gives medium-full coverage on one swipe and feels like lip balm. Lasting power isn't great, though.

Highly recommend this in combination with MAC's Pinch Me blush for the ultimate "just stepped in from the cold" look.

I was going through my old make-up when I came across this little thing, it's almost the same colour as my natural lips with a lovely shine, lovely for dry lips.

I have to say I'm rather impressed with cliniques lipsticks! I got this 4 years back and it's still as smooth and creme as the first day I got it O_o

I won't re-purchase because I prefer other colours now not because of the lipstick itself.

I just discovered this in my mom's gifts with purchase makeup collection, tried it on, and fell in love. I'm not even that big on nude lipsticks (love my red lips). But this! This is a perfect, super flattering, nude/brown shade, very similar to my natural lip color but when it goes on it gives my lips an oh-so-pretty added shine and life. Goes perfectly with a cat eye and apple flushed cheeks for an effortlessly chic look.

The formula is super smooth and creamy, covers any dryness of the lips and moisturizes. It's perfect in place of lip balm during the day. Also super easy to reapply, and it's so subtle and feels so nice on the lip that I haven't really been keeping track of its longevity. I'll definitely be getting another tube when this one runs out!

Love this color and the creamy/moist texture. It feels like applying lip balm instead of lipstick when you put it onto your lips. Although the color is not that visible, but it shines up the lips and soothes the driness quite a bit. I will not buy again because I'd like to try something new, not because of the product itself. Let's just say, it's a very awesome lipstick!
