I usually use Pond's cold cream to remove my makeup but even after washing my face with cold water after I use the cream, my face feels a bit oily still. So when I initially received this as a sample, I loved it. I loved the smell and how moist the towelettes were, as well as how effective they were when it came to removing even my stubborn waterproof mascara. I ran out of the sample wipes and switched to a different brand but found that the different brand irritated my skin. So I recently purchased two packs of 30 Chamomile and White Tea towelettes and fell in love all over again! It still removes all my makeup and stays super moist; the only thing I would change is the smell :( I used to like it but now I find it to be too strong and perfumey.

I LOVE these wipes! Every time I use them I am amazed at how easily they remove my eye makeup. I use waterproof mascara often, and I used to have to scrub my eyes with the wipes I was using before (Clean and Clear). These are like a micracle - my skin feels so soft and clean after using them and they smell nice, too. Definitely recommend! (Plus they are cheap compared to other brands - each package is 30 wipes instead of 25 like most brands and they are usually on sale; I got mine buy 1 get 1 free!)

While I adore the smell, and the fact that it is non-drying, it isn't a kind of towelette one can depend on to remove all of their makeup. It does a good job removing most of it, and even mascara, but not enough to get your skin fully makeup-free. If that is what you are looking for it to do, this probably isn't the product for you.
Other than that, I really happen to like it, and would probably repurchase.

I love these wipes soooo much! They're awesome at taking off my eye make up. They even get off my waterproof stuff. I just hold the cloth on each eye for a couple minutes and just wiggle back and forth and swipe and it's pretty much all gone. I love the scent! It's very calming and soothing, perfect for bedtime. I rarely use these on my face because I don't wear foundation or anything so I can't attest to that but for eyes they're a miracle. My eyes are never dry or irritated after using these which is great because Neutrogena's were a little rough for me. Though these cloths are quilted they're very soft and gentle unlike the Simple wipes! My main gripe is the stupid packaging. It's almost impossible to just shut the flap because it always gets wet from the wipes. Please develop a bag with a door Ponds!

These are much better than any of the Neutrogena wipes. These wipes leave no greasy residue on my face, and leave it almost tight feeling like I actually just washed it, instead of feeling like I need to wash it. The smell is soooo nice!! It's really pretty and clean and not too overbearing at all.. The wipes are a good size too, The one thing I don't like about the wipes is they aren't smooth, they're textured, like they have little ridges and patterns like a paper towel or something would. I would keep repurchasing these either way though, and I already have

These wipes do everything it is expected to do on removing make-up. I was very pleased to see it easily remove stubborn mascara and eyeliner. The downside is that it's not compatible with my combination skin (mainly the cheeks) as it feels bumpier/rougher after several use. Because of that, I've stopped using them. It also doesn't give me a clean, fresh feel. My face feels sticky even after dry-down, so I'm always compelled to rinse my face several times afterwards to get rid of that feeling. As for the smell, I'm not too crazy about it but it's not unbareable. Overall it does a good job but it's not a product I would be purchasing.

I hate washing my face at night because it wakes me up too much before bed, but I've always felt like makeup remover cloths didn't get the job done quite well enough. But! These are, so far, the best cleansing cloths I've tried. 1. The smell is awesome. Every time I use one, the boyfriend comments that I smell great, yet the smell isn't overwhelming either. It doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. 2. They do a good job at removing makeup, even mascara and eyeliner. I wake up with just the tiniest bit of mascara residue after using these, but not enough to bother me or to make me bust out the oil-based eye-makeup remover in addition to using these. They're nice & thick, unlike some other brands. 3. They leave your skin feeling soft and clean. Not too oily, not too tight or dry; just right. If I have one complaint, it's that the little sticky flap on the package doesn't always stay closed, but even if I catch this happening now & then, the cloths haven't really dried out. (But this is a problem with all makeup remover cloth packaging, not just this one, so not a huge strike against Ponds specifically here.) 4. These are cheeeaap! All in all, great product.

I received a free sample pack of these and fell in love. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It's wonderful! I wish they made a perfume with this scent, and it lasts through the night. The wipes themselves aren't scratchy at all. It removes most of my makeup. The only thing it doesn't get off is MAC fluidline, but nothing gets that stuff off except my oil cleanser. I don't use these wipes for cleansing. Just makeup removal. After my sample pack ran out, I bought a full size one.

I am absolutely OBSESSED! These wipes are so soft and they leave my face so soft and fresh; plus they smell good too. Very natural feeling product. I have tried many other brands of wipes and they make my eyes red and burn especially around the eyes but not these. These are great! love them :)

I absolutely hate the smell of these. I don't find the smell pretty or refreshing or anything good, just nauseating. They remove makeup pretty well, but they make the skin on my eyelids burn terribly. Would not ever repurchase.

I got a sample pack of these for free and I have to say that I LOVE using them. They have a fresh clean scent that isn't too overpowering - it's really strong at first but quickly wears down. It takes off makeup - even waterproof mascara - rather easily. It leaves skin tight and dewy - but not at it's not at all stingy or greasy.
My recommendation is to use these for makeup removal rather than makeup removal AND cleansing. I use my regular cleanser right after - this just helps take the gunk off and give that "deep-clean" feel.
I would give these cloths five stars if the pads WEREN'T SO OVERSIZED - they're over twice as big as they need to be! I mean, if my makeup is THAT bad, I'll use two cloths, sheesh, it's not a big deal to use more than one, but I don't like being wasteful when I only have a little makeup on! I try to rip them in half to save them, but they don't rip easy, either, I can only get little corners off when I try to rip them. I'm disappointed with that. I love this product, I really do, but I would only buy them if the wipes came in smaller sizes. Making the cloths oversized to make the product look bigger and more reasonable for the money the customer pays is purposefully deceptive marketing and I'm not falling for it.

I read the reviews below and I must be a minority here......This crap stinks! Who wants ro rub perfume on their face? Honestly? There is no pleasant scent here. As far as make up removal....I wear a light powder foundation and I can barely see any on the wipe. The packaging is pretty and that is about it. I will be throwing this in the garbage and resume removing my make up with my facial cleanser.

For starters, i love this product because of its amazzzing smell. I use it after i go for a run, and it freshens me up like that, it doesn't irritate my moderate acne BONUS! but be careful a close friend of mine with SUPER sensitive skin tried using this on her face and her skin burned and turned red a while after, so i wouldn't recommend to those sensitive skin gals out there, but if you have to use this because of the smell go over on your arms or neck :) that didn't kill my friend.. so absolutely try this product you havee to use this if you have oily skin like me

I love this product. It's the perfect ending to a long day. The smell is amazing and calms my skin and me immediately. It just instantly soothes and removes my makeup well. While it doesn't remove my mascara all the way it does a pretty good job with all my other makeup. The sticky packaging is the downfall, I just wasted two wipes because the packaging must have opened this morning and dried them out. Such a disappointment, I just wish Ponds would take the same route as other makeup wipes with the snap closure.

I bought these to throw in my purse( my mac wipes are to big) for those emergency touch ups, like when its hot and you feel like your melting! Lol and these actually does a good job at removing your makeup. The cleanse as well as my mac wipes BUT they are drying to my face. I love the mac one's cuz they actually moisterize my skin but the pack is just too big to keep in my purse. The smell is wonderful, relaxing and calming. I will repurchase. Handy to have a small pack around.

I purchased these wipes because I liked the idea of them being infused with Chamomile and White Tea, Chamomile I like in particular because it's a soothing calming herb as well as it has lightening properties which give your face a nice glow like effect.
First of all I love the way these smell, also it removed my makeup very effectively without any stinging or burning, I did not try it on removing my mascara yet but it removed my Estee Lauder's Double Wear foundation without a problem, I still washed my face after with a face wash and water, it's just something I have to do because I feel like that's the only way my face will be 100% clean, but this may be a good alternative when I come home very late from a night out and I will be too lazy to wash my face at least I'll know I did something positive and not wake up in the morning feeling guilty that I went to bed with my makeup on............LOL we all have those nights whether it's due to lazyiness or being extremely tired or maybe after having one too many drinks.........anyway Im very pleased with the wipes and will keep a package in my bathroom at all times, they are good for traveling too when you dont want to pack 101 different products.
I will try the citrus version next.

I saw an ad for these in a magazine & was intrigued. These cloths do a nice job of removing my makeup (although I must qualify here & state that these haven't gone up against my beloved Ben Nye cream foundation). I think these are good for removing foundation, blush, lipstick but I didnt feel like these would be good for my eye area. I use the Ocusoft pads for removing eye makeup and they are wonderful BTW. My one and huge complaint with this product is the scent. It is strong and it is BAD. The label says chamomile & white tea but I am telling you I get a huge note of..............dirty socks. It just smells really really bad to my nose. If you happen to like it then this would be great for you. It would be FANTASTIC if Ponds would make this in a fragrance-free version. I would definitely buy that. The overwhelming & totally unpleasant scent of this means I definitely will not repurchase it.

I liked the original clean sweep - but, I was tempted by white teach and chamomile extract.
I should've known this wasn't a good idea - I usually try to avoid scented skin care items because they can be irritating, but I guess I thought these would be 'natural' enough that it would be ok.
They are very moist - a little too moist, sometimes I ring it out in the sink before using. It can be annoying, but at least it's better then being too dry.
When I use these, It removes most of my make up. If I wear waterproof mascara, I need to use something else to remove it all the way. It doesn't leave a residue, and leaves me a little bit hydrated. It also lightly ex foliates, which is nice. I use it often without washing my face after on evenings when I am too tired (I keep them near my bed) and I dont have any problems with breakouts.
My problem is with the fragrance. I am all for herbal scents, but this too me smells a bit rancid. I just don't enjoy it. Its goes away shortly after using, so I can stand it enough to finish the package. Also, it makes my skin very red, and slightly irritated. It subsides after about 15 minuets, but it freaks me out.
I will stick with the original. When I can find them, I buy them in bulk at costco. Also, the Kirkland brand (costco store brand dupe) is really nice as well - maybe even better, come to think of it. :)
Packaging it only Ok. It is improved over the years - the older ones didn't seal as well and dried out faster. These stay moist for a long time, but I prefer closure that isn't like these sticky flaps because once they lose their stick it's all over. If I have a container around from baby wipes or other brands of wipes I keep them in there & that works well for me.
