I love this conditioner and have used it as a daily conditioner and cowash. I'd call it an HG conditioner for sure.

It has a lovely slip to it that really helps detangle (my hair gets so snarled when it's dry) and I find it SO moisturizing. I've already gone through several jars of it and keep it in the house at all times.

The square bucket it comes in makes it easy to scoop out, and it has a lovely plumeria smell (I've never had a problem with the packaging - I just toss out the extra disc, it's not necessary and I leave this in my shower all the time). Just an all around awesome conditioner and one of my all-time favorites.

I would usually buy Paul Mitchell's deep conditioner (also in a tub) but I can only get it at around $30. Way too expensive. I decided to give this a try, and I really like it. I take a small scoop, rub it on my hands, and work it through my hair starting with the ends and making my way up. I wouldn't recommend putting this on your scalp and roots unless you have a really dry scalp/dandruff problems. This is a drug store product, so you're obviously gonna get better quality the more you spend. (At least, that's the case most of the time.) The scent is not overpowering, somewhat floral, but so Pantene-y. My one complaint is that once you open the top of the tub, there's a stopper thing that you have to replace every time, and if I get product on it, it won't fit properly. That's easily solved though just by making sure there's no reside on the stopper's sides.

My first hair mask ever was from Pantene and it blew me away. Ever since, I have been a fan of hair masks and have been trying some out.

Recently, I decided to return to my one true love and found that since they re-structured their line I had to pick out one specifically for my type of hair.

For the price, I think this is great. It has a soft, pantene scent and definitely leaves my hair feeling even better than it does after I use a regular conditioner. I am not a fan of the packaging because although aesthetically I do enjoy the square jar, I don't think it is very practical at all.

I would recommend this product to a friend, but I am also curious to try out some other ones before I venture back to this again (after finishing it, of course).

Worked well on my hair. Felt soooooo soft after rinsing out. I don't even have to leave it in too long.

I bought this on sale for $2 CDN. Like another reviewer, I hoped it would perform as great as the Time Restoratives line. No this was a very mediocre product. It smelled bad and it was just another thick conditioner, nothing too special about it.

I ran out of my Redken All Soft Heavy Cream AND my Aveda Dry Remedy Treatment. I wanted something more affordable and used to like Pantene so I figured I'd try out the Med-Thick line including this treatment.

I haven't tried the other lines yet, but it seems that the Med-Thick line is like their replacement for "Sleek & Smooth" because it seems to work best when you are trying to tame down your hair.

That said, I really like this treatment. I've used it and left my hair curly and it felt a little... Strange. But when I used it followed by the Straighten & Smooth Styling Creme and blowdryed I had the best straightened hair days I've ever had in my life! And my hair did not feel dry at all - which I attribute to this mask. I find this to be only slightly less effective than the Redken & Aveda treatments. And considering the price, availability, and scent(Aveda can be a bit overwhelming while Redken is subtle but plasticy) - I don't think I'll be going back to them.

If I had to change anything it would be the packaging. I think it was stupid of Pantene to put this treatment into the jar they use because it's too runny for the jar. Which is why they have this little lid inside the lid that you're supposed to replace every time you use the treatment. It's really inconvenient and if the product is that runny, then it should be in a tube.

The scent is nice. Floral and clean. I didn't like it at first because I missed the old Pantene scent, but it's growing on me since the products work well.

Will repurchase.

Man, this stuff is good. I noticed my hair was getting kind of fried lately because of the flat iron so I picked it out while I was out the other day. When I used it the next morning in shower, I was in a rush so I didn't get to leave it in for the full 5 minutes but I don't think I needed it because I only left it in for about 3 and when I washed it out, it was hard to tell if it was really out because it left my hair so...silky feeling.

I really like the texture of it. Has a nice thick, creamy consistency that stays in your hair so it's not running all over the back of your neck in the shower. The only thing I don't like is the lil' tub it comes in. Wish it came in a tube but hey, pros outweigh this con by a mile. I'll definitely buy it again :P

I really like this product. I leave it on my hair (mixed with my regular conditioner) for about 10 minutes in the shower before rinsing it out. This treatment smells fresh and makes my hair feel and look silky and glossy (rather than weighed down and greasy). The packaging is great-- I can reach/use every drop of product!

I thought that this mask was their replacement for the Time Restoratives mask which I love... It's definitely not. It does very little to help my hair feel softer / look more silky. I see no difference when using this compared to using my regular conditioner. Won't be repurchasing.

I think this is pretty good for the price. I have thick curly hair, I applied about 1/2 jar on dry hair, and left it for about 2 HS.
In the shower I massaged and rinsed, hair was controlled and moisturized.

I was looking around for a cheap hair mask to undo some of the dryness that my hair has been feeling lately. I found this one for about $5 cdn. and decided to give it a shot for my thick hair. I was wary, because I know Pantene is usually crap. And I was right.

The jar it comes in feels expensive somehow and the smell is absolutely devine. I was about to use it one night when I realized the instructions on the back were pretty vague. It says "Apply to hair starting at the roots and work toward tips. Let treatment work for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Proceed to your style routine." So.... do I apply it to just washed, wet hair? That's what I did, because most masks work that way.

I left it on for about 15 mins, washed it out, and it felt very nice, like most masks. My hair was very soft. Went to bed, woke up... still soft. BUT by the end of that day, my hair was back to where it started. Less than 24 hours later... it was like the mask didn't happen. It was totally unnecessary. So... I think I'll take a look at Garnier. Not repurchasing.
