Awful, awful. The consistency was nice, but it burned my eyes. I've never had an eye cream burn my eyes, so at first I didn't make the connection, I thought it was from some lotion I had on my hand or something. For hours afterwards my eyes felt odd, like I had been crying. I didn't even think it could be the eye cream. When I used it again that night, it burned so badly, as if I got nail polish fumes in my eyes or something. Terrible.

I will never buy this again. $40 for a really tiny amount that doesn't do what it says. I do admit that it brightened my dark circles, but has done nothing for the lines.

I didnt mind spending $40 on an eye cream but this is the most ridiculously tiny amount I have ever seen. It is smaller than a product you would get in a department store cosmetic gift with purchase. The first step is in a tube that you can control how much product you're dispensing but the second step is in a pump. If you push it enough that any product comes out, its too much and its wasted. Bad design. This whole $40 amount will last less than a month. I've been using for a week with no noticeable results yet, but at this price I wont be able to stick with it long enough to tell long term.

I actually saw some results with this, nothing drastic but the skin around my eyes seems firmer. I went through it in less than a month, so it's pretty pricey.

This is an eye cream duo that is nothing but disappointing. First of all, it's almost $40 for 0.17 oz of product. Well, you get a 0.17 tube of silicone-y gel and 0.17 oz of lotion in a pump bottle. But you have to use both items every time. So you're really getting that little of product. So for $40, this is very very expensive! A typical eyecream contains 0.5 oz of product. And onto the product....
The silicony gel is the first step and it feels like applying a gray silicone to my eye area, nothing more. Then second step is the lotion step that's supposed to "activate" the gel. But the problem is that it is not moisturizing or creamy at all. And i'm not seeing any results after a month of use. The package doesn't say to use at night or morning, so I use mostly at night, and sometimes in the morning as well. Lately, i find it to be drying to my eye area so I have to follow with my regular eye cream. And my eye area is normally NOT drying. I don't know what neutrogena is thinking to launch such an awful product, AND charging 40 bucks for it at the drugstores.
