this is a really good liner for the price !
the only thing is that it doesnt dry as fast as i would like it to but i try to over look it.
its nice and black but the brush is pretty hard to work with ...
it will smudge if you touch it !
i dont reccomend this liner to anyone whos just starting with eye liner because of the brush ( i have been wearing liner for almost 3 years and i find it hard-ish )
for begginers i would suggest something like nyc just because the brush is alot better to work with and its really cheep and you can get them in water proof.
but over all i think this eyeliner is really good for the price and i also like that you can get it a glitter form if you like that better :)

this is a dark/black eye liner.when i want a black eye liner,for a smokey eyes.last long.love it!
