This stuff smells exactly like a rice crispies treat!!! I love it so much I regret not buying backups for it. I use it as a hairwash and a bodywash and it doesn't irritate or dry my skin or hair out. I wish the scent lasted though. Overall, I love it!!!!

I love the smell! So far, I've used it as shampoo as well as body wash, and I love it both ways.

This smells like a warm vanilla with butter & caramel to me. Neither of the 2010 marshmallow scents from Philosophy (melting marshmallow & crispy marshmallow bars) really smell like marshmallow at all. From the bottle this smells like a generic vanilla with butter, more on the butter/caramel side vs the sweet side of vanilla. When you lather it smells the same as in the bottle. The only time it smells like sweet crispy marshmallow bars is when you have dried off after a shower. Like most body washes this one doesn't really scent your body, but it truly smelled like rice crispy treats once I had rinsed the product off. The downside to that is- its the faintest scent of rice crispy treats you only smell if you put your hand up to your nose. I buy scented body washes for the shower experience, this smells nothing like a marshmallow & it has a fake plasticy undertone to me, nothing a high end brand should have. I think Ive been spoiled by e-tailers because they are usually so spot on with their titles and scents. This suds up lightly, isn't greasy, & slightly moisturizes. I think a kid would really like this scent, but for the price & scent I will be returning. This is better than Philosophy's melting marshmallow, because that is straight up chocolate, but this is more sweet caramel vs sweet vanilla marshmallow.

This really does smell like warm Rice Krispie Treats. You definitely get a Krispies note, albeit a very subtle one, in addition to the marshmallow. The scent is on the soft side - it doesn't linger on your skin at all after you step out of the shower - but I love it anyway because it reminds me of making these bars with my mom when I was little. Like many other Philosophy food-scented 3 in 1s, this makes me want to eat the real thing!

PROS: Fun, sweet scent. It smells to me of toasted marshmallows. Decent suds.

CONS: Not very moisturizing (but not drying either.) Does not remove antiperspirant very well.

I love Rice Krispy treats, don't you? Crispy little bits of puffed rice bound together by gooey sugar and butter - what's not to love? The smell might be the best part.

I'm a big fan of philosophy's 3-in-1 shower gels. Naturally, when I saw that philosophy has attempted to replicate that wonderful smell, I had to try it. The sales associate in Sephora held it to my nose and when I inhaled.... yum. Warm vanilla, butter, a hint of caramel. The scent is not perfectly spot-on like a few of philosophy's 3-in-1's, but it's very, very good.

Unfortunately, the scent was less complex when I actually used it in the shower on a puff. This "breakdown" of the scent doesn't happen with all of the 3-in-1's, but it did happen with this one. However, it still smelled really yummy, and the scent didn't turn into something different altogether. As usual, the lather was very rich and foamy, and a hint of the warm smell lingered on my skin after the shower. In summary, while I am not going to put this in my "greatest hits" lineup, this is a solid product that I would repurchase.
