have the Sweet Fig flavor and loving it. doesn't get all weird and yucky tasting after a while like other natural lip balms. also, it is 99% natural which it makes it easier for me to buy this product especially since it has SPF. love their cause and appreciate their mission.

I have the fig one.
Pros:
tastes great
small/portable
Cons:
leaves layer of white on lips after applying, so you have to rub it in for it to not show up
doesn't moisturize very well

Hands down, my new favorite lip balm.
Fragrance, texture, moisturizing ability, staying power...etc
Also, I happen to live in a very hot and very sunny state, so the SPF is something I actually seek out in a lip balm, and its very important to me. You cant even smell / taste it.
Everything about it is a prefect 5 out of 5 for me.
Will be repurchasing more.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer about this lip balm. I love to try new lip products and was drawn to this because it is suppose to be a lip butter (i.e.very moisturizing) and it has spf 15. However, it wasn't moisturizing in the least, and had a gross, grainy texture that left my lips feeling greasy. It smelled and tasted like sunscreen (not pomegranate) and made my lips burn slightly. I normally never throw away lip balms without trying to use them up, but this one went right in the trash after one use - it was that bad for me. Sadly, Yes to Carrots has apparently discontinued the only product of theirs that I like - the C Me Blush lip tints. All the other products I've tried from them have been a miss, and I probably won't be purchasing anything else from them after this experience.

So I saw this in pomegranate at the store and I was like eh what the heck I will just pick it up and see how I like it. I usually like the brand, their makeup wipes are nice but this product is AWFUL. It does not moisturize at all. It feels waxy and gross and leaves a whitish film on my lips. I tried to give it a fair shake and just used it at night for a while thinking who cares I will be asleep but I wake up and my lips are cracked and bleeding...AWFUL just plain AWFUL. I get that it has a decent SPF and smells okay (not that great though) but the texture is gross and why do I even bother with it when it won't even condition or moisturize my lips. I will NEVER repurchase this product!

I have this in Fig and Pomegranite, and I have repurchased this product many times. No, not because it is so moisturizing and makes my lips feel so great. I buy it to get stable, reliable sun protection for my lips. Who wants wrinkly lips? Almost every chapstick in the d/s now contains some kind of spf, but something folks forget is that these are chem filters. Fine on your face because they have time to absorb. You're supposed to apply them 20 mins before going outdoors. But that's not how we use and rely on lip sun protection. We apply lippie spf products all the time, indoors, outdoors, just whenever. Furthermore, we have likely smudged or licked all the product off before it has had a chance to absorb and offer its label protection. Not so with mineral blocks like Zinc and Tio2. You can apply and they are effective immediatly. I love that this lippie is so cheap and has 6.5% Zinc as its active. It does leave a bit of a white cast on my lips (that's the zinc), but I offset with a lipstick over it. I don't use it indoors as it's not really cosmetically flattering or moisturizing. But it is great sun protection for my lips and that's why I buy it. If I'm going to be in the sun I apply and reapply and my lips never feel chapped or burned. Great product, cheap price. Will repurhcase for as long as it's available.

I strongly dislike this product. I hate the smell and it does nothing for my chapped lips.

This is my favorite uncolored balm. I love lipstick, but no matter how creamy the formula is they almost always chap my lips. So I always have to have a balm under it. The pomegranate scent is nice and light, and it is tasteless. That pair with the ingredients, price, and being cruelty free puts this on top for me. =)

I've used Blistex, Carmex, Chap Stick, and Burt's Bee's. All of them are okay, so I went into the store and saw this chap stick on discount w. SPF 15. It's organic and doesn't test on animals, so I bought it.
Big mistake.
I bought it because I have chapped lips (duh), and this doesn't help at all. Sure, it keeps it from chapping, but doesn't do any of the conditioning or reversal of chapping like normal chap sticks.
What it does is this: flake and sit on top of my chapped lips, so it looks like smears of white. Ugh! So what I have to do is stand in front of a mirror and work it into my lips to make sure there are no stray white marks, which is completely inconvenient; I want to swipe and be done! Not swipe, worry about white stuff sitting on my lips, and check in the mirror.
Horrible buy. I would have never guessed that chap stick can be this bad, but it is.

One of the best lip balms (and I have tried several). It has ZnO as the sunscreen, quite unique for a lip balm, and goes on smoothly. It does moisturise my lips OK on its own, but works better when I layer it on top of Burts bees mango butter lip balm. Together, they make my lips smooth and hydrated for several hours w/out reapplication.

I have incredibly dry lips, and certain lip balms just get caught on my lips, or wear off too quickly without helping me at all. This lip balm is wonderful, it goes on smoothly and lasts for 3-4 hours, which is wonderful. Normally I have to re-apply frequently, but with this I can just apply and forget! I would absolutely buy this again, and I love this line so much for my dry skin.

As the other reviewers have said, this product will leave a white-cast on your lips if you apply a liberal amount. My personal decision to purchase this lipbalm is because it is paraben-free and petrolatum-free. I read online that other lipbalms contain those ingredients, and that those ingredients can in a sense "dry out" your lips faster, which makes people continuously reapply and repurchase the product. When I apply this balm to my lips, it lasts for a very very long time (unless I eat or drink.....or smooch lol) I'm pretty sure this post is a review for the pomegranate which has spf (I buy this one because of the spf). I have not tried the other scents which may have a different feel and moisturizing complex to them. I don't mind the white-cast because I usually use this at night after I brush my teeth. I have a few EOS lipbalm spheres that I use during the day. This balm will usually last me a very very long time (3-4 months) and I do wear it often. other lipbalms don't last me as long because they were more "drying" and I was using them up fast and repurchasing. I will definitely continue to repurchase this over and over again. I've already gone through several tubes!

Moisturizes decently but it made my lips feel greasy. It also slipped around past the edges of my lips making the corners of my mouth and cupids bow feel greasy as well. After using this I realized that I like 'firmer' lipbalms that don't feel similar to vaseline (for example. Burt's Bees honey lipbalm) but if you prefer slippery lipbalms it may work for you. Also, Citrus smells a bit plactic-y.

I like that it has spf, but it makes my lips look white since the product is white itself. For reference, my lips are naturally a deep pink color so I looked anemic when I put it on. It's moisturizing and meets expectations, even though it's on the pricey side. There are cheaper balms that are just as effective.
Bottom line: I won't be buying this again because I found a better lip balm with no fillers and it's vegan (it's my HG) made by a small, online company. Plus, it doesn't whiten my lips.

I have this in Pomegranate. I love the scent and the fact it's all-natural, paraben free and has spf 15. However, the main issue I have is that it leaves a light white cast on my lips. The balm itself is white in colour, so I think that anyone who has quite pigmented lips (like me) may also have this problem. Despite this, I still love this lipbalm as it moisturises really well without being sticky nor waxy.

Good value. It is hydrating and my lips felt softer. Has spf in it for when you are outdoors. It's natural and paraben free as an added bonus. I keep this in my purse and use whenever I think of it.
