Basically its sugar and green tea in a fine powder- mine had honey and lemon too-
I took 3 tablespoons and mixed it with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Wet myself down and scrubbed head to toe- its not too harsh- the sugar dissolves into the skin- and it smells fabb. Rinsed off afterward..
leaves you super smooth, less bumps, no more KP ! yay!
easy, cheap and works better than high end scrubs imo- better than caudalies scrub =)
ps: don't get the diet one- u need the sugar
