I have really dark circles under my eyes so I really wanted to love this but unfortunately I don't. Firstly, I think for how expensive it is the amount of product you get is hardly anything! Secondly, I find the formula WAY too creamy which causes it to crease lots, and makes it basically impossible to later the two shades without smearing them together. I'd prefer it if it was a slightly drier formula like MAC's Studio Finish concealer. I won't be buying this again.

I bought this from a home shopping network, can't remember which one but I love this stuff! I am 56 and have started to get some circles/bags under my eyes. I have tried many concealers but none of them worked as well as this. Very creamy, easy to use, covers my circle/bags beautifully. The trick is to put it under the bags of your eyes where the "dent" is, not on the bag itself. I think it works great, yes it is expensive, but if it works, I don't mind paying more!!

Honestly, I really wanted to love this product when I first purchased it. I got it during IMATS of last year and have yet to finish using it. First of all, it is EXTREMELY CREAMY, and at first I thought this would be great in moisturizing my under eyes, but i was so so so wrong! This creases like CRAZY!!! And when I mean crease, I mean like within 1 minute it settles into that line you have under your eyes, its so annnoying! However, as far as corrrecting the hideous blueish purplish color on my under eye it does an okay job, not a miracle or whatever though... :(. And the only way I found to make this STAY on my under eye is to layer it with a CRAP LOAD of powder. I wished this worked for me, but sadly I won't be repurchasing this again.

I have tried a lot of different concealers and have quite dark heridatory dark circles. On top of that the skin around my eyes is supersensitive! The Eve Peral concealer is really moisturing, blends in well and doesn't irritate the skin. The coverage is quite light. I've tried layering it but then it tends to settle in fine lines. I think it would be good for people who don't need that much coverage under the eyes.

I am very disappointed with this product. First of all really bad packaging design. You can't get the damn thing open! The concealer itself is certainly very "salmony". I got the fair/light combo. The fair side is very pinky while the light side is more orangy. It's not that the colours are unwearable. They do blend in. There's alot of "work" involved here. Too much hassle for me. But the real dealbreaker is the texture of the product. It's like grease paint. I thought Laura Mercier crept into lines! This crept into every line under my eye and looked awful and then wore off within a couple of hours. I tried it with and without a primer and set it with powder but nothing will stop it from creasing like crazy. I tried using a gel/cream eye cream thinking this would help but it did not. And it's very expensive!
Back it goes.

I like, but do not love this concealor. I use the light/medium duo, which I find to suit my NC 35 skintone very well. However, the texture of this product is so creamy that it creases in my fine lines no matter what primer or powder I use underneath my eyes. Still on the search for an undereye concealer that doesn't crease AND manages to cover my dark circles. Until then, I'll continue to use the Eve Pearl since I hate to waste, but I won't be repurchasing.

I bought this in the Light/Medium combo about 6-7 months ago when Haute Look had a sale (just like everyone else). I'm glad I got the discount, because I would have been a disgruntled customer had I paid full price.

I can't say that it is horrible or that it doesn't work, because it does erase my under eye circles, and I can't say that it creases because it doesn't (but then nothing creases on me)

The reason that I give it such a low rating is that
1. The color isn't right...not in the Light or the Medium. It's too orange. I'm Fair, and my under eye circles are best corrected by either Bobbi Brown corrector in Light Bisque (pinker and a way better product) or Senna Totally transforming concealer in Cool Light or Cameo Light (you don't even need a powder with the Senna TTC...it's gooood). There are other corrector/concealers that work too that are way less expensive, but I bought a lot of her products because I believed the YouTube hype.

2. It doesn't really make my eyes look bright. Even with the Light side, I look kind of dull, and I use very little, and I KNOW how to use it. Have watched all the vids, and I'm creative and good with makeup.

3. It smears all over the place, and I set it with BB's light yellow powder. The first time I used it I had a cold and couldn't blow my stupid nose for hours without getting all this orange stuff on the tissue, and another time, I put on a pale blue T-Shirt and the concealer rubbed off on it (didn't even think I touched my face, but I guess I did) I haven't been able to get that stain out yet, and it doesn't come out of my favorite concealer brush which is white. I've tried the olive oil and dishwashing liquid treatment on both the shirt and my brush, and alas, the stains will always be there. Now, I make sure that my pull-on T-shirts or whatever are dark.

4. Way too expensive for a product like this. Even Bobbi Brown is less. And I really don't care whether it contains the food that salmon's eat because I'm not a salmon;)

I am still working on it, because with the S&H, it was still expensive at Haute Look, and I don't waste stuff. I DO tweak it with other products like a Touche Eclat knock off that lightens it up. I've almost hit pan. It DOES last.

I CAN see this product being used for television. Where you wear HD makeup and then take it off. I can see why she won the Emmys, but honestly...those people are loaded with makeup, and if you've ever watched the EP vids...she just keeps on putting layer after layer...not too good for everyday.

HTH's Honestly people...you can do better for less. I DO wish it was sold in stores so people could try it out beforehand, and if you love it...well...good on ya.

This is the creamiest undereye concealer so it doesn't dry out the skin under my eyes. It also doesn't settle into my fine lines around my eyes either. The peachy undertones definately counteracts under-eye darkness. This is a great product but I have to take a lippie off b/c this stuff is so expensive. I'm NC20-25, and have used light and medium. Light is perfect for the winter months and medium has worked out better for the summer when I'm tan (NC25-30).

I really wanted to like this product, but I have to say that I don't. Even though it glides on smooth, for me it was a bit greasy. It settled in my fine lines after a few mins. I'm 54, and that is a real deal breaker for me. The packaging is nice and the color was fine. I probably should have chosen one shade darker. I would keep it if it did not settle in my lines. I also used a primer and set it with powder. It was expensive as well.

This is the best undereye concealer! The salmon tone cancels out blues from undereye shadows/dark circles or (like me) blue veins showing through thin skin. It is important to put a dab of foundation over it in order to blend it in so it fades into the rest of the skin and doesn't stand out. The consistency is great, it offers enough coverage without caking up because it is a moist formula, almost gel-like? I love this concealer for undereye.
It is not a great concealer for blemishes, though, because the salmon tone is not going to help cancel out the redness, it will make it worse. I would recommend either a bit of green concealer or one that exactly matches your skin.
I still gave it five stars, because it is a great product, but I think all companies should give a little bit more information about their products so people know how to use them to their best effect.

I purchased the dual formula, if this should go under the single formula review - mods please merge.

I went to Eve Pearl's studio in Manhattan (small, a bit cluttered, but chic) and got a makeover (the SA powdered me into Photoshopped blur, lol) . I walked out with the dual salmon concealer in DEEP/DARK for my unfortunate under eye circles and here are some thoughts (oily, NW43/NC45 for ref):

I've used this everyday for the past week usually I wait longer to review but I may return this. Deep is lighter which was best for eye/nasolabial folds, dark saw no effect around eyes but blended beautifully around hairline, jawline, mouth. I've tried fingers, brushes and a sponge and for me a brush to pick up/apply product and fingers to blend worked best around eye area (a sponge was fine everywhere else but wasteful) though I use sponge/finger for eye as well. I've never had to be this creative applying concealer before but anyway, indoors this can look way too orange but IRL my FACE looks flawless.

Pros: The salmon formula completely brings out my peach undertones and compliments the pink, the results are stunning - and IRL!!!
The texture is rich, doesn't cake, dry out, ball up, get tacky or sit.
Creamy and easy to blend, set w/tinted mineral veil, lasts 5 hours on face but needed to blot frequently.
A little goes a long way (again, on your face).
Compact comes with great quality mirror.

Cons: $38+ dollars.
This does little for my circles, no matter how much I apply and because of this I've already hit pan on the side I use for eyes. It does brighten some, lasts 3 hours maybe.
I spend a lot of time blending for any effect under eye.
Eye primer! Settles into fine lines (didn't notice anywhere else).
SUPER creamy, your sponge will absorb obscene amounts, though blends it beautifully.
Can look orange if too much is used or not blended accurately to balance w/your coloring (and on some this may just cast too orange).
Case is too smooth and difficult to open, a definite nail polish chipper.
Afraid the formula will slide out in my purse in the heat - it's sooo creamy.

I recommend for hyperpigmentation or to make skin pop but not for undereye and lids. It stays moist around the eyes throughout the day never quite drying. I may buy just the dark again but it's so expensive. I'll have to keep searching for a dark circle remedy.
