This is a mediocre liquid liner. There really isn't anything special that sets it apart from others. The brush is miniature, which would be good for precision work; instead, it sort of just flops, making straight lines virtually impossible without lots of patience. It also has a very high dry time without any lasting power. By the end of the day, it's all but gone. :/
I've tried much better ones in the same ballpark price-wise, so I really can't recommend this one.

For 6 bucks, it glides on easy without being too watery and lasts incredibly long without smearing or flaking as some others have.

I LOVE THIS!!!!!
It was my first liquid eyeliner and I absolutely love it~
It's kind of intense and since it's waterproof it'll be difficult to fix mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this to just beginners.
The packaging is just adorable with its little bird design. The wand is kind of long and the brush is a little flimsy but its not too hard to work with.
Overall I would buy it again with no regrets.~

I love this eyeliner:) I used to only use pencil eyeliner but it would always smuge, fade, and get on my upper eyelid. So i swiched to liquid for prom hoping it would last...and it did!!
PROS:
1. Stays on till you take it off
2. Doesnt fade
3. Very very cute package
4. Last awhile
CONS:
1. Took some practice gettin use to applying
2. Have to apply 2 coats for a dark black
TIP:
1. dont open your eye wide after you first put it on! let it dry.
2. Dont expect to have a perfect line the first time you do it, epecially if you are use to a pencil (practice!)

Hands down best liquid eyeliner I have found. I just switched from gel eyeliner cause I kept having to re -apply to get the dark black that I wanted. It is slow drying but once is set it is smudge proof. I highly recommend it and will buy it again.

this product in general was just ok. It doesn't last long when applied and is easily smeared. Altough a positive plus is it's very pretty and you can see the glitter from aways away. My sister even likes to steal it. 3 out of 5.

Well I love this eyeliners staying power. The packaging is so cute, the packaging of the whole HC line is cute. The brush is so soft it takes some getting use to. The only reason I gave it 4 lippies is the pigmentation isn't that dark I have to go over it like 3x to get it to where I like it. I dont mind the layering cuz it actually stays on my eyelid. I would buy it again if I dont find anything better.

I was expecting better pigmentation from this eyeliner. Once dry, it is very black, but the pigment tends to separate, so the color saturation is iffy. In addition, it takes a while to dry. I have smudged this many times on accident because of this.

Also, the brush gives a thick line and I have to struggle to create a thin one. I think this is because there is too much product left on the brush when you pull it out of the container.

The great thing about this is the staying power. It lasts all day and even through a sad movie! Easy to remove with a good makeup remover.

All in all, for $6 I would rather spend the extra two bucks and purchase L'Oreal Lineur Intense brush tipped liner. The pigmentation is better, the brush thinner, and dries faster.

All in all, I really liked this liner.

I have been using liquid liners for many years so I had no issue with the brush after a few tries. THe brush is a tad soft so if yo are not used to using brush tipped liners I advise you to practice.

The pigmentation is really good, but I noticed that hye pigment can sometimes separate from the suspension fluid, so a good roll between the palms will fix that up.

It's staying power is ridiculous! I have had it on literally all day, and its just stuck! The only issue with that is, you have to be a tad rough to remove it once it's dry. It also doesn't dry to fast which can lead to smudges.

I would repurchase because it's cheap and works.

I just bought this on a whim at my local Walmart. They didn't have a tester for this product so i was iffy. I decided to go with it anyways since it was just under $6CDN. I have been on the search for an HG liquid liner ever since I have started wearing makeup. I don't like felt tipped liners since I seem to have problems using them. This has a brush applicator which is great! The brush isn't "tiny" so it won't create thin lines well, which is fine with me since I like to draw my eyeliner thicker. I don't recommend this for ppl who are just learning to use liquid eyeliner as the brush isn't very stiff and can be a little too soft. Pigmentation is good. I don't usually need more than 2 coats to get a nice solid black. I was really impressed with the wear on this liner!!! It didn't budge or smudge! Lasted all night!!! you can't get this off with a regular eye makeup remover unless you rub and rub (which i don't rec anyone doing on their delicate eye area!!). I just use the cleanse off oil by MAC and it removes it EASILY. I really like this stuff and would definitely rebuy!! oh one down side.... this does take a while to dry....so you have to be patient otherwise you'll get transfer onto your upper lid ;)

**UPDATE** These liners can be a hit and miss when it comes to pigmentation. Some are quite sheer, others aren't at all. I have purchased several other colors and for the most part. I love them. The only one I found (out of the colors I bought) that wasn't pigmented enough, and quite sheer was Sugar Plum (eggplant purple) and Fuschia. All the rest: Asphault, Lucky, and Praline were perfect!! These liners have become my HG liquid liners!!!

I really really like this eyeliner, but it's certainly not perfect. I noticed that if my eye was the least bit irritated, the liner would sting. That's scary, but my eye wasn't irritated by the liner itself at all. It did take FOREVER to dry. You must have a steady hand when applying because if you smudge it, it doesn't just wipe off with your finger. You have to get a Q-tip and dip it in remover to get the smudge off. The redeeming thing about this liner that makes it all worth it is that it lasts ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT long, if necessary. I've equated it to paint. It doesn't smear down your under eye as the day goes on either. Once it dries on your lid, it stays on your lid. You have to use remover to get it off entirely.
