This stuff was not my fave, and that's putting it lightly.
Once it dries it is impossible to blend or touch up without taking off patches that leave strong rings around the touched-up area. It makes my dry spots stand out like I have some sort of skin disease. The lightest shades have very strong pink/orange undertones, which doesn't match my skin. I find that it oxidizes badly after an hour or two to the point where I look like I have a bad fake tan.

It does have a long lasting matte finish and full coverage and the pump packaging is clean and nice, but that's all it has going for it. I can see it maybe working for people with very oily skin, but it's definitely not for me. Would not recommend.

This is a great foundation, covers very well and lasts a long time!! I'd prefer it in either a bottle or in some container that helps you get it all out.

This is a great foundation for us oily gals. I have bad luck with foundations because I have oily acne prone skin with large pores. I don't find this to be full coverage as it claims but that doesn't bother me as I apply a thin layer and add more to my trouble spots. It looks very natural your skin but better and it doesn't cake up. Another thing I love about this is that it sets real nice, it doesn't feel tacky like most foundations I tried so I only set my t zone, you really don't need to set it but I'm really oily. It doesn't last 25 hrs but it lasts through out my work day and I find I don't have to blot as much. I'm very happy with it.

I'm an outlier but this foundation is just too drying for me. Maybe it would be better in the summer months mixed with a drop or two of oil. It clings to my dry patches and settles into fine lines. It does absolutely nothing for the texture of my skin (which isn't great because of acne scars). If you have young, moist, acne free skin you should like this...but then you probably don't need foundation.

It DOES have great coverage and great lasting power. It also absorbed oil from my oily t-zone and I didn't even have to blot my face.

I also dislike the glass pour top packaging and I dislike the strong smell. It smells like a perfumed body wash, however, I don't believe it has lingered because I haven't been smelling whiffs of it all day like some scented foundations (Chanel, I'm looking at you!).

I love this foundation. It's pretty light and it's not cakey on my skin, but it makes my skin look even and nice. Works for me.

I am very impressed with this foundation I have to say. I wear a Mac NW20 and bought the shade 101 classic ivory I believe it blended in well with my skin. I have to say I loved loved the finish. I did use my Mac prep and prime before I applied and I applied with a beauty blender. I set this with my Mac studio fix and I just loved the coverage better then my higher end foundations. Rimmel is becoming one of my fav foundations as Ive also used the stay matte and loved it as well. Definitely recommend trying this out. The only con was I felt my face a little sticky.

I love this foundation so much that I repurchased it when I ran out, even though I have atleast 15 other foundations. Its easily my favorite drugstore foundation. It gives great coverage, doesn't break me out, lasts all day and blends perfectly. The shade ivory in this range is also one of the best colour matches I've found for my skin in any foundation. I live in Canada and every time I've bought it its come with a pump, but based on other reviews i assume the packaging is different elsewhere. Overall this is a holy grail drugstore foundation for oily skin that costs less than $10. That said, I don't think this comes in a very wide range of shades. I've never seen one any darker than a NC35/40 in stores here.

This is one of the best drugstore foundations I've tried. Rimmel makes nice fair/light colors, and I can always find a match. This goes on a little old school, meaning you need to take extra time to blend, and not build color too much, or it will look heavy. I've found that a drop or two of some sort of facial oil (argan, jojoba, etc.) goes a long way to help this smooth out and look a little less heavy. It lasts a reasonable amount of time...I can't vouch for 25 hours cause I ain't sleeping in the stuff, but at the price point, it can't be beat. Much better than the Cover Girl/Maybelline competitors. I can see where a tube might be a little more convenient, but hey...it's just makeup. Dump out a dab and use it up. Gives a soft, semi matte finish, with little oxidation. Good stuff!

I use this as an under-eye concealer and eyeshadow base and it is my HG! I have nc25/30 skin and I use Classic Beige. (There are 11 shades.) It lasts all day in humidity and on oily skin. Also when I apply it on my lids, my shadow lasts all day! This is better than NARS & Lancome (Maquicomplete), because they just don't stay put.

The down side is that I can not use it elsewhere on my face because it causes breakouts. Also I wish that this was in a pump container because product gets lost in grooves of the cap.

I have oily/combination, sensitive skin.

No pump dispenser. This is the first problem. It's a very old fashioned style of foundation that clings to dry patches, sits on the skin and never really sets. Since it looks so awful, I really don't mind that it only lasts a few hours. I have very good normal skin and I have tried this with all the primers, bb creams and setting powders I can find in my collection- there is just no making this work. The only good thing I have to say about it is that Rimmel has good shades for the fairest of fair skin. I'm glad it was cheap because it is hitting the trash.
