This product makes your nails look beautiful for about a day and then you see horrible chipping on multiple nails. Even when applied with a base coat, its almost like the product is too thick, so any impact on the nail causes severe chipping. The only plus to this top coat is that it makes your nails super shiny and glossy which is good for about 15 hours. Extremely disappointed in this product as I have bought sally hansen products for years.

This stuff is horrible. Put it on at dinner time and by lunch the next day 3 nails had horrible chipping. Tried it again and had even worse results. No redeeming features at all.
Age: 18 & Under Skin: Dry, Fair-Medium Hair: Black Eyes: Black
This stuff is absolutely horrible. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities to this product at all. I tried using it a couple times and it took forever to dry and chipped within the first couple minutes of using it. It comes off in big chunks and makes my nails look horrible. I got this on sale and I can see why! This stuff is utter crap! My advice would be to skip this and shell out a couple more bucks for a more worthwhile top coat. I definitely do not recommend this product.

This has to be the worst top coat I have EVER used. Luckily, I don't own it and simply borrowed it from a friend while I was at her house. It dries quickly and gives my nails a mirror-like shine, but those are the only redeeming qualities of this top coat. Not even 5 hours after I had applied it did I see tiny cracks in my nail polish. And here I am about 24 hours later with gigantic chips on every single finger. It is basically coming off in sheets. I expect so much more out of Sally Hansen. Top coat is supposed to seal in your manicure and prolong it, but this just didn't do it. I would absolutely not recommend this to a friend, and I'm advising anyone who has it to throw it out ASAP.

This is the worst topcoat I have ever used. It goes on promisingly thin and glossy and dries quickly, but within 24 hours, the entire manicure is bubbling, cracking, and flaking off. My nail polish lasts longer without any topcoat than with this awful product. Something about the formula seems to damage the color coats under it. I've tried it with several polishes and application techniques to see if there's a better way to use it, and always, within ONE DAY, my manicure is destroyed. Really bad. Definitely would not recommend or purchase again.

Absolutely terrible. The only redeeming feature of No Chip is the glass-like shine that you get. However, No Chip not only chips, it makes your polish craze like the fissures you see in old porcelain, then crack, then pop off in shards. I suspect the formula somehow "tightens" your underlying layers of polish, which causes the cracking. It's a shame, the glossy finish was very promising - but sadly this top coat is not a keeper. Will not repurchase.

Definitely not the best. I typically do my nails in the evening at least 2 hours before bed. With this product my nails start to chip in the shower the next morning. Ironically, it seems to be harder to remove what does chip off. Will not use this again. I've had much better results with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in "Clearly Quick".

Apparently I am one of four people worldwide who like this product. I've found that it's great for fixing/covering mistakes or problems with my nail polish. I don't know what it is about the formula -- it doesn't seem like it goes on particularly thick -- but it just smoooooths out my nails. Used it today to fix some infuriatingly bubbly Sephora polish; slapped this on top and voila, the bubbles are completely gone. Plus it's incredibly glossy; I've used it on top of other top coats just to bring up the shine. I like it and would definitely purchase it again.

I love this as a top coat for my glitter polishes. One coat and its makes the glitter extremely shiny and smooth. This is a glitter only top coat because I noticed too how it makes my opaque polishes crack after it dries. It also works well on my toes and keeps them look nice for a couple of weeks. I'll keep buying it because I wear a lot of glitter polishes.

This is the worst topcoat I've ever used. The day after painting my nails, this topcoat cracks all over the nail surface. By the 2nd day, the polish chips off in shards. I've been happy with other Sally Hansen products, but not this one.

DOES NOT DRY...
Age: 25-29 Skin: Sensitive, Fair Hair: Brunette, Straight, Fine Eyes: Brown
I'm so sad that I wasted money on this. "No chip" is a total lie. The stuff is rather gloppy and the polish cracked beneath the top coat overnight. Every nail. Tried it again, thinking something went wrong for some reason, and nope - cracks AGAIN. Needless to say, it found a home in the trash can. Junk! Do not buy!

Should've checked reviews before I bought this one but at least it's cheap. I spent half an hour carefully painting my nails today (2 coats of Zoya polish + this stuff, not counting drying time of course) and after I got out of the shower, I saw that my nails had not only chipped, but two of my nails were completely bare. You have got to be joking. To my horror, I was able to easily peel off the rest of my manicure, it was as if I had stickers on! I use mostly Zoya and Sephora by OPI polishes and this has never happened to me, in fact, even after a wild weekend in Vegas this has never happened to me. This top coat also bubbles like crazy (I suspect this is because the formula is very thick...) Lesson learned, shell out a couple extra bucks/check makeup alley first and get a legit top coat! (And avoid this one like the plague!)

This was the biggest waste of money. It did not work like others said by the time it dried it cracked my new manicure and I had to go back to the salon to redo it. Not worth the price.

Worst topcoat ever! I've used this several times over my Essie polishes, and every time, within 24 hours, the polish cracks underneath the topcoat, plus the polish itself chips within a day or two. The topcoat gives a very nice shine, but that's about the only positive. Going to give Nails Inc's caviar top coat a try.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination, Fair, Neutral Hair: Red, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Blue
For the first day, your polish won't budge. However, unless you have very hard nails, the top coat will craze and crack, causing the polish to come off in large flakes. My nails are pretty flexible, and I get a crack where they might bend (even if they don't bend a lot.) Terrible product, but then again most SH top coats do the same exact thing. I don't think it is unique to this particular product.

I can't believe the reviews people have wrote, it's really weird because I've been using this top coat for a little while now and I have NEVER once had it bubble and or crack like everyone is saying. (maybe you guys are putting on too much or something or not letting your nail polish dry completely?) Goes on and drys really smoothly and I love how hard it makes my nails. My nail polish stays on a lot longer and I purposely even tried chipping my nail polish and it wouldn't budge. MAKE sure you put the top coat underneath the tip of your nails as well to seal it.

Awful! Chips in a day! So disappointed. OPI Top Coat is eons better.

I hate it. It bubbles and chips like crazy and I feel like I just wasted my money. I will never buy this again. EVER! I'd rather not paint my nails if I only had this as a top coat. I'm sorely disappointed. Love their polishes, just hate their acrylic top coat.

I should have looked at the reviews first. This top coat looks good from far away. But when it's looked at up close, the cracks that are made by the top coat are visible. Although I like the shine that it gives to my nails, dries quick, and makes my nails harder, the fact that it creates a crack on each nail ruins it for me. Even after a day, the nail polish started to chip a little bit on the very tips of my nails. Really disapointed in this top coat. Maybe if I let my nail polish dry for a very long time, it won't make the cracks.
