One of my favorite orange scents. Don't expect a "fresh" traditional orange scent here though, this one has a little something spicy up its sleeve. Tarocco is unique in its medley of citrus accompanied by a fragrant ribbon of saffron. I love this scent in the summer because there is no musk to speak of and the spice notes keep the fragrance warm but not cloying. Many citrusy scents can be too zesty and one dimensional or just plain artificial. Tarocco is very vibrant and sexy.

I was expecting Tarocco EDT to be more juicy and zesty... it wasn't, however it is pleasant. It's more of a powdery citrus with notes of saffron and frankinsence. Be prepared to spritz often, as it lacks staying power. Tarocco EDT is more masculine than feminine, but would smell great on anyone. I think it's a relatively safe scent that would be a great choice for a lovely gift for anyone; young or older. I couldn't imagine this smelling bad on anyone, as the drydown on both my husband and I, is clean and fresh. I do like it very much and if a bottle fell from the heaven's into my lap I would glady add it to my collection and give it a loving home. However, I would recomend AG Eau de Sud and DelRae Illuminaee for more zesty freshness and for a great citrus 'cologne' scent... nothing that I've worn to date smells better than Givenchy Tartine et Chocolat Ptisenbon (the blue bottle)which is a wonderfully refreshing citrus for summer.

L'eau de Tarocco took me by surprise. It is not the type of scent I usually fall for but this one won me over. It is a fresh, clean yet spicy scent, a perfect scent to wear during the hot summer months.

I am not a fan of this one. It is a unisex-leaning towards masculine scent . The first notes of zesty orange and grapefruit are quite nice but the rest of the mix ( saffron, cinnamon, rose, ginger and musk) is too messy and smells "cheap" and unblended on me. Minimum sillage and the lasting power is really poor.
