I have fine limp hair that gets fairly dry due to the harsh water where I live. I don't dye it and I rarely use heat on it, so it's in good condition otherwise.
This conditioner is plain bad! It's not moisturising at all and doesn't make my hair more manageable. It also has a very strong peppermint smell - some might like it but personally it made my eyes sting! (even though I didn't get it in my eyes!) I have sensitive eyes though.
My mum used it too and she has thick normal hair - it did nothing for her either.
I've used this up (using loads in one go just to get some sort of moisture) but won't be wasting my money again.

the good things about this conditioner are that a), i got it at Marshall's for $4.99 USD, and b), that it comes in the form of a tube with a flip-cap -- perfect for keeping product fresh, using only what you need, and easy of manipulation with wet hands. past these two factors, the conditioner was fairly awful.
a lot of my hair fell out about a year ago due to going on the Atkin's Diet for a Hawaii vacay. the hair that remains is brittle on the ends. i was hopeful about this conditioner. all it did was weight my fine, thin hair down, and seemed to put it in slightly worse condition. perhaps this would work for different hair needs and types.
