These lip stains have beautiful color but are terribly drying on the lips. Even after applying lip balm and gloss all day, my lips were terribly chapped after 1 day. Had to throw it away. Won't purchase again.

The lipstain goes on in totally different color than it appears so you should try on any of the colors before you buy it. The taste is not pleasant and it did not last through a meal without coming off.

Thought I'd give this a try after seeing a great review for it on another board. Picked it up at a local Ulta in Washington state for $8. First, the wand applicator is kind of messy if applied directly to lips. Second, I had no idea it was flavored, very strongly flavored in fact. This particular color is berry flavored. It's just too reminiscent of those Bonnie Bell Lipsmackers from my younger days. It's like smearing Koolaid on your lips. It's a shame, because otherwise I like the way the color looks, but I just can't deal with the flavoring.

LOVE this color and product. This is a darker cherry pinky colored lip stain. Not as light as "Lucky in Love" but it suits my coloring and I would buy this in addition to "Lucky in Love" as I think this suites more darker pink looks whereas "Lucky in Love" is more lighter pink looks. Love the packaging as well. For reference, I put this on at 7am. Ate a cold breakfast sandwich and had a cup of coffee that I am still drinking off of. You can still see the stain quite well on my lips. Should I reapply, sure I definitely could but I will wait till after lunch. For $4 this is a STEAL!
