I'm the last person to try the muddy/gray/mushroom colored nail polishes simply because it wasn't available in NZ until recently (or I wasn't looking hard enough)...
I spotted the "NAIL LIFE" polishes at a pharmacy and they offer both a mushroom color and a gray color. I got both! I've only tried the MUSHROOM one so far and I love it! If you apply skillfully you could get away with only one coat but in the photo I have 2 coats on. What's even more appealing is that there's a diamond-like crystal at the front of the bottle! So cute!
It cost me NZ$9 (~US$6) each. None of the other colors in the range caught my eye but I definitely recommend MUSHROOM :)
