Beautiful, delicate pink that isn't too cool or too warm. To me it looks like a perfect neutral that could work on so many skin tones. I'm fair skinned (Armani LSF No. 2, Laura Mercier TM in Porcelain) and I don't have to layer much for it to show up. Just a couple light swirls on the apples of my cheeks and I'm good to go. The satin finish is believably natural and healthy looking.
This has a really soft texture that's in keeping with Burberry's other powder cosmetics. It's silky, finely milled, and very powdery, so it tends to get all over the compact whenever I take a brush to it. But that's totally fine with me because it also makes it so easy to blend and work with and it feels lovely going on. Some of the very powdery blushes like this one end up sitting on my skin or looking too dry but this adheres well and lasts for several hours before it starts to fade. I like it best with a liquid foundation but it still looks good with my MUFE powder foundation. There's a slight fragrance but it's much less perfumey than Chanel's or Guerlain's blushes and I can't smell it once it's on my cheeks. No irritation, sensitivity, or breakouts with this despite the fragrance.
The compact is a heavy gunmetal with a magnetic closure that feels very secure but I could do without the shiny finish because it looks dirty so quickly. A velvet pouch and small brush are included but I always end up throwing those out. I also bought Blossom and I'm looking forward to trying other colors as well.

Love it!! It is so finely milled and smells great, feels like a dream on my skin. It is not as pigmented as NARS but the staying power is great. The light pink is perfect for my NC20 skintone and gives it natural radiance or a more rosy appearance when built up.

A flattering light pink. At this price point I take no compromise on product quality and packaging, and the only brands I consider to be worth the money are Armani and Burberry. Armani may have the perfect foundations, but their eyeshadow, blush, and especially lipstick colors tend to be frosty. There are times when I have the budget but struggle to pick out a product. Burberry, on the other hand, has plenty of warm-toned colors to choose from, and "Peony" is one such attractive offering. It is well-pigmented and goes on exactly as it looks in the pan. No shimmer. Works with an assortment of foundations (tm/powder/liquid/cream). The staying power is also satisfying. I never need to reapply, and it lasts through after-work gym sessions. But I have to take one lippie away--even though I absolutely love the packaging and the presentation, the brush that it comes with is limpy. When a blush costs $42, I have to hold everything it comes with to a high standard, right?

Burberry cosmetics are AMAZING! I love this blush, it's a beautiful shade of pink that is great for springtime. I also loved many of their other blushes and plan to get more. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and the textures are very finely milled. Burberry cosmetics, like YSL, have a unique "scent" that I love. This blush leaves a perfect, natural finish!

I have finally found my HG of natural pink blush. The texture is so silky and sheer. The color is such a beautiful, natural shade of pink ... truly the color of pink peonies. The blush gives you a pretty flush of natural color with exceptional wear. It does not settle into my pores, as many powdered blushes do which often leads to a powdery/cakey look. I cannot believe how it gives your face that glowing-from-within flush of color. It is sheer matte shade that still somehow makes your face appear luminous. And oh what gorgeous packaging!
Just a tip ... the best web sites to view the colors are Burberry.com and naturalnchicmakeup.blogspot.com (the best site). On the Nordstrom's web site, the colors are really off.
