I'm actually leaving a review for Elvive Total Repair 5 Restoring Night Elixir Leave-In, in a similar cylindrical bottle with a pump dispenser but instead of the orange, it has red accents.
My hair was quite damaged and dry from colouring/perming and a trip overseas when I didn't care for it properly so I was looking for a product that would make it look healthy again. I tried a few products, including high end stuff that worked well, but they were too expensive to use regularly. This is very reasonably priced for the same result, I'm very happy! I apply it to damp or dry hair (damp shows better results) and it leaves my hair soft, untangled and showing sheen. No residue, my hair feels light and bouncy. The dispenser is very good. HG leave in.

I am kind of confused about the good reviews on this product. Although there aren't alot of people talking about there seems to be some good things said about it....
I think this product is really quite sh*t to be honest! I've had it for nearly a year and have used it atleast 15 times - trying to make it work for me, thinking maybe I did something wrong...
I have fine shoulder length hair and EVERY single time I use this I wakeup with hair that feels like crunchy straw. I braid my hair before sleeping and it usually feels silky and wavy in the morning. After applying one pump of this to my hair at night, then braiding it, I wakeup with bone dry hair and kinks through it. It also feels more prone to tangling due to how dry it feels.
Basically it does the complete opposite to what it should do for my hair!
I am so surprised as I love the l'oreal conditioning masks and use the L'Oreal Elvive Argan Oil Serum daily. They are great products.
This just isn't.
After so many attempts at using this, ( I used it 3 nights this week, determined to give a fair review) trying to get a good result but getting the same thing whether I leave my hair out, braided or up in a ponytail / bun, I have come to the conclusion that I really do hate this product and there are much better products out there so I wouldn't waste your money on this :(

Very good product. I use it on wet hair and when hair dries it is full of body, reasonably soft, no flyways and generally very manageable.
I don't use it as a night elixir for softness b/c I find the "kerastase noctogenist over night treament" is much better in making the hair super soft and silky.
Elvive elixir does not weigh my hair down. At the price of under $10 Au I think it's excellent and will continue to purchase.
My hair type: long and highlighted (no bleach) Good condition, no frizz. Tends to get flat at the roots.. tends to get weighed down and oily with most products.

I was looking for a leave-in conditioner and bought this product instead. After using this product, I see a definite difference in the texture of my hair. As stated on the bottle, it does not weigh your hair down. It is light enough to reapply to parts of the hair that is still dry in the morning. I find this is the case for myself since I have coarse frizzy hair. I hope the texture of my hair will improve as I continue to use the product. Another thing I found useful was to twist my hair loosely and tie it when I slept. If I didn't, I would end up waking up with very messed up hair that was difficult to tame down.

My hair is really long at the moment. I wash and use the hair dryer every day. It is also dyed and even if the product has no ammonia, it's somewhat damaged.I have also very fine hair and I needed something to make it healthier, since I don't want a haircut right now. From time to time I spend money on expensive salon products and I don't see a major difference. So the only thing I use right now is silicon. I had this product in my closet and I forgot about it. I discovered it the other day and decided to give it a try. I washed and dried my hair as usual and then I applied this instead of silicon, from roots to ends. When I woke up I noticed that they were not at all tangled. But the major difference was the next time I washed and dried. Shampoo and conditioner felt different, softer, easier to apply. I had no need to detangle my hair, because it was so smooth and soft. When I finished with the hair dryer, my hair looked amazing! So sleek, smooth, nurished, healthy. This product really does miracles for my hair, I use it 3-4 times a week. The consistency is thick, you may think that it will be heavy, but it's not. It smells like coconut and hazelnut. 7.5 euros/150 ml.

This is pretty darn good. Doesn't go on sticky at all, easy to smooth through my hair. Love the smell of it. Easy pump pack that dispenses the perfect amount of product. And yes, when I wake up in the morning my hair is noticeably smoother, softer and shinier. Def worth a try.
