I have very dark circles, all around my eyes, light skin, and it covered very well. It's very easy to use, doesn't detach wrinkles and not oily. One feature that I loved: it has no smell at all. I used to use NYX magic wand and totally changed for Milani.

It covers dark circles really well, but I wish it was more creamier. The texture is dense and on the dry side, although it doesn't cake up on dry undereye area. Good option if you have oily eye area but I wouldn't repurchase after I use up mine.

i use this concealer in the shade 08 beige. it's the perfect color match for me. it's light with lots of yellow undertones. the consistency is pretty dry, i use my fingers to apply because the heat makes it easier to use. the coverage is medium, closer to high than low. i don't really use this on my undereyes because it makes them look kind of ashy (i apply a peach-toned concealer on my blue-based undereye circles, then apply a little bit of this concealer on top, with a bit of powder to set it all). instead, i use this kind of as a foundation! i use it to cover up any redness on my face and to generally even out my skintone. the finish is extremely natural, it doesn't look like i'm wearing any face makeup at all. i've been using this everyday for a few months now and i've barely made a dent. there is sooo much product in the tiny pot, it's a great value for your money. yes, the pot is unsanitary but i thoroughly wash my hands before doing my makeup so it hasn't been a problem for me. there's a great selection for women of color. i'm probably going to purchase a backup or two soon because i have a feeling milani's going to discontinue this...

The coverage is medium I would say, but it's not very buildable and it gets very cakey for me no matter what I do. I definitely can't use it on blemishes because it looks so cakey, and underneath my eyes it really needs to be set with powder but gets too dry and cakey looking.

What a great concealer. I am South Asian so under eye circles (and all around eye darkness is general) is an issue. I have clear skin and dark brows so honestly if I had to run out of the house with one product it's under eye concealer. Without it I look old and angry...even with it I still look tired just not haggard ...:)
My previous HG was/is the MUFE HD. I am willing to pay for good stuff -- and at NC 37 -42 its hard to find face shades that work! ..so I think I loved it cause it was quick with the pen and b/c the shade was and is the only one that matches me.
For the Milani concealer I have to use both of these in shades 1 and 2 to get my match..which is a pain --but considering both of them together are under 10 bucks how can you beat it? It does take that extra minute to warm and blend with the finger but the coverage is way better than HD...for a night out I would actually probably use the 01 as a "corrector" and then the HD for the nicer finish..I think pot + liquid is the best way to get full coverage and finish.
I used the BB corrector in peach for many years ..that was ok. I think I prefer the HD to that as its closer to my shade.
Overall nice concealer, nice packaging considering the price. I seriously think if I used this daily it would last me at least 3 years. I would prefer not having to unscrew and screw 2 sep containers so I don't use as often as I should. In a rush I tend to go back to my HD MUFE. I am planning to try out the CDP in Ochre when I get a chance but I fear I am in b/t Ochre and Honey
This Milani concealer lasts all day and covers way better than MUFE HD (its a pot so its thicker consistency)..but unlike the MUFE HD I wouldnt use on my face other then eyes if I needed to ...it does't crease on my eyes..I always use undereye cream and set my concealers with LM secret power but bet this would be fine with out it . I can see this being too dry for some if you have dry under eye area but for WOC the shades are pretty good! Also undereye cream or other cream first would be a must with this!
For ref I am b/t Stromboli and Syracuse in Nars sheer glow (my skin color w/ no sun is probably Stromboli..but live in California and always have a bit of color) and I use 345 in MUFE HD concealer
update: I tried the CDP and it sucked (on me) also the #1 in this is a perfect dupe for CDP ochre, and the #2 is the perfect dupe for CDP honey...but about 140 dollars cheaper

This concealer is great. It may seem kind of waxy but if you warm it on your fingers it applies well and lasts long on your face. I got this for 1.50$ at walgreens on clearance a while back and I probably never would have thought to try it otherwise. Unfortunately someone swiped their big finger across the surface of mine and then put it back in the little box and I unknowingly purchased it.

this is the best concealer I have ever used, and I have tried mac's.. it goes on nicely and just sort of disappears into my skin. it covers everything I need it to! The coverage is full, and buildable. with some powder over this you can cover any flaw!! not only would I repurchase, I want to purchase a back up asap!! sorry others don't like it as much as I do.
**EDIT.. I have bought like 5 backups!! I will also buy it in different shades just to experiment... cause the face has more than one tone.. I LOVE THIS!!!

I really hated this product. It made my skin look pale and dead, i have naturally olive skin and the shades are mismatched.. absolutely horrible. It also melts off right out of your face which completely utterly disgusting.

I'm totally in love with this concealer, I bought it at Walgreen's a few months back only because it was on sale I think I only paid $1.29 with a coupon and I didn't know if I was going to like it or not but the first time I tried it I was sold, it covers completely my acne scars and my dark spots, the consistency is tick and you do have to use your fingers to be able to blend the product onto your problem areas, I don't use it under my eyes because it does crease but that's not really my problem I don't have dark circles under my eyes. My shade is a perfect match 02 Golden Beige and sometimes that's all I use with my translucent powder!

I bought this concealer just browsing around for new concealers to try. My skin has some acne scarring from my teenage years that I must conceal. I purchased this cream in 03 Honey which is a tad lighter than my complexion. I wear my concealer underneath my foundation for my dark eye circles and blemishes. The one thing I DISLIKE is the consistency it is the absolute worst to blend. I have to take my finger and rub it in the product several times almost as if to "warm" it so it could melt. The coverage was adequate it did the job.
**UPDATED**
I changed my outlook on this product and I use it everyday now! I still absolutely hate the consistency and that I have to use my finger to "melt" it but overlooking that this is a really good prduct. Another plus is that you get so much for the price. The coverage is fine and covers my dark under eye circles and acne blemishes well. I also use a primer underneath too.

this is a pretty affordable concealer, and i have always quite enjoy milani products, such as eyeshadows. so i finally got it for 4.99 dollars for a lot of product. at first i didnt like it at all, as it is quite drying and heavy, which is a problem i always have with cream/mousse concealer as i have dry skin. color is excellent, according to what i saw on the wehsite, it has got more than 5 shades while normal concealer usually comes in 3 shades ridiculous. consistency wise, it is more mousse-like, so it dries to a powdery finishe, which will be nice if i need to touch up my makeup on my chin around my nose, it is quite compatible with powders put on previously. however, it still looks flaky easily on my dry skin.for undereye and the center of my face where my skin does absorbs makeup, i wouldnt put this on as it settles and become flaky.
coverage wise, it is quite good already, i feel that it has a bit more coverage than the laura mercier secrect concealer which i also have problem with flakiness and settleing.
so all in all, it is an affordable good quality product. i will recommend this to people that dont have flaky dry skin or do love mousse consistency

I got this in deep tan and immediately loved the color. The consistency however is not very good to me. It is hard to blend and I find does not do very well UNDER my foundation, which is why I always found myself having to put it on top of my foundation. I also found that when I put it under my eyes, even just a little, it would crease. the up side is the color and thw container. I love that container and I wanted to love this product. But, I will not be buying this concealer again.

Well, if you think this is hard to soften and blend then you don't own MAC Studio Finish concealer. I'm giving it a three until I've tested it more. I'm convinced that people just slap on their makeup for the most part... so I take these reviews with a grain of salt.

This product is awful. I have terrible under eye circles and am always trying new concealers out. I was at Walgreens and saw this on sale for $2.29 so it was dirt cheap. I bought the golden tan and it was a perfect match for my skin tone...this is where the good points end. It has a very waxy consistency and I literally had to breath on it and melt it to get an appropriate amount of product on my fingers. It was very difficult to blend and accentuated fine lines like crazy!! It looked chalky and just awful. Would not recommend to anyone.

I really like this product. It conceals my dark circles and lines. Best of all it was really cheap. I found mine at Walgreens, and purchased it for $3, due to a clearance sale. Its very pigmented and covers very well. I purchased the color tan, which matched my skin color exactly. I'm pleased with the durability of this product. It lasted for hours, and I did not use setting powder either. I gave it a 4 because I don't know if it will cause breakouts. Time will tell. It is hard to apply, because of its wax like properties. I rub my fingers in the product to warm it up.

This is my replacement for the MAC studio concealer cream!!! this is far lighter in texture and feel, virtually weightless in feel..and superb coverage. However its harder in consistency (due to carnuba wax as main ingredient)..rather then using a concealer brush, i use my fingers to soften for a better application with finger....i dont know why this hasnt gotten exposure on the market..but this shud put mac concealers out of business if only they came in a wider color range! i use mac nw35-nc42 concealer shades.. the shade golden beige in milani is a perfect dupe.

For $4.99...I really like it! Gives good medium coverage to blend minor imperfections and even out my skin color. It stays on my oily skin in the hot Vegas weather! Warm Beige works nicely...the Golden was a tad to dark. This has not caused any breakouts. It could definitely become holygrail. I like that it's on the drier side and thicker consistancy. For a drugstore product...it's a good find for me!
Update...It's HOLYGRAIL! I've given up my old holygrail Becca concealer for this one. I'm happy to find something cheap that works for me - in a perfect color match. It's very good quality for the price! I don't really need to cover anything, but my skin needs evening out from the sun exposure I get here in Vegas, and this really does a nice job for that. I love that I don't have to use it sparingly. And, the pot has a lot of product! I love this stuff!
Update: As of today 2/23/11 This is gone from all the Walgreens in my area :( Nooooooooooo! I hope this will be repackaged or replace on the shelves by another concealer. There are no conceales in my area for Milani at CVS or Walgreen. It's a shame because this concealer worked unbelievably well on me! This concealer was so awesome and affordable! I'm really depressed :( I just found a concealer I liked, and now it's gone :(

I like this concealer...I use it for under my eyes.
It is not bad but it does not apply smoothly. The product is a bit hard in the container and you really have to kind of rub it back and forth on your finger to warm it before being able to apply it smoothly. I would have preferred if it was a bit creamier and smoother in the package so it would apply easier, but aside from the extra work it works well.
I would repurchase because it is not horrible, but it is not a staple item and while it is the only concealer I use now, in the future, I will probably try other kinds with different textures.

Very cheap and not good. It's too hard of a concealer for me and is hard to apply and blend because of it. Doesn't cover well at all.

I am a pretty harsh rater, so keep in mind that a 4 from me is probably like a 5 from most people. I only give a 5 if the product is absolutely PERFECT, which this is not.
Cost: However, for the price (4.99 at K-Mart on Astor Pl. in Manhattan), the product is pretty darn good. And you get 0.273 ounces! If you've purchased concealer before, you know how good of a price this is for this amount. This is the cheapest concealer I've found per ounce.
Packaging: The concealer comes with a see-through screw-on lid with a thick gold plastic rim. The bottom is see-through as well. It's cheap packaging, and I would prefer a flip-top for convenience, but whatever. It's not too small, a circular package of 2-3 inches (estimate) in diameter, 1 1/2 inches in height--small enough to slip in your makeup bag but not your pocket. It comes in a flimsy see-through plastic box, but it is not sealed (and neither is the concealer package itself), so it could have been sampled in the store. However when you open the actual concealer, you will be able to tell if it has been sampled, because the surface of the cream should be smooth if unused. (Common sense, I know.)
Texture: The cream is solid, like wax (but not as hard), but the color slides off easily on my finger. It is very creamy and emollient. I don't know how the finish is when it dries, because I set it with powder. Perhaps later I'll do a test without the powder.
Coverage: This is incredibly pigmented and thus high coverage. I don't use it for marks, acne, etc. because I have pretty clear skin, minus a couple small but annoying acne scars. I use it for dark circles under my eyes, which are dark and purple, even if I've had 12 hours sleep and 8 glasses of water. (Of course, they're worse on days on which I've had insufficient sleep--like today!) I don't see any sign of my circles with this concealer, and I've used a small amount (compared to what I would use with other, not-as-opaque concealers). I would not particularly recommend this concealer for acne, because I don't know if it is comedogenic or not. It is pretty creamy; it might clog your pores. (Try Milani secret cover concealer STICK for that--personally I don't think the coverage is that great, but it is drier than the cream, and you can use it for small imperfections in the face.)
Method of application: I use my fingers to apply most concealers, unless they're liquid, and I use a brush to blend it in around the corners of my eyes and the sides of my nose. (That's how far the circles span!) In my opinion, you could use either fingers or a brush to apply this cream; you don't need to warm it up on your fingers in order to apply it with a brush. It depends on your preference.
Endurance: I have just applied this product and set it, so later, if it's stayed, I'll let you know. I do have fine lines under my eyes (an I'm 21!) and at least 99% of concealers crease underneath my eyes (some worse than others) within 10 minutes of applying, even with setting powder! (And I don't like to apply too much powder because it makes my under-eyes look dry and cracky.) So far, this has creased just a BIT under my eyes, nowhere near as most concealers. If it looks worse later I will update. And I don't know if it's waterproof, because I'm too afraid to test its wearability by wearing it to my yoga class (yes, I wear concealer to yoga, I'm crazy I know) and risk having the color dripping all over my face! (I sweat a lot . . .)
Shades: There are six shades: Warm Beige, Golden Beige, Honey, Tan, Deep Tan, and Warm Cocoa. I use 02, Golden Beige, for my MAC NC42-43 skin. It is a tad bit too light for my skin but nothing too noticeable. This is a concealer for medium to deep-skinned ladies--I would say perhaps NC/W35 to the deepest MAC shade. Very dark African American women might not be able to find their shade :o(. Six shades doesn't nearly cover the span of skin tones of "women of color," but it is a better variety for us than most brands I've come across. And PLEASE don't complain if you're too light for this concealer, because 99% of cosmetic brands cater to you--this is one of the few that carry "color" shades, and was made specifically for women like us who have so much trouble finding the right color of foundation/ concealer etc.
Availability: I found this at K-Mart, but it was in NYC. This may only available in urban areas. I can only speak for Manhattan--I've found Milani cosmetics in CVS and Duane Reade, as well as (obviously) K-Mart. But I have only found Milani concealer in this specific K-Mart. In the suburb 40 miles upstate from Manhattan where I live, I have NEVER found Milani cosmetics. However if you really want to try this, you can purchase it on eBay for about 6 dollars including shipping. Picking the shade is the problem--I would say if you are around NC35, get Warm Beige, 01. If you are NC42 or around there (a bit lighter) get 02, Golden Beige. If you are darker, try the other shades. Remember these are only guides and approximations!
Ingredients: I haven't found the ingredients typed online, and I don't want to type the 100+ words on the label. Just know, it does contain parabens!
Milani's product description: "An oil-free, maximum coverage concealer cream that completely covers and perfects all types of skin discolorations. Instantly conceals blemishes, scars, dark under-eye circles and age spots. Waterproof. Available in 6 concealing shades.
NET WT 0.273 OZ/7.7g."
Edit 7/11: The concealer DID crease in my lines more than I would have liked, but I should not have expected it to be perfect. Also, the endurance is not so great; it wore off after about an hour. With setting powder it stays longer, but felt dry (since it's under my eyes). However, it is high coverage and I have a matching color, so for the price it is still pretty good. I would suggest using a little bit of setting powder if you want it to last.
