I have asian hair that is very very wiry when just washed. After about a day my scalp's oil cycle finally begins working again after the harsh sulfates of shampoo and will then be smooth and shiny. However, I have a dandruff problem which lead me to try dry shampoo only on my scalp and a few inches of hair. I picked this up actually thinking it was the aerosol spray one when it was actually the mousse which I guess I should have noticed because it was in a plastic bottle instead of a metal one. But anyways I decided to just use it and try it. It was great! let's say I have 5 "units" of dandruff after a day, with using this I would say I have about 2 units of dandruff so it's pretty great. Also, instead of making the hair feel coarse it just made it feel even softer and cleaner! It smells great too, instead of like hair it smells like chemicals! But it's okay because hair by nature doesn't smell that great and the chemical smell is rather pleasant without being overpowering.

This might be my new favorite dry shampoo. Its a bit more "complicated" than a traditional dry shampoo, so I knocked off one lippie. It made my hair look greasier at first, but once I started working it with a towel and it completely dried it was fantastic. The smell is good, but not as strong as some other dry shampoos. I picked it up for $4 at my local grocery store so the price is pretty reasonable. It works better than any of the other drug store products I've tried but it doesn't work as well as salon brands. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has extremely oily hair but if its normal or only slightly oily it will work fine. Products like this are great for people like my self who have extremely bright red hair and can only wash it a couple days a week. I will be repurchasing this product.

I started buying dry shampoo since I got my hair dyed professionally a fire red color. Washing it would wash out the color horribly. I bought this dry shampoo at a walgreens for a little over $6. This was my first dry shampoo, and honestly I felt I could have got better for the price I spent. It DOES leave it feeling clean....for a few hours (1-2). I was really unhappy with this product. It didn't do a good job in removing the greasy/oily look to the hair. It made it feel a bit softer, but it went back to the state it was before it was dry shampooed within a few hours. The only good thing about the product was the packaging, which i absolutely love. It has a super convenient pump. Besides that, I was really disappointed. I will not be repurchasing this product.

My mom got this product for me - I'm a fourth year medical student and often have to wake up crazy early for rotations/am on call and stay in hospital forever and ever. She thought that I could use this when I'm running late in the morning or post-call.
It smells awesome - although the scent is pretty strong - and that's about it. I have thick slightly oily wavy/straight hair (wavy to curly when air dried) and this made it look MORE greasy if anything. I've tried it a few times - on my bangs, less pumps/more pumps, towel drying it, blow drying it.. it still doesn't do anything. I don't expect miracles. Dry shampoo (the powder kind) mostly makes your hair *look* cleaner, but this doesn't even do that..

Bottom line: if you have super dry big curly hair that gets frizzier between washes, then this might work for you. If you have anything besides that.. this product is probably a waste!

No power four days post-Irene, and needed something to help my hair (cold showers ain't for me). Two pumps scrunched into my shoulder length hair created volume, cut down on the greasiness, and the scent left me feeling much fresher. Will continue using even if I *do* get my power back on!

This stuff reeks powerfully. I can smell it hours after application and the scent is not at all pleasant. It does not degrease at all; in fact, it makes my hair feel slightly oilier than it was before I applied the product. Plain cornstarch is more effective.

I can't wash my hair everyday since I have dry ends and colored hair (red). The only thing this does is add an intense fragrance to my hair. It does nothing for my oily roots. The search for a good and cheap dry shampoo continues.

Have tried this product several ways, getting tips from MUA and youtube. Still has not worked perfectly, and does tend to make my hair feel greasier. I use it when my hair has been diffused, and one or two days after washing. I've tried 2 pumps; 4 pumps; in the roots; at the ends; towel-blotted; blow-dried. It's just not working to cut the grease factor. It does re-form my curls somewhat. Pssst is great for my straight-hair days, but since it needs to be brushed out (Tresemme foam does NOT need to be brushed), pssst is not good for curly days. I'm gonna keep trying to work with it, but likely will not repurchase

I have put alot of crap in my hair thru the years but this takes the cake!!! Worst thing I have ever put in my hair!!! I have fine, curly hair which I blow dry and flat iron straight. I had to run to the store today and I didn't want to do the whole wash thing so I used this. What I got was straw hair that looked dirtier than when I started. I ended up just putting a hat on to go to the store and this product went straight in the TRASH! UGH... Can't wait to wash my hair now.

I tried this after using the tresemme dry shampoo and hating it.

this was much better!! it gave volume, has a pleasent clean scent, and made my clean hair last longer. it was easy to use, but the bottle recommended 3 pumps for medium to long hair (which I have) and I found that to be too much. so keep in mind a little goes a long way!

its cheap and worked reasonably well, worth a try!

I've been using this on my day-two hair on and off for about two months now, and honestly I don't notice a difference between days when I do or don't use it. It does have a nice, non-sticky texture and pleasant smell, but otherwise it's meh.

Maybe peace of mind that I've done "something" will entice me to use the entire bottle, but I don't plan on repurchasing.

I just recently bought this waterless shampoo. I've never used this kind of stuff before so I was a bit nervous about it, but it turns out it's really useful. First of all, I don't like to shampoo my hair everyday (you really shouldn't unless you hair is super oily) and this helps when I'm in a rush to get clean hair. It smells great and the foam pump makes it very easy to use. Kudos, TRESemme!

This shampoo is just ok. I have trouble getting all of the foam out of my hair and it doesnt really get rid of greasy roots. I am pretty disappointed but it was pretty cheap so I didnt waste to much money.

This is great ; great smell
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: WATERLESS DOESN'T MEAN THE PRODUCT DOESN'T CONTAIN WATER. IT MEANS THAT IT DOESN'T REQUIRE WATER. "DRY SHAMPOO", GET IT?
All styling products have water. Waterless means you don't NEED water. So many people are giving this bad reviews because they think waterless means that the product itself doesn't contain water.

Long time member, first time posting.

Love this Product!

Years ago I used PSST dry shampoo and the smell was awful, plus it gave me "helmet hair". My hair tends to get dry and frizzy if I wash it too often.

I did use a lot more than the 2-3 pumps recommended. Made sure my hair was wet enough, toweled dry then as the instructions said, Style as Usual. With a quick blow-drying with my brush, my hair came out just like when I style it after a shower. I am amazed. Also used the refreshing spray and you would never know I didn't wash my hair!

This product isn't bad. I don't wash my hair everyday because my hair is curly and dry, but I like it to smell like I wash it everyday! This works really well as a regular mousse because it controls my curls and makes them smell fresh. I don't really follow the exact instructions on the bottle. Great for curly hair! Only bad thing is, I bought it at WalMart and it was in my shopping bag, and when I got home it had leaked a little from being on it's side, so it's not travel friendly!

I decided to stop washing my hair every day....trying to extend the time between colorings. I don't really need to wash my hair every day. Just a habit I got in years ago. I had seen a review of this dry shampoo on youtube and thought I would give it a try. I am not crazy about the scent at all. It says on the can for oily straight to normal hair. My hair is mostly straight and normal. (not oily or dry) This product seemed to make my hair look worse rather than better. I tried to spray lightly, near the scalp, just on the top on my head. It left a grayish cast on my hair. There's a film of product that feels gross also. My hair also seemed to have a lot less body/volume after it set for a while. By lunch time my hair looked totally flat. I will not be using this product again.

LOVE! I have tried many dry shampoos and caught my sister throwing this out and gave it a shot. She hated the smell (but it's subtle and i adore it).

I have ear length choppy hair. Baby fine with more cowlicks than waves. Never died, never straightened, air dried so I dont need any sort of moisture products. Yet, It gets greasy looking very easily but I'm always on the go and cant shower 4 times a day. I mean, who has time for that? I'm actually looking to get the lighter formula when I actually purchase it.

It's a foam pump, it's not exactly waterless but it's LIGHT! And bless them for making a cap that actually stays on the bottle. Go easy on the product ladies, I think that's where many negative reviews are coming from.

I have used this as a quick refresher after classes and darting around campus in this HEAT before meeting friends for dinner. For a date I'd shower but friends? They'll love you no matter what. =)

I bought this quite a while ago actually, but I really thought the idea was cool. I bought this because my second-day hair is always little oily (well just enough to bother me) and I thought this would fix my problem because I don't want to dry out my hair by washing it everyday. It's claims it is a "water-less, foam shampoo" but it's really a light foam. IT SMELLS SO AWESOME. I absolutely love the smell of this. It's light and citrusy, and great. So I pounced when I had the opportunity to try, and it really didn't work that well for me. I try to rub it with a towel like it says, but it just doesn't do anything for me, it maybe makes me look a little greasier even. So, will not exactly be trying this again. Packaging's cute, I like the natural thing going on, but otherwise I won't be purchasing again. Only gave it 3 lippies for the scent.
