I have positive-to-mixed feelings about this palette. The pigmentation and shade selection is excellent, but the packaging... I generally favor quality over packaging, but within a few weeks the leftmost shade "prize" broke and crumbled, so I had to throw it out. Although I though "prize" would be my favorite shade, I am perfectly happy without it as it is just too yellow.

I gave the palette 4 stars because I LOVE the wearable shades "kitten" and "grand" and admire the pigmentation and boldness of the shades "lucky" (teal/turquoise) and "moxie" (purple). I have fair/medium yellow/olive skin, so I usually go for more golden rather than pink tones but "kitten" is perfect. I highly recommend using it as a highlight in the inner corner or center lid in conjunction with a matte crease/outer corner shade. The pigmentation throughout the palette is incredible and the texture adheres well to the lids, but I would absolutely use a primer with this--otherwise, you are not making the most of the payoff and the soft texture will cause a certain amount of fallout.

I love this palette. Every single color in it is amazing: highly pigmented, very blendable and silky. But the package sucks, not easy to open and close. I got it from eBay Australia with 30 dollar. Everything is stupidly expensive here. Anyway, I will buy it again when I catch a reasonable price.

This was given as a gift, thus is why I put it such a cheap price. Not like it's an expensive product, anyway...but still.

I do love my neutrals. I used prize and noticed the huge amount of shimmer in it. It's a very beautiful shade but hard to work with. I tried blending one of the browns in with it and it was literally complete and utter fallout. I used a good amount of primer, too.
Note I am still use to drug store brands and really packed on the base color, so that's an error on my part. And maybe prize is too shimmery to try to blend anything with.
I didn't use the other colors yet but I am looking forward to it.

After I managed to get the shadows to work..somewhat together, it gave a beautiful outcome. Though the brown did fade some, the base did not and throughout the night, no fallout.

Goes on easy, vibrant and something I would not give up on quite yet.

I'm not sure if I'd purchase this specific palette in the future but I will purchase different stila shadows.

Ooooh! I love this! I have been searching high and low for a substitute for my beloved Coco pigment, and the taupe in this palette is a pretty happy find. It is not an exact match, boo hoo, but very pretty. With my fair coloring, I prefer cool tones, and every single one in this palette is perfect! There is a nice pearly shimmer to the shadows, without a glitter/sparkle (even the one called "Sparkle" is a nice cool gold without glitter). This is also a really nice day-to-night palette with great pigmentation. I don't normally wear blues of any shade, but this deep turquoise works well at my lower lash line. It's so rare to find a palette with all wearable, workable shades! The shades are: Prize, an eggshell shimmer, Sparkle, a cool gold shimmer, Kitten, a light peachy shimmer, Grand, a taupe shimmer, Lucky, a turquoise shimmer, and Moxie, a medium purple with with a very subtle shimmer. Blendable, buttery texture. My only negative is the packaging- it's not easy to open. No magnets like in past packaging. But hey, I would still buy these again!

I generally like this palette.. especially because of the fact that I got it at Nordstrom Rack for $9. Kitten is definitely my favorite shadow of the palette, and naturally, I don't have much use for the 2 vibrant shades. Prize is a little too yellow for my skin tone, but other than that..its good. I probably wouldn't have bought this palette if it were full price at Sephora or something, but I like it. The packaging is really cheap though, I guess that's what you get for such a low price.

I really regret purchasing this product. It is true that the colors are very pigmented, but some of the neutral shades are TOO similiar its a waste of a color. This was my first Stila product to purchase, and now I prefer their new on the go $10 palettes. They are a much better deal.
The BIGGEST problem I have with this product is the packaging. It is AWFUL. I like the fact that Stila is 'Earth Friendly', but they could have made the packaging a little more sturdier. You have to actually BEND the flap to close it. I couldn't imagine how much wear and tear it would have if someone was to use this on an everyday basis. It would probably start to look like crap after a month's use. Come on Stila!

I really am enjoying this palette!
Its so convenient and Stila has great quality shadows.
Very smooth, easily applied and blended. It's been my go to since it was given to me as a birthday gift about a week ago. One thing I must point out is it is very shimmery and there tends to be fall out all over my face, but that may just be my technique that needs improvement.

This palette is extremely good value @ $58 AUD for so many shadows that easily cost alot more. The quality of the shadow is pretty good, excellent pigmentation, good variety from neutrals to more daring colours for night outs. Easy to blend and really handy for travel. However, what the HELL is wrong with the packaging??? I can't even close it properly, really badly designed packaging.. !! Opening the lid takes a lot of effort each time, and I've stuck my finger into the shadow by mistake a few times during the struggle... not impressed Stila.. For this reason I will not be purchasing anymore pro artist palettes until they short out the horrible packaging issue..

I found this product to be a bit of a letdown, from the colors and packaging side. First, I agree it is a great deal and that is what attracted me to it. The six shades are good standbys, but have noticeable shimmer. For some reason, the colors Prize and Sparkle swatched EXACTLY the same on me, and Grand looked ashy. Kitten is great and I already own the round pan of that. The two vibrant colors (Lucky, a shimmery teal, and Moxie, a medium purple) swatched bright but didn't have a lot of staying power even with UDPP. Oy, and the packaging. Don't let the cute cover fool you. The "case" is actually a paper case over a stryfoam like rectangle. In order to close the case, the paper flap has to be bent a little to fit into the black flap. It is just so flimsy and I fear the shadows might be exposed.

I really like this palette. I wear some color out of this almost every day. I have used the turquoisy blue and the purple as powder liners, and they're great accents! Grand is a great all over deeper neutral, and Kitten is just a good basic color. The other two are good neutrals that are nice when I'm bored of Kitten :).

The packaging leaves much to be desired. I bent it the first time I used it as I was not sure how to open it! Oh well. Not something I can travel with, but I really like the colors.

I love having the option of wearing eyeshadow, but I also am no frills when it comes down to it..I don't like putting so much time into creating an eyelook and this palette makes it so easy for me. I paid $28 I think, and compared to other brands it's a pretty good price. I love the quality and this is my first Stila purchase. Because of these shadows, I will certainly pick up another palette because they are so pigmented and last all day without applying a base. I applied the teal with a liner brush wet and it looks beautiful against brown eyes, perfect for summer. They are shimmery but they are perfectly balanced, not frosty or glittery. I agree with everyone about the packaging, it seems cheap-ish..but I dont travel with it and have no reason to..so for me it's not a big deal. If you are like me and just occassionally wear eyeshadow I especially suggest this palette because you can pull of many differnet looks, its great quality, and affordable price compared to Urban Decay, MAC, etc.

I actually really like this palette. It has six very beautiful colors. The first four are pretty neutral colors with lots of shimmer and there is a shimmery purple and teal, which are all very pigmented. I would've liked more of a variety in the palette rather than having all shimmery colors. The packaging may seem a bit flimsy but its quite durable. With many of stila shadows, there is quite a bit of fallout when applying but that is nothing a fan brush can't fix. Also, I'm not sure if many other fair skinned ladies have the problem of certain colors of blue or purple turning very blackish on the lid but if i carefully apply the colors, it can be avoided. Overall, it is a good buy.

Amazinggggg. The eyeshadows have this amazing creamy texture and they are *so pigmented*

I'm not a huge fan of the packaging but that's stila for you. In it there are 6 shadows (a really good deal for the price, by the way) that are all shimmery. There's:

Prize - gold
Sparkle - mushroom brown
Kitten - apricot beige
Grand - plummy brown
Lucky - dark teal
Moxie - dark violet

All work well on my NC35 skintone and brown eyes. I would definitely recommend this palette to others; I'm super impressed by this product.

I also bought this at Ulta for $28. I was pretty skeptical about the colors when I first saw them because I'm very, very fair skinned with cool pink undertones. I didn't think the gold/bronze colors would work on me, and I thought the blue would make me look like a clown. I started to change my mind, however, when the makeup assistant put some of the colors on my Mom, and I eventually tried them on myself. They're really beautiful! The assistant did my eyes in the gold (second from left) and bronze (third from right) with the blue as an accent, and everything worked really well together even with my super fair skin! I've always wanted to try a blue color on my eyes but thought that it would wash my green eyes out, yet this actually made them pop. It's a great price too since you can get so many different looks from one package. The colors are highly pigmented, so you do have to go easy and build up if you need more. I think you could easily wear these both day and night. Great find!

I picked up this palette at Ulta after one of the MUA's sat me down to give me a Stila makeover. There was some sort of promotion going on...I'm not even sure. Anyway, he used a few of the colors from this palette on me, and I was so so impressed with the pigmentation and staying power of these shadows, I bought the palette along with the Illuminating Liquid Foundation (which I looove!) It was $28 if I remember correctly, and you get 6 shades. The first 3 are very neutral and easy to wear:
-Kitten
-Prize
-Sparkle
And the next 3...well the last 2, I should say, because the first one is pretty neutral as well, are very pigmented and bright. You really don't need a lot of product when using them.
-Grand
-Lucky (a gorgeous turquoise...marine blue...ish...color lol i'm really bad at describing these)
-Moxie (purple)

I've been using this palette almost every day for about a month (the neutral colors) and I'm not getting tired of it at all. The great thing about this palette is that you can create so many different looks and they e/s really are great quality. Just be careful when picking up the product because it's a little powdery. I didn't realize this when I used it the first time and picked up waaayyy too much, so just a small amount works fine.

I do wish the packaging was a little sturdier. It's cute...but I would be nervous about travelling with this palette because the cover doesn't snap shut, it's more of a fold-over and slides into a front flap...feels kind of like cardstock, honestly. My niece actually got into it while I was gone for literally a minute and when I came back she had the blue and purple e/s across her cheeks!

I would still recommend this palette though especially if you're new to Stila products like I am.
