I've been looking for a wearable purple lip product for years - YEARS! - and I have finally found it in Fyrinnae's "Whee" lip lustre. While the product itself has a slick and strange, partially-melted-butter kind of texture that I don't really care for, I'm willing to put up with it for this color. The color... oh my goodness, it's so gorgeous. It doesn't emphasise the cracks in your lips, and it's noticeably purple but not "plummy" like a lot of purple lip colors. If you were to take steel grey and tint it purple, this would be the resulting color. Fyrinnae is an absolute godsend for making this... I want to send them a thank you basket or something, because this is seriously perfect.
Beware, though... fair-skinned gals, this might make you look a little corpse-y. I'm white as a sheet of paper and I personally love anything that emphasises my pale, cool-toned complexion, even if it makes me look kind of gothy... that's me, though. I don't expect this will be a hit for everyone.
I do wish the lasting time was longer for this, because I'm very low maintenance and try not to buy products that I have to reapply... but I'll gladly make an exception for this stuff. Fab.
